However, she didn’t find anything.

At this movement, her mana space suddenly started to vibrate.

Stunned Gu Jin entered her mana space and saw the Big Balls of different colors.

Seeing the White Big Ball vibrating Gu Jin had a headache yet Gu Jin walked forward and touched the White ball.

"Close.Eyess." A soothing voice said.

Was the White Big Ball asking her to close her eyes?

Gu Jin did as the White ball said.

Whoosh.

Originally with her closed eyes, all Gu Jin could see was blackness but now, instead of seeing blackness, she saw the colorful spatial rift that she saw when her eyes were open.

Hm.

Great.

She has closed her eyes physically and she has even closed her eyes mentally, but she could still see the outside view.

Was this some cheat code?

Suddenly the colorful spatial rift lost its color and Gu Jin’s expression turned serious.

She noticed faint lines of energy weaving through the chaos, almost like a network of threads.

There were also millions of dots. And each dot was connected by a thread-like thing. Gu Jin observed carefully and finally realized something.

Spatial rift was a maze-like thing to reach a specific dot, one had to walk on a specific thread connected to that dot.

So the reason why she wasn’t able to reach the location from where the familiar pulses were coming from was because she was walking in the wrong direction.

"It’s designed to pick up on the unique energy signatures of spatial rifts. It might help us pinpoint Su Jin’s location more accurately."

Feng Tian inspected the device, nodding approvingly. "This should be useful. Good work."

Then as if thinking about something he asked,

"This rift tracker is not a special device, but it is hard to borrow, how did you get it?"

Xu Mingtao chuckled and said with confidence,

"The person in charge just happened to be someone I know, so I was able to borrow it."

Feng Tian didn’t comment and stared at Xu Mingtao before shifting his gaze.

Even Tang Guan looked in Xu Mingtao’s direction with a meaningful gaze.

Xu Mingtao smiled as if she didn’t see their gaze.

Feng Tian activated the tracker, watching as it began to pulse with a soft blue light, pointing toward a specific direction.

Feng Tian adjusted his glasses and began to concentrate, his magical energy syncing with the device.

"There!" Feng Tian exclaimed,

"This should lead us closer to where Su Jin is."

The team gathered around, hopeful but cautious. Zhang Wei took a deep breath and stepped forward.

"We go together. Stay close and be prepared for anything."

Gu Jin was finally nearing the pulsating energy, the threads having guided her swiftly and safely.

As she reached out to touch the energy source, a bright light enveloped her, and she felt a sudden tug.

The next moment, she found herself standing on solid ground, the chaotic rift gone.

Gu Jin covered her eyes when the harsh light fell on her.

After her eyes adjusted to the environment she slowly opened them.

The sky above was a swirling canvas of vibrant colors, shifting and changing like an ever-moving painting.

The ground beneath her feet was a mosaic of unusual textures and hues, from crystalline blue patches that shimmered in the light to deep, velvety black soil that seemed to absorb it.

The vegetation defied the laws of science and nature.

Trees with translucent, glass-like trunks reached toward the sky, their leaves a kaleidoscope of colors, each one shimmering and changing with the slightest breeze.

Some of the trees bore fruits that glowed softly, casting an ethereal light on the surrounding area.

Flowers of every imaginable shape and color dotted the landscape.

Some had petals that seemed to be made of pure light, pulsating gently with a rhythm that felt almost like a heartbeat.

Others floated just above the ground, their roots swaying like delicate tendrils in the air.

One particular plant caught Gu Jin’s attention. It had long, sinuous vines that twisted and turned in intricate patterns, their surfaces covered in tiny, luminescent spots.

The plant seemed to hum softly, a soothing melody that resonated deep within her.

In the distance, Gu Jin saw a massive structure made of what looked like interwoven branches and roots, forming an elaborate network that stretched high into the sky.

As expected, she saw Green Big Ball and Red Big Ball jumping up and down.

But all she heard was, "Touch Red..red!"

Gu Jin: "..." I suspect that this Green Mana has a grudge against me but I can’t prove it at all!

Gu Jin withdrew her hand and touched the Red Mana.

She swore in her heart that if Red Mana dared to say things like ’Touch Green.’ or ’Go to the forest’, she would beat it till it could no longer make any noise.

"Awaken. Awaken."

Gu Jin gritted her teeth and asked,

"Don’t say you want to be awakened."

She already has 2 elements so far. With just 2 elements, she was on the verge of bankruptcy, but now, if she awakened another element she was sure she would have to sell herself to support her cultivation.

The Red Mana didn’t answer and only vibrated as if to answer Gu Jin.

"What element are you?"

"Fire." Red Mana said.

Great now she has to find a source of fire.

"These must be it," she murmured.

"But how do I awaken the fire element?"

Her question was answered almost immediately.

The Red Mana within her began to vibrate more intensely, guiding her actions.

She closed her eyes and focused on the heat, channeling her energy toward the Red Mana.

Slowly, she felt a connection forming between her and the fiery crystals.

Suddenly, the crystals flared brightly, and a stream of fire shot up from the ground, encircling her.
