When those words came out of her mouth, Lin Yan knew she was definitely drunk, this was one of the reasons Lin An forbade her from drinking, she always ended up either saying or doing something crazy. And now as she looked at Li Lingyun eyes which watched her intensely she felt that she has just said something crazy.

"Come here."

"Huh?" Lin Yan asked confusingly. Though she was confused, she still stood up from her chair and stood in front of Li Lingyun.

Li Lingyun dragged her to his lap and smiled when Shen Yi wrapped her hands around him. He placed his forehead to hers and kissed her gently and softly at first before his kiss became rough yet passionate.

Lin Yan wanted to drown herself in his kisses and then she felt his tongue coaxing her to open up which she did and when he thrust his tongue into her mouth she could taste the wine they had just drank and it tasted even more delicious and she wanted more of it. Her hands move from round his neck to the button in Li Lingyun shirt but before she could undone even one of his button, Li Lingyun held her hands and separated his lips from hers.

"Let’s stop."

"Why?" Lin Yan asked in a whining tone.

"You are drunk." Li Lingyun whispered as he breathed heavily.

"No, I’m not." Lin Yan said breathlessly.

Li Lingyun chuckled and said "Yes, you are and I need to teach you how to hold your liquor."

Lin Yan smiled and said "I feel sleepy."

"Then let’s get you to bed." Li Lingyun said as he stood up and carried Shen Yi in his hands.

When Li Lingyun laid Shen Yi on her bed, she was already asleep. He looked at her as she sleeps and kissed her forehead and then whispered "Goodnight."

Meanwhile He Jia on the other hand was feeling restless because Zhou Xi has not come back yet.

"Where could she be?" He Jia whispered to herself.

She was about to call Zhou Xi again when her phone rang and sighed in relief when she saw that it was Zhou Xi calling her.

"Where are you! Do you even know how worried I was?" He Jia who was waiting for a reply suddenly heard her crying.

"I’m in the hospital."

"Hospital? Why? What happened? Which hospital are you?"

"I don’t know. I just know that it was the same hospital you took me to."

"I’ll be right there."

He Jia gasped when she arrived at Zhou Xi ward. There were bruises on her face. She walked closer to her and asked "What happened? Did you get robbed or what?"

Shen Yi shook her head and said "No, I wasn’t robbed. I was really scared He Jia, I thought he was going to killed me."

Bo Cheng was silent for a few seconds before saying "It is 8am in the morning and for someone who has a child, I am guessing the kid is already late for school."

Lin Yan became fully sober when she heard that it was 8am. She looked at the clock on her bedside and said "I will send you the money immediately. Hundred thousand right?"

"And a dinner with you." Bo Cheng said with a smile.

"Nice try." Lin Yan said and ended the call.

She looked at the time again and said "Li Xiao must be awake." She stood up and went to bath.
