Chapter 305: Chapter 305- Breakthrough Into The Spiritual Realm!

Sol smiled and responded to Abdu.

"Think of it this way, since an alchemist in my time can only use one elemental attribute then they’ll devote their entire lives to making improvements in concocting pills with that elemental attribute rather than dividing their attention to multiple. Now imagine if numerous people did this for all six elements over several hundred or even thousands of years. Can you still stay our Alchemy is inferior to yours?"

Upon hearing Sol’s words, Abdu had to pause.

"Okay, when you put it like that, I see your point. I’ll even admit this way your Era’s Alchemy might surpass my Era."

Sol shook his head.

"We really can’t compare things like Alchemy or even cultivation methods from my Era and the one you came from Little Abdu. Things are too different, and each has their own advantages and disadvantages."

Abdu nodded, but then his face changed, and he said resolutely.

"I still say those Innate Dharma thingies are completely unnecessary. I don’t see the point in them."

"Haha, well that’s because you were brown with all of your acupoints open. Whoever discovered the existence of Innate Dharmas had probably done so during a time when the Mortal Palace appeared and placed a shackle on our bodies."

Sol turned and headed back to the cauldron, leaving Abdu to mutter to himself.

"I wonder if it’s the same for other worlds to use Innate Dharmas to cultivate, or is it specific to this one?"

"Ah! Little Abdu, you should know that these restrictions don’t apply to me! As long as I don’t mix my Internal Aether Energy with the others, I won’t suffer Aether Poisoning. So, I can practice Alchemy like those back in your time. Well, except for medicinal pills with the Fire Element. The others are fine, but Fire Aether Energy is too much of an opposite for my Wood Aether Energy to risk it."

Sol said all this as he got busy concocting Tier 2 medicinal pills.

However, after he said this, he realized something.

Both Yoon-Jae and Mar-Yue cultivated Fire Aether Energy, so he won’t be able to concoct any pills for them to help their cultivation in the future.

Sol paused.

’Maybe that can change in the future, I want to be able to help everyone close to me with my Alchemy skills.’

Sol wasn’t practicing Alchemy purely for himself. When he was training with his master in the Ibbian Mountain Range, he had long discovered that pills like the Aether Gather Pills had no effect on him.

Maybe it could help him absorb Aether Energy a little faster than usual, but his master said rather than doing that and risking the medicinal pills leaving behind impurities in his body already refined body, he should stay away from taking such pills in the future.

Sol’s Innate Dharma might only be in the 4th Tier now, but his cultivation speed wasn’t slower than anyone in his generation.

But since it was a growth type, one could only imagine how fast his cultivation speed would be if it reached the 7th or even the 8th Tier.

His Innate Dharma had fallen to the 3rd Tier but recently it had slowly made its way back up to the 4th Tier. And this was without Sol focusing on his Immortal Cultivation.

During this seclusion, his goal from his cultivation sessions was to increase the grade of his Innate Dharma so his cultivation speed would be faster.

But first, he would spend a few days practicing his Alchemy skills. Like his Martial Arts session where he allowed it to leak over into the other, his priority was his Alchemy sessions.

One day...

Four days...

One week...

A week and a half...

For almost two weeks Sol placed importance on his Alchemy, but he still allocated about two to three hours for his Martial Arts, Runic Techniques, and opening his acupoints.

During these days, the cave he was in would tremble ever so slightly.

Each time it did Sol would glance at the mountain beside him with his Heavenly Eyes.

Mar-Dule was placing his foot on the peddle to open his acupoints and breaking into the Spiritual Realm. And he wasn’t showing any signs of stopping until he succeeded.

Sol would be lying if he said he didn’t feel a bit anxious to block his cave entrance and fully focus on opening his acupoints.

But each time he did he would calm down and focus on the batch of pills he was concocting.

However, after one week of this, Sol could finally concoct a Tier 3 pill with a purity surpassing 90%!

The next three to four days he was getting familiar with concocting pills of that level. Afterwards, he rolled the boulder to the entrance plunging the cave into darkness. The only light was coming from the top of the boulder where there was a gap.

Afterward, he sat down and calmed his mind before starting to open the acupoints in his left leg.

The other sessions only took two hours; the rest of his time was spent cultivating.

Sol had officially entered seclusion and he was instantly locked in.

Time passed slowly, and without any warning, four months had swept by, signally the year was coming to an end.

Sol had been keeping track of time and he briefly opened his eyes to see the light of the rising sun peeking through the opening of the boulder.

Sol paused his cultivation and took out a jade slip.

He sent a message to Yoon-Jae and Mar-Dule.

The message simply said, ’Happy New Year.’

After waiting for a bit, the replies Sol got from both Yoon-Jae and Mar-Yue were the same.

’Stop slacking off and cultivate.’

Sol smiled happily before he placed back the jade slip into his storage ring.

’I’ve already opened the acupoints in both my legs and arms, I just need to open the ones in my torse.’

In the Mortal Realm, someone who opened all the acupoints in two limbs could be called a 1st Rate Martial Artist.

Sol opening the acupoints in all four of his limbs would make him a 2nd Rate Martial Artist.

This was the level that everyone would reach before trying to break into the Spiritual Realm. However, Sol was planning to open the acupoints in his torso and become a 3rd rate Martial Artist.

A level none dared to even attempt to reach because one mistake in opening an acupoint here could mean death.

However, Sol wasn’t scared of the dangers since he had his Innate Dharma to protect his organs if he really messed up.

Before Sol continued his cultivation, he glanced at Abdu who was lying down nearby. After checking on him, he then went to close his eyes to start his cultivation again, however, the cave shook intensely.

This time the shaking was different than normal, loose dirt was even falling from the ceiling of the cave.

Sol was shocked by this, and he couldn’t help but turn his head and use his Heavenly Eyes to look at the Mar-Dule’s Mountain. But he was even more flabbergasted by what he saw.

The stone temple was completely destroyed, and Mar-Dule was floating in the air while his robes bellowed. His body was radiating an oppressive and domineering aura.

His gaze was on the void in front of him that twisted and warped. Soon, the image of a illusory Palace around three to four hundred meters tall appeared with its large double doors situated in front of Mar-Dule.

Around this illusory Palace, golden heavenly chains extended from Heaven and Earth to wrapped around it before converging at the double doors.

Sol’s body trembled when he saw this scene.

Mar-Dule was about to attempt a breakthrough into the Spiritual Realm!
