The Emperor's Omega Is An Extra
Chapter 132: Color

Chapter 132: Color

Spade could even claim it was an illusion for the first time, but for its repeated occurrences, he was aware that it wasn’t just his imagination but it did happen.

He didn’t know why he was having these kinds of confusing memories that he knew didn’t happen, and it was especially so once he was with Arren. What were they? A vision? Or... his eyes flickered.

A terrifying thought emerged in his mind as he made a bold guess at what they were. A memory of the past life? Was it possible?

As Spade was thinking deeply about it, he was interrupted by Arren, who was already impatient.

"Spade! If you don’t hurry up, I’ll swim by myself!" Arren yelled; he didn’t know exactly what happened for the alpha to stop.

Whatever the case, he was eager to swim, and if he was still going to stand there, Arren wouldn’t wait anymore and play around in the water by himself.

The alpha looked at him for a few seconds before he began approaching the water again. Not long after, they were already facing each other.

Arren immediately hooked his arms around Spade’s neck and pressed their bodies together, the water helping with his mobility.

"Why did you stop?" he asked, pursing his lips. "I told you to stop thinking of the capital matters, we are on the vacation. Focus only on me."

He stared at the alpha while saying it, and he could notice any minute changes in his expression. Sure enough, with what he said, the alpha seemed to flinch and blink, meeting his eyes.

As though he had guessed right, Arren squinted his eyes and pinched Spade’s nape. "So, I’m right! Don’t think of anything else; everything will just make sense in the end. You don’t have to worry too much." He babbled nonsense. He wasn’t well-versed in giving advice, and even less with the high-level concerns that Spade always handles.

The real meaning of his words was that ’we are on vacation; let’s enjoy. Worry about those later.’ It was that simple in his mind.

However, once he saw that Spade’s expression had become lighter, as though he had been enlightened, he couldn’t help but be taken aback. Wait, was his advice truly effective for him to react like that? Arren almost became confused by his own words as well.

Spade’s hand wrapped around his waist and pulled him closer. He leaned forward, staring at him. "I’ll listen to you," he responded, which was a bit relieved, as though it were filled with unknown emotions that Arren couldn’t comprehend where they came from.

Well, no matter the case, he shrugged. As he said, they were on vacation, and Arren was determined to forget everything first for momentary happiness. For what awaited them, he would worry for them later on.

"Good," he smiled satisfactorily and stole a peck on Spade’s lips.

The alpha was slightly shocked by his action, as Arren laughed before escaping Spade’s hold when he caught him off guard with his sudden peck and immediately swam as though afraid that Spade would punish him.

His laughter rang even more as Spade finally made a move and chased him in the water. Arren swam forward, slippery in the water, as they played the chasing game. He didn’t have enough practice, but his swimming skills were still above average, and Spade couldn’t catch him easily.

Arren didn’t know if that was truly the case or if the alpha was only indulging him. He didn’t care, though, as long as he was enjoying their game.

It was only after half an hour that the alpha finally caught him in his arms, and he also didn’t struggle. He wanted to rest and dive again later. They floated in the water while embracing each other.

Arren looked at the shore, and he discovered that they were now far from their area, even the shore. It seemed with how they were fooling around earlier had made them wander to some part of the sea. However, it was still in the protected area. In other words, they hadn’t wandered too far and were still in their two people’s world.

"Let’s come back to the shore first?" he suggested after catching his breath for a while.

"Already satisfied?" Spade’s arm was wrapped around his body while his other hand was caressing Arren’s cheeks.

He shook his head, "Not enough, I just want to rest for a bit and then eat some watermelon."

There was no way he was already satisfied with swimming for only about half an hour. Still, he wanted to rest first and come back later. Spade agreed with him, and they both swam along the coast and walked holding hands in the sand.

Arren blinked and roamed his eyes, asking, "Are we far from the villa?" He couldn’t help but ask, as he saw the empty place and knew they weren’t in their area.

"No, we can walk for only a few minutes from here," Spade answered, holding his hand, and guided them onto the beach.

He shrugged; he didn’t care too much since he was also enjoying the scenery along the way. The wind blew, and it was hot, but still, since he didn’t have a shirt, it was still a little cold.

The alpha glanced at him and let go of his hand for a moment. And under his expecting gaze, Spade lifted his shirt and undressed, exposing his sexy upper body to Arren’s feasting eyes.

"It’s soaked, but it’s fine." He stretched his hand and offered the shirt to Arren. It was truly soaked, as water dripped from it, but it didn’t have any significance as they were on the beach after all.

Of course, he didn’t refuse it and accepted it, as he immediately wore it on his body. It was a little big for him, but that made it even more comfortable.

He smiled and shook the shirt, the water droplets splattered on both of them. Arren laughed as they both squinted their eyes, he soon stopped and hooked his arm into Spade’s arm, their hands instinctively interlocking with each other.

Spade could only smile helplessly, but it was clear he didn’t mind and was instead rather pleased about it.

They began walking in the direction of their villa, which Arren didn’t know about but Spade did, so he was just there to enjoy the scenery. And it wasn’t hard to find either since they only needed to walk in one direction since the villa was near the coast.

"What is that?" Something caught his eye, and he pointed at it. In the piles of big rocks, there were eye-catching flowers that were blooming on them. They were pink and of a kind, Arren had not seen before.

Spade also looked at the flower as he was dragged by Arren to look closer at it. The biggest rock had flowers growing on its surface. He scrutinized it but didn’t care too much. While flowers growing on a rock were uncommon, he showed no interest in them.

"I don’t know."

Arren wasn’t surprised that he didn’t know. He wasn’t hoping for an answer. He smiled and stared at the marvelous flower. He wasn’t particularly fond of flowers, but he did enjoy looking at them on occasion.

He didn’t pluck any flowers but was already satisfied just by looking at them.

"They are so pink!" He smiled and shifted his gaze to Spade, "I also like to dye my hair pink. Look," he brushed his blue hair, "it was already light and my roots are already sticking out, so I’m thinking to dye my hair pink. What do you think? It’s a good color, right?"

His smile faded slightly as Spade appeared startled by what he said. But before he could ask again, the alpha squeezed his hand.

"Any color will suit you."

Arren blinked, and the fading smile widened instead. "For sure!" And if he noticed something was wrong with Spade’s reaction, he pretended he didn’t.
