Miss Zoya was about to tell Elliana who this old lady was when Elliana bowed slightly.

"Such a good girl," She whispered, and seeing the smile on his wife’s face, Abramo immediately knew that this human girl had won over the queen.

"King Abramo," Elliana bowed to him, and he just smiled before walking ahead and patting her head softly.

"We are pleased to have such a decent granddaughter-in-law. Please enjoy the party," Abramo said and was about to turn around when his gaze landed on the big handbag in Miss Zoya’s hand.

"I didn’t know what everyone liked, so I prepared a small gift for everyone. Please bear with me," Elliana smiled, making Aubrey look at her husband before she nodded at the girl.

"So thoughtful. I definitely approve of her," Aubrey said, making Miss Zoya breathe a sigh of relief.

Freya who had been watching from the sidelines, immediately joined them and took Elliana away to have her meet everyone in the family.

"Lucas, what is the update on the locations that Maze had given us? Did our men find something there?" Sebastian asked, and Lucas shook his head.

"No, sir. I think the leader of these rogue vampires found out about their death and captivity of Maze before we could reach there. We indeed saw hints of some weird chemicals, but not the setup of anything altogether," Lucas said, making Sebastian sigh.

"Things will only keep becoming tough now. I could’ve taken those dead rogue vampires to the royal Kingdom and asked for an explanation if this so-called party hadn’t interrupted me. As much as I don’t care about those royal’s happiness, this is my wife’s first meet-up, and I don’t want to spoil it for her," Sebastian said.

He was so happy for his prince as he was finally showing some humane emotions that he should’ve always.

"Sirens can lure people into their beauty traps, so no information about them can be trusted. The person sending information can also be the siren’s man. What I can’t understand is why would they take such a risk to come to the main city of the royal kingdom where the royals live. Why would and for whom would they risk their lives and their entire clan’s lives like that?" Sebastian asked thoughtfully, looking at his hand with a sigh.
