"Are you really stupid or pretend to be?" Azrael asked before she stepped forward, making Elliana look at her, confused.

"Do you really think I am behind your father? That man is as good as dead to me. What I want is you. All of this plotting was for you. Now that you have sent your father away from the dragon and used almost all of your Magna, how are you going to go out?" Azrael asked, and Elliana smiled.

"I have everything covered. How will I go back? I will-" Elliana looked at her right hand, ready to signal Nathaniel to pull her back from the magical realism and save her.

However, when she saw no glowing mark on her hand, realization dawned upon her.

She screwed up. The bond between them had broken long ago.
