Chapter 82: Li Lingyun Confession

Lin Yan woke up when she heard a noise and a sound of unrest beside her. She opened her eyes and looked at Li Lingyun who was sweating profusely. Was he having a nightmare?

Lin Yan shook him and said "Lingyun, wake up."

Lin Yan kept calling his name and asking him to wake up when suddenly he opened his eyes with a gasp. She has never seen him that flustered, what was he dreaming about?

"Are you alright?" Lin Yan asked after seeing he has calm down a little.

"I’m fine. It’s was just a nightmare."

"Do you want to tell me what’s about?" Lin Yan asked softly.

"There’s no need, it isn’t important anyway." Li Lingyun replied coldly.

Lin Yan waa quiet for a moment before she asked "Do you have mood swings?"

Li Lingyun frowned and asked "What?"

"I mean, you told me that we should take a break from arguing and now you are being cold to me again. I think I understand what is going on? When you wanted to take advantage of me , you spoke to me so nicely and now that you are done you are back to your cold ways. I can’t believe I fell for it."

"When did I take advantage of you?" Li Lingyun asked with disbelief.

"You did! When you asked me to stay with you looking so weak and cute and when you wrapped your hands around my waist and pulled me closer."

Li Lingyun looked at Lin Yan speechlessly for a moment and suddenly smiled.

Lin Yan pointed her hands to Li Lingyun and said "You are doing it again."

"What did I do?"

"You smiled."

"Am I not allowed to smile?"

"Not when you are this handsome."

She was doing it again, messing with his heart and he have missed her, every moment he spends with her makes him to wondered how Li Jun could cheat on her. She was like a breath of fresh air to him and after being apart for two weeks, he realized that he couldn’t live his life without her in it.

Li Lingyun smiled and said "At least you know where Li Xiao got her good looks from."

"Seriously." Lin Yan said as she rolled her eyes.

"It was about my parents accident, lately I have been dreaming about it. Don’t worry about it, it always happen this time of the year but I will be fine." Li Lingyun said and was surprised when Lin Yan suddenly stretched out her hand to touch his forehead. He watched as she sighed in relief and said "Thankfully you don’t have a fever."

Even though Li Lingyun had avoided her for two weeks, him being here with her made her happy and the fact that he gave her brother his blood means he wasn’t extremely angry with her. "Thank you for saving my brother."

"I didn’t do it for him. I only did it because I didn’t want to see you sad."

"If you didn’t want to see me sad then why did you avoid me for two weeks?" Lin Yan asked sadly.

Li Lingyun raise his hand to her cheek and carress it as he said "I needed space to breath and time to think."

"So does that mean our relationship was suffocating you? Was I suffocating you?"

With his hands still on her cheek he said "You weren’t. I wanted to know if I could risk giving my heart to a woman whose main priority was revenge."

"Lingyun."

"And with those two weeks of staying away from you, I found the answer. Do you want to hear it?"

Lin Yan shook her head. She didn’t want to hear that he was giving up on her, she didn’t want to hear it.

"I.."

"I said I don’t want to hear it." Lin Yan said aggressively. She was about to get up from the bed when Li Lingyun held her waist and bought her closer to him, they were so close that Lin Yan breath became heavier without even realizing it.

"I...." Li Lingyun began but was interupted again when Lin Yan pressed her lips to his. The kiss was brief and gently.

Lin Yan pressed her forehead to his and whispered "Please don’t say you will leave you."

Li Lingyun smile and said "Who said I was leaving you? I love you. When we were apart I missed you every day and thought of you everytime and then I knew it was truly impossible for me to live without you. I buried myself in work but even that was a futile effort because I always ended up thinking what you were up to and then I realized that the only time I have truly be happy were the times I spent with you and Li Xiao."

"Lingyun, I..."

"Listen to me. I feel relax when I’m with you, I could smile easily with you around and I want us to be together even when we are old and have white hairs all over our head. If getting revenge is the only way for your heart to feel lighter then get it but after that give your heart to me, for me to take care of it and cherish it the way no one has ever done. And after every thing is done, let’s get married and have three more kids."

"Three?" Lin Yan asked with a smile.

Li Lingyun nodded and whispered "Three." As he pressed his lips to hers and kissed her as if he was starve of her. It wasn’t a gentle kiss like the one Lin Yan gave to him nor was it a rough one. It was passionate and sensual.

Li Lingyun moved on top of Lin Yan without separating his lips from hers. He wanted more of her as if he wanted to make up for the two weeks he didn’t taste her lips and her moans were still able to drive him to the edge.

As his lips moved downwards, a realization came to Lin Yan as she immediately said "Our baby one can’t be a hospital baby!"

Li Lingyun stopped when he heard her and looked at her with confusion.

Seeing his confused look, Lin Yan said "What I mean is our first baby can’t be conceive in the hospital."

Li Lingyun stared at her speechlessly and said "You are the only person who is capable of rendering me speechless."

"Is that a good thing?" Lin Yan asked with a smile.

Li Lingyun smile and kissed her again "It’s a beautiful thing."

Li Qiu House.

"Are you sure about what you are saying? Lin An is the one Shen Yi asked about when she rushed to the hospital?" Wang Hua asked.

"Yes ma, I’m sure."

Wang Hua smile and said "You will get the remaining balance later." She ended the call.

"For you to be in a good mood, it means you have found a way to get rid of Shen Yi." Li Qiu said as he sat besides her.

"There is really something going on between Lin An and Shen Yi. Would you believe it, Lin Yan brother is having an affair with Li Lingyun wife."

"But are you sure they are having an affair. If you make a mistake in this matter, then you will never be able to regain your place and therefore will be of no use to me anymore."

"Then I will get evidence, hard evidence to prove my claim and I will reveal those evidence not just to the Li family but to the whole world. I will humilate her in such a way she will regret ever messing with me."

Li Qiu smiled and said "Now that’s the Wang Hua I let my son married, however you are doing it again. You are underestimating your opponent again, remember the last time that happened I had to save you but I could only do that because that girl was a nobody but not Shen Yi. You saw it didn’t you, that girl has the support of not only Li Lingyun but also of Si Yan and definitely Meng Zhu, so I want you to remember this, if you messed this up then I will abandon you and maybe see if Fang Min is capable of taking your place."

Wang Hua clenched her hands in anger and said to yourself ’If she were to ever go down it won’t be alone, she will make sure this damn old man goes down with her.’

"Where is she?" Fang Min asked her doctor.

The doctor pointed to a lady who was having an ultrasound and said "She is the same week pregnant as you if you were pregnant and she has agreed to give up her baby for the right amount."

"Are you sure it’s a boy?"

"Yes, I’m sure of it." The doctor replied.

Fang Min looked at the girl again and said "She looks young."

"She is just another youth who gave in to the desire of the flesh, the father deny the child and she couldn’t get rid of it because of the complication it will come with."

Fang Min looked at the girl again and thought that all this was because of Shen Yi. Shen Yi was the reason she lost her child and she will definitely make her pay by taking her precious Li Xiao from her as well.
