"I can’t stop thinking about Amelia. Do you think she is alright?" Gina asked.

Edith sighed and rolled her eyes out of annoyance. "For the last time, she is with her husband. I am sure she is fine. She must be losing her voice while I have to suffer through your questions."

"Losing her voice?" Gina started to panic but she quickly realized what Edith was referring to. "You and your dirty mind."

"What can you expect from a couple who just got married? Amelia probably got a good feel of her husband last night and now she will find herself lost in pleasure. Tell me," Edith scooted closer to Gina. "Have you ever experienced such pleasure? If you have not, I can help you."

Gina scooted further down the short wall they sat on. "No and I have no interest in women but thank you for the offer."

"That hurt me. I assure you that I can pleasure you better than any man could but I wasn’t offering myself. I was offering to set you up with a man to help distract you from speaking about Amelia. A good ride would make you shut up," Edith said as she was one more question away from losing her mind.

"Once again, thank you for the offer but I must deny it. Any man you wish to set me up with will do nothing but ruin my life," Gina answered.

Edith looked away from Gina to Cyrus who was standing nearby. "What about him? Aside from the woman you said he once cared for, he is not a bad option."

Gina tried looking beyond Cyrus to see who Edith wanted her to sleep with but no one aside from Cyrus was standing there. "Is an invisible demon here?" She had to ask since Edith could not seriously think she wanted to sleep with Cyrus of all people.

"No," Edith shook her head.

"Then are you crazy? Why would I ever want to sleep with Cyrus? I am not that desperate. No offense," Gina turned to Cyrus who could hear them.

Cyrus kept his eyes shut while he leaned against the wall.

"You see why?" Gina pointed over her shoulder at Cyrus. "I can’t deal with that and I only see him as a friend."

Edith inspected Cyrus from head to toe. His looks fit what she enjoyed and his body wasn’t bad. It was a plus that he was an excellent fighter just like her and it wouldn’t be hard to get rid of the woman named Jahi. "If you won’t fuck him, I will take the chance to," Edith stated.

Gina’s jaw almost dropped from hold bold Edith was. "I cannot believe there is someone with a mouth worse than mine. Good luck with trying to sleep with him. Have you not seen all the maids approaching him lately? He turned all of them down. I would say he has high standards but judging by the pest he brought around Amelia that isn’t the case."

Gina’s dislike for Jahi grew when she learned Jahi was planning to work for Agramon.

"Is someone thinking of me?" Agramon asked, landing on the ground right in front of Gina and Edith. His bat-like wings remained after his landing. "Was it you?" He asked, looking down at Gina. "Of course a human would be curious about me. Settle down. I am not here to hurt anyone yet," he said without pulling his gaze away from Gina when Edith touched her sword.

"Yet should have been left out," Edith said, keeping her hands on her sword. She knew of Agramon and his hate for Killian. This man was a threat to her King and Queen so Edith considered him to be her enemy.

"Does that mean you wanted me to lie? You will all die one day but that time has not come yet. No one informed me the King and Queen would be out of the castle. Any chance one of you wants to tell me where they are? I am only here to make sure they are somewhere safe," Agramon touched his chest as if to convince them he was telling the truth.

"Liar. You are in the presence of demons so I suggest you refrain from trying to -"

"I don’t like you," Agramon said out of the blue. "Why did she pick such a low demon to guard her? She is asking to be killed," he reached his fingers out to touch Edith with his long dark nails but he pulled them back before she could try to bite him. "Nevermind, I like you."

"Agramon," Alastor flew down to the garden where the group was and placed himself between Agramon and the others.

"So up close and personal. Do you wish to try kissing me with how close you are? You are not my type of man but if this is what it would take to get you on my side then I am happy to oblige. It would help if you try to romance me first-"

"Shut the fuck up," Alastor interrupted Agramon as he had no intention of sleeping with the man other any other man.

"Did I hit a nerve? I did, didn’t I?" Agramond looked to Gina to agree with him.

’Is this truly the scary demon everyone speaks about? He’s not what I imagine,’ Gina thought. Agramon seemed like an awkward man.

"Leave these people at once. The King and Queen’s location will not be shared with anyone. Especially the likes of you. Find someone else to annoy," Alastor said.

"Then how-"

"Not me," Alastor quickly answered, knowing he would be Agramon’s next victim to pester.

"What a shame. I looked forward to speaking with the human girl. I shall see you soon," Agramon tilted his head to get a better look at Gina and smiled before flapping his wings to fly away.

Gina covered her eyes as the force of his wings stirred up dust.

Alastor looked over his shoulder at Gina. Her life was in danger more than ever now that Agramon wanted to speak with her. "Always run away when he comes looking for you."
