"Elliana, you should try this. I grilled it myself," Daniel walked to Elliana, and Sebastian immediately stepped forward before taking the thing from his hand and taking a bite from it.

"You, what are you doing?!" Daniel looked at the bodyguard, baffled.

"I am just checking if what you are feeding to my princess is edible and up to her taste or not," Sebastian smirked inside the mask, and Lucas looked at his Prince helplessly, suppressing the urge to slap his forehead.

"Here, I think it’s a bit stale, but it’s edible enough. You can try it," Sebastian extended the barbecued vegetables, and Elliana looked at him with a helpless smile.

"Seriously, dude? I get that you are doing your job, but take it easy. What will I mix in the vegetables?" Daniel asked.

"Not in vegetables, but you can spray something intoxicating on this dish to make it more appealing, which will cause my princess to get drunk and lose control again.

Who knows what kind of intentions you have? You could’ve sprayed something toxic too since my princess has been rejecting your advances," Sebastian looked straight into Daniel’s eyes, leaving the guy speechless.

Alcinder and Dexter, who had gone for a walk to look at the surroundings and ensure everything was safe, also looked at the scene and narrowed their eyes.

"What is happening here?" Samantha asked, her gaze moving to Sebastian for a second before she quickly averted her gaze, feeling dominated and pressured.

This bodyguard of Elliana was surely not someone easy to handle.

"You ask him what is happening. I grilled the vegetables and brought them for Elliana to eat and he took them and ate them to check the stuff. Is that alright?

"You want to learn? Sure, come with me," Daniel said, his attitude taking 180 degrees turn and Elliana followed him to the grilling station, leaving everyone speechless.

"Is he the same dude who was complaining earlier? He didn’t even care about anything anymore once Elliana said she wants to learn," Melony chuckled before looking at the bodyguard.

"Hey, Mr. Bodyguard, I know you are just doing your duty and probably following the protocols, but can you refrain yourself from being constantly suspicious of us? We don’t want to harm her.

She is our precious little gem. And I know it must be hard to understand, but you are also a vampire, right? I can see you care a lot about her. We do too," Melony said, and Sebastian just looked at her before turning around and walking to some distance.

He was clearly annoyed.

Meanwhile, Elliana who just placed the vegetables in the stick looked at her phone.

The message was simple, but Elliana smiled at the words before looking at Sebastian, who was leaning at some distance.

The expression on his face was hard to read because of his mask, but his glaring eyes were a clear indication of his annoyance, and Elliana smiled even more.

There is no way she is going to face Mr. Marino anytime soon. She needs to keep herself busy.
