After their stylish arrival, Luis’ subordinates dutifully went on with their ways.

Legland and Nicol saluted towards him and then they went and stood in front of their respective seats. Their gaze is firm and expectant. The shine in their eyes is enough for Luis that they are completely supporting him.

’Now that is very reassuring, you two,’ Luis’ relief is almost tangible inside his chest. Truthfully, he is nervous but if his supporters are this confident then it is surely worth the shot.

"You okay now, Olyn?" Luis asked with a smile.

"Yes, my lord!" Olyn had a slight blush due to Luis’ question. He was ashamed that he showed his silly side to the moon elf lord. But all in all, he got over the shock that the lord can have a mate at this age.

He got a newfound strength from the moon elf lord so his embarrassment amounts to nothing now. Excitement is the strongest emotion that he has right now.

"I am always ready, my lord!" Olyn said meaningfully.

He retreated to his lord’s seat and stood on the left side.

As for Xagrien, Luis’ subordinate/babe, they exchanged meaningful glances before the male stepped backwards. The moon elf lord could feel the threatening aura around this man but it instantly dissipated so he just shrugged it off for now.

Xagrien claimed his position on the right side of Luis’ seat with a small smile on his lips. The satisfaction from exchanging glances at his bearer made him temporarily forget the threat he felt from the patriarch of the Isan Clan.

Xagrien saw that his moon elf lord was watching him, so he nodded at him, expressing his support.

Luis rolled his eyes at him, forcing himself not to show any smile. ’Ah, is this how it felt like to have a supportive boyfriend? Damn, I can get used to it!’

The moon elf lord faced the crowd with more solid confidence.

Luis calmly looked around and assessed the crowds. The majority of the common moon elves are enthusiastic. Meanwhile, the patriarch’s faces expose complicated expressions but most of them are showing signs of anticipation.

’Well, now that the problem is gone, they must be thinking "What now?". Days have passed and yet there are no orders that they can go back now. They’ve been held in suspense so their worries are understandable.’

The moon elf lord flashed a blinding smile and waved his hands at them. Some patriarchs visibly heaved a sigh of relief while some, well, they are as stiff as before.

Luis doesn’t want to bother himself with their concerns so he shifted his focus to the enthusiastic crowd.

"Hi! This is your moon elf lord." He started. "Actually, this conference is mainly my way of expressing my gratitude to all of you."

"I am happy to receive all your warmth and your faith in me. We survived an impending disaster because you trusted in me. You executed my order with utmost diligence even in the face of a great enemy that could bring your end in just a blink of an eye. You persisted despite your energy is almost used up. You stood your ground and protected what I instructed you to protect. And most importantly, you keep each other safe. Because of you, we passed this challenge without suffering any fatalities."

"For that, my gratitude belongs to all of you. Thank you for helping me end the threat of an unfamiliar enemy."

"My lord! There is no need to thank us! It was you who saved us! We- we will face an absolute death if it is just us, our moon elf lord," a warrior said.

This is followed by replies of agreement.

Luis laughed at that.

"What should I do? I don’t want to take all of that for granted. As your lord, I want to give you something that will be helpful for each one of you. I am here to give you a gift that will help you become stronger." Luis said with great enthusiasm.

"What I have here is a new training technique that lets you gain much better control and flow in your plate. This is called Moonlight Circulation Training. It comes with two different manuals that depend on the current level of your core."

The moon elf lord threw these bombs one after another. It left everyone who hasn’t heard any of it speechless and wondering if they heard it right. Moon elves could absorb nature’s energy through moonlight but they never heard of this Moonlight Circulation Training.

"Pardon my impertinence, my lord. But may we know how this training works?" Denzel took the liberty to ask a question. He was stationed to guard the stage but he simply cannot help himself.

His trust in the moon elf lord is solid so he is more excited than confused upon hearing this foreign training technique.

Luis opened the system interface and read the details on the Beginners Manual.

[Moonlight Circulation Training- Beginners Manual

~This training technique used the raw nature’s energy from the moonlight to carve energy pathways throughout the plate.

~Beginners Manual can only be used by one-star and two-star warriors.

~Effects: better and faster utilization of elemental powers, improved stamina, greater amounts of energy stored in the plate.

~This training technique could also possibly cause soul-element resonance wherein the user will experience a change in the manifestation of his powers. Beginners Manual: 30% probability.]

"This training technique will bring you a qualitative leap in your powers." Luis finally concluded. "For you to see the effects, I will need to ask someone to do a short demo. Olyn," Luis called.

His number one servant needn’t be called twice as he instantly popped up beside Luis. "Denzel, can I ask you for your help?"

"Of course, my lord!" The earth sentinel responded positively.

"Can you make an earth pillar that is three times my height?" Luis said. "I want you to compete with Olyn on who can do it faster," he added confidently.

"My lord?" Denzel asked confusedly. He is a three-star warrior and his speed in conjuring his element is naturally faster than a two-star like Olyn. Besides, he is also trained by the temple since he was a child. So there’s no way that Olyn, a bearer and a servant, would come close to his abilities.

However, the moon elf lord showed no signs of joking and Olyn himself looked eager.

"Alright, I won’t hold back then," Denzel acquiesced.

"With all respect, you don’t have to," Olyn said confidently.

The two then stood on each side of the stage. Both are serious about this challenge since tens of thousands are watching them with interest. Aside from this, this is a job given to them by the lord. They don’t want to mess up.

"Okay, ready? Go!" Luis shouted energetically.

Olyn and Denzel’s eyes glowed brown as they both utilize their powers. Almost at the same time, both bases of the pillars materialized on the stage the two competing earth power moon elves are doing their best. Everyone is expecting that Denzel will have an overwhelming win.

However, something unprecedented is happening.

"Olyn is keeping up with Denzel’s speed! Oh, Moon Goddess!" Aryn blurted out in shock. He knows well about the strength of his son so he is sure that Olyn should be defeated even in the earlier part of the demonstration.

"Yes, that may be the case but look at your son closely, he is sweating profusely. Maintaining this speed is already taking his all." Gea pointed out. He may look calm but deep inside he is as shocked as Aryn.

Time passed by and the demonstration reached its end. Denzel achieved the specified height by a little margin. It is unbelievable, even though Olyn visibly looked tired but the fact that he can pull this off defies the conventional knowledge that they have.

"You worked hard, Olyn," Luis said and he activated Revitalize Skill. The Sign on his forehead glowed at the same time.

The moon elves and even the orcs stared at it in wonder.

"You see, using this training technique can shorten the gap between two-star and three-star. How much more if it is between three-star and four-star? Olyn only practiced it last night so nature’s energy stored in his body is barely enough and yet he managed to do it." Luis declared.

Denzel was almost frightened by such an exposition. ’Just last night?! What kind of cheat is this?’

The others are also energized by this. Their blood is boiling with excitement and they are very much eager to receive it from the moon elf lord. Especially the warriors who had suffered greatly in the hands of the Stone Golem. They badly needed something that will let them regain their confidence.

The worry-stricken patriarchs no longer care about their concerns. They wanted to be under the moon elf lord’s graces and receive this blessing!

Nicol watched this unfold with his own eyes. And at this point, he knew that the moon elf lord had successfully laid the trap.
