Chapter 215: Don’t ask anything

Chapter 215: Don’t ask anything

One hour ago~~~

Elliana paced back and forth in the room to form a plan when her phone rang.

She looked at the caller ID and pressed her lips into a thin line.

"Marcello, I told you I’ll talk to you -"

"Will 15 wolves be enough?" Marcello asked, and Elliana scrunched her brows.

"What is that supposed to mean? 15 wolves for what?" Elliana asked, confused.

She was already dressed in her black skinny jeans and she paired them with her black top and grabbed her black leather jacket. All she needed was a plan to save her man.

"Look, I know you. If you were so hyper about asking how to kill the rogue vampires, I am sure someone close to your heart is in trouble. And since you used plural there are many, right? You will be running out alone to save that person even risking your life, and I don’t want that to happen," Marcello quickly said before looking at Glow.

The girl nodded at him encouragingly, and he closed his eyes before taking a deep breath.

"That’s why I have sent around 15 wolves towards the Vampire Kingdom city. I don’t know where you are or where the problem is, so just connect to them and get your work done," Marcello rushed, and Elliana raised her brows in surprise.

"Around 100 rogue vampires, " Elliana said, even though she didn’t know the right estimate of how many there were.

It has been ten minutes since she found out Mr. Marino has probably left to fight those rogue vampires because they messed with his so-called possession.

"The wolves should be able to kill 50 for sure. If they try harder, they can do more," Marcello said, and Elliana quickly opened her wardrobe again.

"Thank you. I couldn’t think of a way. You call them right away and ask them to stop near the international University, but not too close since other vampires will be there too.

I’ll reach there in thirty minutes," Elliana was about to end the call before she remembered something.

"Wait. H-how did you manage to get the wolves to agree to do this work? As far as I remember, they are rogue wolves, and don’t take orders from anyone," Elliana asked.

"It was quite simple than you think. I just told them that you’ll be paying them 1 million dollars for this work. They immediately got ready to help," Marcello said, as if proud of his work.

Elliana - "..." Of course. Why couldn’t she think of it sooner?

"Besides, these wolves are always ready to tear some vampire flesh. So why wouldn’t they agree when they are getting paid so handsomely for doing something that they love?" Marcello said.

"The other vampires will be weak in front of rogue vampires, and you will be weak in front of those vampires because it’s like a food chain, but these wolves, they’ll be above all because no one would want to eat these," Marcello was proud of his quick thinking, and Elliana nodded before ending the call.

A smile spread across her lips. She indeed had a good team around her. That’s why she can’t let them go.

Now the problem is, how will she get there?

Right. Dexter.

He said he would be staying with one of his friends today, and that’s why he also wanted to be the one to drop her home. It means he must be in this kingdom around somewhere.

He already knows that she deals with wolves, so he wouldn’t be too surprised either.

Elliana bit her nails before calling Dexter.

"Hey, beautiful. How -"

"Listen to me. I need your help. Come to the market near the youngest prince’s palace. I am also walking towards there. Just come with your bike.

My wolf friends are in some trouble, and I have to reach there as quickly as I can. Bring a mask with you. Something that will cover my full face," Elliana ended the call before Dexter could say anything.

Dexter, who was about to punch the daylights of the person who dared to badmouth his family, narrowed his eyes.

"You are lucky. If my girlfriend hadn’t been in a problem, I wouldn’t have left you today," Dexter threw the person, slamming him on the wall before he sat on his bike, and accelerated it towards where Elliana asked him to go.

Right. He has to grab a mask too. He turned the bike towards the main market to quickly grab a temporary workable mask.

Wait. Did he just call her his girlfriend? What the hell? He shuddered at his own slip-up.

Elliana looked at a black dress that had black long gloves and nodded at herself before taking out her gloves.

These can be used.

She pulled out the gloves and looked at the door.

She needs to make up an excuse for Miss Zoya too.

After sorting out everything, she looked out of her window and towards the guards.

They were able to see Yaretzi too. Now they must be keeping a keen gaze on her balcony. Going out from here would be like telling them she is running away herself.

She exited the room.

"Princess, you said you were going to sleep," Miss Zoya said, and Elliana smiled.

"Yeah, but I thought I might take a little walk. I am not feeling too well today. I think that sea-sickness got to me," Elliana said, and Miss Zoya smiled understandingly.

"In that case, will that be okay if I am with my daughter?" Miss Zoya asked, and Elliana smiled.

Wonderful. That’s exactly what she needed.

"I won’t mind," Elliana had already worn a long nightgown, and a jacket over her gown to hide her outfit.

She walked out of the palace and walked towards the forest before she rushed to the little exit that she had found today when she was walking back to the palace and had gotten that book.

After struggling for some time, she jumped on the other side of the wall and ran in the other direction to go as far away from the royal palace as she could so that Dexter at least didn’t suspect where she lived.

Elliana paced around, waiting for Dexter to arrive and it wasn’t long before she heard the sound of his bike roaring.

"Elliana, what is going -"

"Don’t ask anything. Just move," Elliana climbed on the bike, and Dexter shifted back without asking anything further.

Elliana didn’t hold back with her riding skills and Dexter held her waist, seeing how fast she was riding even in the busy market street.

After twenty minutes they finally reached the grounds and Elliana put on her mask before walking to the other side of the forest where she knew the wolves would already be.

"You can leave. I’ll explain everything to you tomorrow. I promise," Elliana didn’t wait for Dexter to say anything, and ran towards the wolves.

Dexter looked at the back of the girl before looking at the wolves, who were already snarling lowly. He was about to turn his bike when his gaze fell on the royal guards in the opposite direction walking in his direction.

Just what the hell was going on here? Don’t tell him that the wolves were in trouble with the royal vampires!

What the hell is this girl doing?!

He knew that he should leave, but what if Elliana needed him when she returned? Who will take her back to her home? She is the most accident-prone girl he has met anyway.

He shouldn’t leave her like this. Dexter told himself and parked his bike at some distance, climbing the tree and laying on a thick branch to hide himself.
