Chapter 520: End of the fight

"Grrrrrrr!" A loud earth-shattering growl echoed in the environment, and everyone froze in their place as Sebastian’s eyes turned completely black.

"Princess!" He shouted, and with the speed of light, he appeared right beside her, holding her hand and pulling her in his arms.

Elliana, who wasn’t completely unconscious, fluttered her eyes and looked into his black ones with a soft tired smile on her face.

"I am sorry, King Marino. I couldn’t aid you for long. My powers don’t allow me anymore," she whispered, closing her eyes as her energies started to diminish to replenish and restore.

"No. No. No. Please keep your eyes open. I told you I wouldn’t be able to bear it if something happened to you. Please be with me, Princess. Don’t close your eyes. Fuck!"

Sebastian, who thought that it was all because the rogue vampires hit her, felt another level of rage taking over him, and he placed his wife on a wooden plank at the side before he looked at all the rogue vampires.

Some rogues he dismembered, some he broke bones of, while he plunged his hand in the chest of some vampires and pulled their hearts out.

"You messed with the wrong man this time. How dare you touch my woman!" Sebastian hissed in a low whisper, biting the necks of the rogue vampires, beheading them, and throwing their heads in a random direction, making people scream in horror.

Lucas looked at his boss losing his control before looking at Princess. She was the one he thought would be able to control the situation and his boss from losing control, but who would’ve thought that she would become the reason for his losing control?

He wanted to go and check up on his princess to see if she was terribly wounded, but one part of him was extremely scared of what his King would do if he saw him near his wife. He was not in his right mind at the moment, and he might think that he was trying to take his wife away.

Lucas looked at Prince Vincenzo, who was looking at Elliana with concern, but no one dared to step near her when Sebastian was looking at her, again and again to ensure no one neared her.

As they contemplated what was going on, they saw one person who they never thought would appear in front of them like this.

Elliana might not realize since she doesn’t know how this witch world works, but over-exhausting herself, again and again, won’t only render her unconscious every time, it will also damage her neurons, taking away her thinking capability and rendering her mad if done for a long time.

"She called me mom. She didn’t call me ’that lady’ or ’that witch’. Mom. She called me mom. You heard it too, right?" Azura asked, and Nathaniel nodded with a smile.

"She did," Nathaniel whispered, hoping it would calm Azura.

"I am... I am so happy. I can’t believe it. What kind of mom will I be if I don’t avenge my daughter’s pain? I am so happy that I want to kill," Azura held the wooden stick in her hand before she ran towards the rogue vampire to fight.

"Come on, attack me," Azura said to the rogue vampires.

They always thought that their princess was a bit too much, but now they could see where she got all that from.

The rogue vampires who got angry at her provocation, immediately started to fight with her and Azura smirked at them.

"Stupid fools," Azura plunged that stick she aided with her magic into the rogue’s chest, deliberately letting another vampire hit her.

"Platzen," Azura whispered, and as soon as she did that, all the rogue vampires in the vicinity of 1km burst into thousands of shards, making Azura create a shield on Sebastian and others so they wouldn’t get dirty from the blood and flesh.

Prince Stephano was the one to speak first as they looked at the woman in horror who was breathing heavily now.

Sebastian, who saw his wife in front of him, immediately stepped forward when her body swayed.

He grabbed her, glaring at Azura who was about to step forward.

"Mine," Sebastian hissed.

Azura looked at her daughter and understood why her daughter took the risk, making her sigh before she looked at Nathaniel and vanished into thin air.

She wanted to stay with her daughter, but with the devil who was about to be on the loose, she didn’t want to make things harder for them so they would resent her more.

"Princess, open your eyes, princess," Sebastian patted her cheeks as he sat down, holding her close to his chest.

Everyone rushed to the couple as they looked at Elliana bleeding profusely and Sebastian panicking.

"Sebastian, take her to the hospital, quickly. She has lost quite some blood. We will handle it all," Prince Stephano said as he looked at his brother’s concerned face, and Sebastian nodded.

He was about to stand when he saw Elliana’s lips moving, and he scrunched his brows before bringing his ear close to her lips.

"Only the kiss of a devil can heal me now," Elliana whispered into his ears, and he froze in his place for a second before a helpless smile appeared on his face, calming his devil and beast all along.

"Fuck you, Princess. How can you joke at a time like this?" Sebastian muttered under his breath.

"Don’t be horny, King Marino. Take me to the hospital," Elliana whispered, making everyone chuckle at her choice of words as Sebastian ran towards the car to take her to the nearest hospital as quickly as possible.
