Pluto wiped the blood from the corner of his lips and looked at Nathaniel with a quirked brow.

"Seriously, dude? You were busy, so I came to check up on your girlfriend, I mean now your sister, and rather than being thankful, you are punching me? Talk about ungratefulness," Pluto scoffed, licking his bottom lip.

"Helping her? What kind of help are you here to offer? I told you. I clearly mentioned that she is off-limits, and no one is to go and meet her. Does this simple sentence not go through your skull?" Nathaniel asked, his voice low and deep, his eyes looking like they were ready to rage fire.

"How can you say you are ready to go with me so casually? You should’ve shown at least a little resistance and told me how you wanted to study for your exams," Nathaniel said.

Elliana smiled.

"You tell me, do you think my exams should be the most impossible thing for me at the moment when my life is at risk?" Elliana asked.

Pluto clicked his tongue.

"The girl has a point," he said, and Nathaniel glared at him.

I assure you if it was related to her mischievous experiments that she keeps her busy with or any kind of other activity, there was no way she would’ve come to me instantly. It has been the sole reason that she hasn’t even completed two weeks of training because this stupid has been busy making some weird poison. It all comes down to exams when she remembers her life is in danger," Nathaniel said, and Elliana scowled.

"That’s not always true," she said before she turned around.

"Now where are you going?" Nathaniel asked.

"Well, since you didn’t have anything else to say, I should go to Mr. Marino and ask him to help me with a few physics tricks," Elliana shrugged.

Nathaniel immediately held her hand, and Pluto smiled.

No matter how much he denies it or how he is coping with it, this guy will always have a problem with handing his girl to the other man.

"Fine, we are leaving," Nathaniel said before he looked at Pluto.

"Come along. After you have created this mess, don’t you think you should explain everything to her in detail? This is your forte," Nathaniel said before clicking his fingers.

Elliana closed her eyes, feeling the wind of teleportation on her body with a soft smile.

This was the only time she felt alive like nothing mattered in the world anymore.

Nathaniel’s teleportation was soothing just like that.

She tightened her hold on Nathaniel’s hand, and the latter turned to her when they landed.

"Open your eyes, sweetheart," Nathaniel said.

Elliana opened her eyes softly.

She blinked her eyes gently, her pupils dilating slowly as she took in the sight in front of her.

"What is this?" She asked.

"Your fire," he whispered in her ears, and Elliana gulped.

"It’s black," Nathaniel completed her sentence for her, and Elliana nodded.

She looked at the trees that were burning without any smoke and just crumbling down against the black flames.

"Now watch me," Nathaniel said.

"Reinste Flamme," he whispered.

Elliana smiled when she watched the same blue flame appearing in Nathaniel’s hand.

"It’s beautiful," Elliana said.

He did not say anything to her, rather he took her hand with his other hand and looked into her eyes, half turning his body to her.

"You trust me with everything, right?" He asked.

"Not with my food and Mr. Marino, the rest is yes," Elliana said, and Nathaniel shook his head at her cuteness before he placed her hand on top of his blue flame.

To say Elliana was amazed would be an understatement.

It was the first word that left Elliana’s mouth. Even Pluto was surprised to see what Nathaniel was doing.

Was this a mix-breed witch thing? Or a sibling thing that was shared by them because of their father?

He looked at Elliana’s Black fire engulfing Nathaniel’s blue fire.

"Can I try too?" Pluto arrived and placed his hand over them, his violet flame engulfing both of their flames before Elliana’s Black flame started taking over it too.

"Can I click a photo of it?" Elliana asked, and Nathaniel chuckled at her enthusiasm.

He hummed and Pluto clicked the photo, smiling at it.

"I don’t care what you think of me. I am ready to be a pushover if that’s what you are going to call me, but I want to be a part of this gang," he whispered.

"What gang?" Elliana asked, confused.

"This gang of you siblings. I want to be a part of it too. This bastard never considered me his friend, or he would’ve introduced me to you himself. Anyway, let bygones be bygones, I have been alone all my life, please include me. I want to have fun too," Pluto said, his eyes beaming with a hope that Elliana recognized easily.

Why? Because she had been there and felt that hundreds of times when she wanted to be a part of something badly.

"Do you think my life is fun?" Elliana asked, and Pluto’s glint immediately dimmed.

"Don’t stress about it. She is just having fun," Nathaniel said.

Pluto looked at Elliana who was smiling sheepishly.

Nathaniel smiled at the smile on her face and was about to flick her forehead for being wishful again when someone pushed him back, and he looked at the person in front of him with raised brows.

"Azura?" Nathaniel asked, confused.

"Where is she?! Where is Arizona, that bitch!" Azura shouted, and Nathaniel sighed, his gaze meeting with Pluto, who immediately understood the meaning behind his actions.

Nathaniel wanted Elliana out of the place.
