Zhou Xi sat in a daze as He Jia kept telling her to go the police and report Meng Ziyi.

Meng Ziyi? It was Meng Ziyi who did this to her. Shen Yi clenched her fist with revenge and anger burning in her eyes as she said "I will handle Meng Ziyi, you don’t need to care too much about her."

"How will you handle the sister of a president? And to worsen it, she is also the cousin of Li Lingyun. The Li Family are not one to be mess it."

"She could be the daughter of the president for all I care, but Meng Ziyi will pay for what she has done to me."

He Jia found the look Zhou Xi had in her eyes scary. She has known Zhou Xi for many years yet she has never seen such look before.

Lin Yan opened her eyes and the first thing she saw was Li Lingyun sitting down on the hospital couch as he close his eyes.

She wondered if he was comfortable at the couch. She got up from her bed and walked towards the couch.

When she saw him frowning, she wondered what he was dreaming about, she wanted to smooth his eyebrow but before her hands could even get close to his eyes, Li Lingyun hand gripped her hand and asked "What are you doing?"

The coldness in his gaze when he opened his eyes scared her.

"I.."

Li Lingyun released Shen Yi hands and asked again but this time more gently "What were you doing?"

"I thought you might be uncomfortable on the couch so I ...."

Li Lingyun sighed "Did I scared you?"

Lin Yan nodded her head "Were you having a bad dream?"

A bad dream. Does remembering his childhood with his parents a bad dream, he didn’t know. He looked at Shen Yi and asked "Does your head still hurts?"

"No. I feel much better now."

"Go back to bed. You can get discharged in the morning."

"What about you?" Lin Yan found herself asking.

"What about me?"

"You don’t look comfortable sleeping in the couch."

Li Lingyun lips curved into a mischievousness smile as he asked "Are you asking me to share the bed with you."

Lin Yan face became red as she said "That... that is not what I’m saying."

Li Lingyun let out a deep chuckled and said "As your boyfriend, I do assume that we can share the same bed."

"Boyfriend?"

"Have you forgotten how you asked me to be your boyfriend?"

"You were the one who asked me to date you first." Lin Yan immediately retorted.

"It doesn’t matter who ask first what matters is that right now you are asking me to sleep on the same bed with you. Who knows what you might do to me"

Lin Yan gasp and said "Fine! Sleep on the couch, I don’t care." She could not believe it. What did he mean by who knows what she might do to him. Did he think she was a pervert?

She left the couch and match back to her bed.

Li Lingyun who considered her behavior cute, smiled at her and then he felt a vibration in his pocket. He bought out his phone and read the message Gu Wei sent him, ’Its done.’

It’s been two days, since Lin Yan has been discharged from the hospital and now she felt much stronger. She was happy that her brother kept the documents that contained the neighborhood signatures for her, she wouldn’t have known what she would have done if she had lost it.

Li Lingyun had told her that she could come to the office today to submit the signatures and to also sign on the paper that would make Greenville hotel hers.

She arrived at Li Corporation in a cab because her car was destroyed in that accident and Li Lingyun has forbidden her from driving in the meantime.

Immediately she got out of the car, she received a call from her brother and said "I thought you were never going to speak to me again."

"Have you seen the news?" Lin An asked, there was a anxiousness in his voice when he spoke.

"What news?"

"I’m sending you a link, watch it and get back to me immediately."

Lin An ended the call and immediately she received a link from him. She pressed the link and froze when she saw the news.

The news was about how Long Tian lost control of his car and drove over a cliff. It was reported to be a case of drunk driving.

Before she could even gathered her thought, Lin An called her again and said "Get out from that family. They are too dangerous especially Li Lingyun. You do know that he was the one responsible for this."

Of course she knew, she wasn’t stupid.

"You told me Li Lingyun thought that it was Long Tian who was responsible for the failure of your brakes. Do you have any idea what would happen to you if he finds out the truth. That man is dangerous Lin Yan, promise me you will stay away from him. Get a divorce if you have to, but stay away from that man."

Lin Yan was silent, she didn’t know what to say. Should she blame herself of what happened to Long Tian. She knew that Li Lingyun was dangerous but she never thought that.... She doesn’t even know what she has thinking.

"It wasn’t your fault." Lin An said. It was as if he could sense his sister thought " Whatever happened to Long Tian wasn’t your fault. He was a bastard who hurted a little girl. Never forget that he was the reason Li Xiao visited the hospital. I know how your revenge is important but don’t take risks especially not with a man like Li Lingyun."

"Thank you, brother An. You are right, Li Lingyun is dangerous. Even I think I should stay away from him." Lin Yan said. For some reason she felt as if those words that came out of her mouth were lies, lies spoken to comfort her brother. At this moment she asked herself ’Can she really stay away from Li Lingyun?’
