The day ended pretty well without anything else happening. At 7:00Pm, Anna dressed up and headed to X club.

She was in a red mini dress showing of her surgery curves. She wore a super thick layer of make up and a mask since she is a celebrity. She did not want to be recognized.

In one of the VIP rooms sat a man whose hands were covered in tattoos since he wore a normal t shirt. One look at the man and one could tell he did not look like a normal person and he was indeed not a normal person.

Anna came in and without greeting the man she started rumbling. "You need to help me take down all negative news about me. My company has also put a temporary ban on me because of those articles. Aarghh!"

Anna said as she took the nearest bottle of beer and poured it into her glass. She noticed the man had not said a thing and was staring at her.

"Fine, I will pay you with whatever you need, you know I can satisfy you more than these sluts here." She said in a coquettish manner as she licked her lips.

The man smirked but there was a glint of total disgust in his eyes that Anna did not notice at all. He stared at her and finally put down his glass of beer.

"I don’t feel like taking anything from you today, when I need something, I will communicate to you." The man did not wait for Anna to reply and stood up, leaving the room.

"What a grumpy man!" Anna said as she took her beer slowly watching the man leave without even touching her.

Outside,the man took out his phone and made a call, "Good evening ma’am, everything is as you predicted. She wants me to get rid of the top news about her."

Rebecca on the other end chucked lightly, "Let us give her some time to enjoy a little peace before everything hits her hard. Pull down the news, I will speak to my niece and let her resume her acting jobs and once she reaches her goal, everything will hit her hard."

"Understood ma’am." He hung up the phone and stared at the private room for a while, smirked and left.

Anna was bored drinking alone and she decided to leave the club. Outside, she bumped into a girl who seemed of the same age as her, "Watch where you are going slut!" She shouted at the girl but failed to look at her closely. If she did then she would realize this girl would be her family’s fall someday when she faces her.

The girl in question did not mind the insult, she watched as Anna walked away and laughed in an evil manner, insinuating she is up to no good.

Jane arrived at her penthouse around 10 pm, exhausted from her office work. She was about to put on her slippers when she realized one of it was missing. "Aah! I forgot to pick my slipper from him!"

She got out of her house and knocked Liam’s. Liam had also arrived not long ago and he was about to put on his clothes after showering when he heard a knock on the door.

The penthouses were designed in such a manner that one can easily see who is on the door through their tablets. Liam picked his tablet and Jane’s figure standing outside his penthouse came into view.

He smiled unknowingly and decided to tease her a little bit. With his towel hanging around his waist and another one drying off his hair, he went to open the door.

"Excuse me Mr Yang....." Jane could not complete her sentence when Liam’s body came into view. He looked so fine! Those abs! His broad shoulders, his wet hair, his shining blue eyes, and there is his towel.. hanging dangerously on his waist? ’Aaah! Stupid stupid Jane!’ She screamed internally as she had the urge to slap herself. She tried acting serious but Liam on the other hand was struggling to hold his laughter,she looked so cute ogling at him!

"Ahem! Excuse me Mr Yang, I am here for my slipper, kindly." Jane said putting on a serious face.

"Good evening Miss Lu, please come in, I need to get dressed first." He replied paving way for her to get in.

Jane, who had already spotted her slipper got in and headed for one direction.

"Not a problem Mr Yang, here is my....Ouch!" Jane screamed as she was turning around with her slipper on her hand. She felt her face hit something rock hard. He nose became red suddenly as her eyes became moist.

Liam, who had just collided with her couldn’t help but stare at her, those beautiful green eyes, her eyes were so pure and beautiful.

Jane who was busy complaining looked up when she did not hear any response only to meet with a pair of clear blue eyes. Before she knew it, she was drowning in them without control. His eyes looked so pure, seemingly carrying a lot of unspoken feelings.

She started taking steps back when suddenly a strong hand held her by thin waist, "Be careful, you scared me!" Liam’s hot breath could be felt on her neck, making her shiver and her mind confused. Jane regained her senses when his hand on her waist held her tighter.

She immediately composed herself and pushed him away from her, running out of his penthouse. She did not know what made her move backwards but what she knew is that his presence was doing wonders to her and if she is not careful, she is going to make the same mistake once again, Love!
