Everyone that was watching the interrogation of Winy Cocker was taken aback by the very open threat which Scarlet had not shied away from making. She didn’t care who was watching, she would make good on that threat.

Those who knew the true state she had left former general Sang in worried a bit. They had fiddled the actual reports around and kept the real details out. If she went crazy on Winy Cocker and the woman ended up like general Sang wouldn’t their fiddling be discovered?

To date, Sang Soon was a mere shadow of the man he used to be.

"Calm down, please calm down." Adler whispered into the air, praying that somehow his words would reach her.

They didn’t reach Scarlet but they did reach Beord and the other his head.

"It’s too late for that woman, our sister will not leave her untouched. Justin is her biggest weak spot. To touch him is to start a war with her and she is going to see the war through. Frankly speaking, if she decides to kill that woman, I would not be appalled."

"Don’t say nosense, do you see how many witnesses are here?" Adler asked him.

The two brothers did not block out the sound as they talked. Their conversation travelled into the ears of those that were in the same room as them.

First, they were surprised that always composed Beord Su was advocating for the death of someone. Then, Adler Su’s words about witnesses evoked a chill on some of their skins.

Ian in particular leaned toward Cedric and asked him, "Isn’t the Su house motto peace and happiness?"

Every noble house in the empire had a motto and a flag that represented their house. Not many people cared about those things but occasionally, a question about such mottos was asked on an exam.

For this reason, everyone familiarised themselves with these house mottos in school and forgot all about them after graduation.

"More like peace until one of their own is touched then it’s war and happiness becomes unhappiness for the one who dares to cross them." Cedric whispered back to his friend.

They continued munching their popcorn and sharpened their ears because Winy Cocker was finally talking.

"I just did what I had to do." Were the first words out of her mouth.

"Had to!!" Esong exclaimed. "You had to smear our son’s name."

The woman looked at Scarlet with disdain and an empty look in her eyes as Scarlet’s powers pushed her to talk. "You have everything just because you were born into the right house."

Scarlet scoffed, a great disbelief came over her. People so easily forgot the rough years the Su’s had endured.

Beord too was angry. His nostrils flared and he slammed his fist into a wall. "I am getting really sick of hearing this bullshit. Fucked up cow is attributing her crimes to us now."

"Let’s not insult cows." Jacks told him.

"Yeah, cows are good animals." Folsom, newly arrived to watch the drama contributed to the conversation. "I smell popcorn." He sniffed the air.

To shut him up, Jacks shoved the popcorn bucket into his arms and said, "shh."

Winy Cocker in the meantime smiled manically and said, "Is there a lie in what I have just said?"

Scarlet smiled coldly and replied, "You are an original citizen of the Blue star. Tell me, did we Su’s not live with you here when we had nothing? Was it not my brothers and sisters that improved the factory and found a way for all of us to survive?

Did you not all at one point in time pity us because we were nobles living no different from commoners?"

"But you turned things around." Winy cried out loudly.

"Ooh, so that’s a crime in your books. Things didn’t just turn around for us they did so for everyone that lived here. No more hunger, no sleeping in shoddy tin cans, no fear of winter, no death from sickness, money in our pockets and safety from space pirates. Which of those things is bad?" Scarlet asked her.

"You don’t understand." She suddenly looked at Scarlet with desperation in her eyes. "You have a castle in every city. Hundreds of acres of land, very big houses that you can’t even fill up.

You have hundreds of servants...."

"And you have a five bedroom house despite being a small family of three. Make your point clear." Scarlet slapped the glass table and it cracked.

It made a sound similar to ice being crunched.

Winy winced and stumbled backwards, frightened out of her mind. If she could break hard glass like that so easily then what about a fragile human body?

The tables in interrogation rooms could withstand the strength of mecha warriors. She was no mecha warrior but apparently she was as strong as one.

Scarlet’s move caught the attention of the emperor and the higher ups of mecha warriors association.

The emperor rubbed his chin thoughtfully and a random thought crossed his mind. Perhaps it was time for the colors of house Wu to reappear in the mecha fights, worn by Scarlet.

Esong meanwhile used his mental strength to sit the woman back upright so that his wife could continue and Scarlet immediately dug in.

"Tell me, why my son? It’s obvious that you are a jealous and envious woman who simply wanted to make a quick back. But why Justin?"

"Five years old and he is already in possession of more wealth than any of my descendants will ever make. He is just another entitled brat that was lucky to be born into the right family.

All I wanted to do is teach him a lesson so that he will not grow up to be so arrogant. It pissed me off so much that my daughter had to bring home handouts from him every single day. We are not beggars but he made us feel that way. So when I was paid to report some information on him here and there I figured why not?

He is just another little rich boy at the end of the day. As for being Koko’s best friend Winy, that’s nosense. I told my daughter to latch onto him because we would survive with your help. Poor or rich, your family is noble and sooner or later you were bound to return to your roots and I was counting on it to escape poverty. Be honest with yourself, the older they grow up is the more the gap between them will widen.

He will be destined for glory like his father just as everyone says and my Koko will end up in a factory somewhere working her hands off to make a few star coins.

The only mistake I made was in rushing my plan. I was going to wait until they were teens to make a sexual assault allegation and Koko would be made his wife. Tsk, I should have been smarter about this."

Unhinged, Winy replied, laughed and she successfully pissed Scarlet off.

Scarlet had been hanging on by a thread and Winy’s callous laughter snapped that thread.

She leaped across the table and struck the woman. She slapped her once, hard and very loudly.

The slap flung Winy Cocker backwards. That was not enough for Scarlet and she dragged her by the hair and slammed her head into the wall.

Even though most people had been expecting it, the move still surprised them.
