Later on in the night, when most of the guests had safely left, the birthday boy was tucked in bed and robot butlers were cleaning the castle, a few people gathered in the kitchen in Scarlet’s wing for conversation, drinks and food.

The group which gathered included the older Su siblings, Esong’s friends and the couple itself which was cuddling together in one chair with a warm blanket around their bodies.

There was plenty of food, a variety of it, snacks and fruit drinks, alcoholic ones and sodas on the table. Everyone could eat as they pleased.

Scarlet fed Esong a banana chip and then a spoon of lemon ice cream.

On the television whose volume was lowered, was a late night talk show which they were watching inattentively as they listened to the guests describe the hardships involved in filming on an unnamed planet outside the Sun star.

"Hey Esong, don’t we know that place?" Ian asked loudly.

Esong lifted his eyes lazily and looked at the images of the unnamed planet being shown on the television.

"It’s the one with all the hairy lazy creatures which couldn’t even be bothered to move when we fired weapons at them." Folsom said.

Hairy lazy creature which doesn’t like to move; sounds like a sloth to me, Scarlet thought. Maybe if they showed her a picture, she would identify it.

"Argh! they were butt ass ugly things with beaded eyes and one of them latched onto my arm. I had nightmares for weeks." Jacks shook his body and rubbed his arms.

The thought of those weird creatures still gave him the shivers.

Markay suddenly tossed a cheesy popcorn snack at the television and said, "There are no fucking hardships on that world, the actor is lying."

Elroy raised his hand up and pointed at the seventh prince. In a very childish manner, he said loudly, "Sister, look he is wasting food."

"You are such a tattle tale Elroy, grow up will you." Carolyn told him.

Scarlet ignored them and yawned. The exhaustion of the day was creeping on her slowly like a shadow. It was her tenth or more time yawning and yet she did not make a move to head to bed.

Carolyn had been keeping an eye on her younger sister and when she saw her yawn again, she shook her head in disbelief. Why was she still awake?

"Go to bed already Scarlet." Carolyn told her.

"I am too lazy to move." Scarlet answered.

Carolyn looked at Esong and suggested, "You carry her to bed."

Esong shrugged helplessly and said, "She wanted to make sure that those two got something to eat first."

His eyes were looking in the direction of Adler and Beord who were eating voraciously.

Carolyn’s eyes followed Esong’s and she looked at her two eldest brothers who had quite the appetite tonight. "I had forgotten that you two missed most of the party and only showed up in time for gift giving hence you didn’t get to eat."

"We worked all day." Beord replied with a mouthful.

Elroy banged his hands on the table and drew the attention of everyone. Scarlet was just beginning to dose off and she jumped up slightly.

"It’s fine." Esong whispered to her. "Everything is fine." He laid her head back down on his chest so that she could sleep if she wished.

"You guys missed quite the party." Elroy told his brothers and in his eyes was a spark as he recalled the events that had happened. "It was madness and chaos everywhere. There was an orgy in the gardens!!!"

"What?" Adler responded. The turkey leg in his hands dropped and fell onto a plate. "A freaking fucking what now?"

"An orgy." Jacks repeated louder than Elroy had been.

"Jeez that doesn’t sound....." Adler looked at Scarlet for clarification but Esong had covered her head with a blanket so he could not see her face. So, he looked at Esong instead in the search for answers.

The party was hosted by both husband and wife so they were equally responsible for the events which happened. How the fuck did they allow an orgy to take place at their child’s birthday, he wondered.

"Some guests were drunk and did a few idiotic things." Esong said monotonously.

Elroy was not done sharing. "Minister....something....stripped naked and run through the hallways."

The wine which Beord had just put into his mouth came spurting out and it landed on Ian’s half eaten pie.

Ian put down his fork with a look of disgust on his face. "I guess this belongs to you now." He pushed the pie towards Beord.

"Sorry bud." Beord said.

He had simply been too surprised by what Elroy shared. A minister running around naked!!! This would be breaking news tomorrow if it was revealed.

"Oh and it got even better." Elroy chuckled and said. The ears of everyone sharpened because they had all missed a few interesting events.

It had been a large party they could not be everywhere at the same time.

"So duke Miranda participated in a princess rescue game and he was on the team which won. Out of nowhere, Lady Prue, marquis Ram’s wife launched herself into his arms and declaring her undying love for him."

As expected, Elroy got the responses he desired. Carolyn and Fey gasped while Markay laughed loudly and the others shook their heads or smiled.

"Holy shit!!" Fey said.

Her eldest brothers tilted their heads downwards and looked at her.

Fey laughed and said, "I mean what funny and surprising news."

They nodded in approval and looked away from her. Fey leaned her head toward Carolyn and whispered unhappily, "Why don’t they ever do this to you or Scarlet? You two curse all the time."

Carolyn smiled smugly and replied, "Because they are terrified of us. And besides, Halley, you are the shortest sister."

She pinched her huffed cheeks that were filled with air and told Elroy, "Tell us more."

Elroy tapped his terminal and shared a hologram video with the others.

"Look, lord Johnson totally groped Malia Rumi under the disguise of teaching her how to swim."

Malia Rumi was a famous singer on the Sunstar that Markay had paid to sing for the nobles in the parlor. When they indulged themselves in alcohol and ended up intoxicated, her vocal skills were not needed anymore so she joined in on the fun.

"I smell lawsuit." Carolyn said.

Markay shook his head because he was of a different opinion. "I think pay off. It’s not the first time Lord Johnson has been handsy with one of the female entertainers."

"You were not supposed to record anything from the party, Delete that immediately." In a strong voice, Esong told Elroy.

"I am not going to share it with anyone," Elroy responded defensively.

He thought Esong was being too much. It was just a few clips of party guests acting inappropriate or rowdy, especially the nobles and ministers.

"What happens if someone steals or hacks into your terminal? Or heaven forbid you lose it. The reputation of the host is besmirched along with that of the guest. I do not want your sister to end up in hot soup."

"Fine." Elroy answered grumpily. Scarlet would kill him if any of those things happened.

Just because the footage was deleted did not mean the memories were gone.
