Archi sat beside Aria in the garden, "How are you feeling?"

She entwined her arms in his, "Fine. I am even surprised my father did not come to look for me."

"He probably did not come here because of me."

"You think? Well, that is true. He would not come here anymore. He is no longer a part of your council anymore."

He shrugged his shoulders, "We should not talk about him. We should focus on something else."

"What?"

"Our mating ceremony."

Her body stiffened behind his, and she slowly unwrapped her around from around his.

"Hm, do you not want us to the mated already?"

She scratched her hair nervously, "That is not the issue, but I do not want a mating ceremony right now," she massaged her temples.

Archi’s eyes softened, "Aria," he called her name softly, "You mean so much to me, I cannot even imagine myself falling out of love with you! That is impossible!" His hand came up to cup her cheeks.

She laughed, "It is so much more than just trying to assure me. I would rather want to know you through, and through before mating you," she concluded, her voice firm.

He exhaled deeply, he understood her perspective, and

he did not want to rush her, or make her feel uncomfortable.

"That is fine."

She tilted her head to look up at him, "I do not intend to make you feel bad," she squeezed his hand, "Please try to understand me."

"I actually do, there is no need to worry my love. Just know that I am here for you, that is all that matters," he cooed in her ears.

She felt a fluttering feeling in her heart, "Thank you so much Archi, I really appreciate this."

He pressed her closer to his bosom, "Anything to make you happy my dear," his hand came up to her hair, ruffling it.

Aria stared at him. He was gorgeous, she couldn’t help but drool over him countless times.

She let her hand trace his jaw, "You are beautiful, I hope your heart will be as beautiful as you are."

"You flatter me too much, you are the good person here, not me. I am not as half as kind as you are," he leaned into her hand that was caressing him.

She kissed him on his cheek, "You should sometimes accept praises, besides what am I saying about you are not even flattery, I mean them. They are true," her hands went up to tangle in his hair.

He shrugged his shoulder, "Thank you, I am still working on myself, though. You know... After all those incidents that happened a few weeks ago."

She snaked her hand around his, "Hey, listen to me. I know how bad you must be feeling, but I have already told you this before. Let it go."

He faced Aria, his finger lifting her face. His gaze darkened with desire before he crashed his lips onto hers, claiming her in a fervent kiss. His mouth moved hungrily, drinking in her taste, his tongue tracing the softness of her lips as he sucked every lingering sweetness from them. A low growl rumbled in his chest as he pulled her closer, deepening the kiss with raw desire.

She was taken aback by his sudden movements, her heart pounding in her chest. She moved closer to him, her hands resting on his chest.

He pulled away, "You are so sweet, and innocent. Makes me want to take you to my bed, spread you apart, and enter deep into you."

Her cheeks flushed with embarrassment, "Archi," she gasped, "You can not say that so openly."

"We are the only ones here," his hand slid up her thighs, making her leg rest on his.

"She swallowed, "We are facing that window!" She pointed to the window that was directly opposite the garden.

He pulled away, groaning." Just come with me to my room, we should have some more fun there," he winked.

She clasped her thighs together trying to stop the rising heat between her legs, "Stop!"

He raised his hands, "Okay, okay," he rested back on the bench, "I will still have you as mine very soon. You are mine, no one else’s."

There was a fluttery feeling in her heart as she tried to stop the blush crawling to her cheeks. She really wanted him to be hers too, but then..

"Aria?"

"Hm?"

"Would you prefer I try meeting your father to explain to him, or I should just defy him instead?"

She paused, her pupils dilating in thought, "He definitely would not agree to anything you say if you tried explaining..."

"Then I should defy him then?"

"That seems like a better option. I am better off without him anyway," she hissed, veins popping out.

"I will take good care of him, do not worry about him. We have us to focus on."

She shivered. It felt so good whenever he spoke of them in that manner.

"I really love you, and I hope you agree to mate me soon Aria. You do not know the amount of self control I am exerting right now. I really want you, so bad."

She could feel her thighs thumping as he said those words.

"Archi, this is a little too much, do you not think so?"

"What is a little too much? Telling you how much I need you?"

She swallowed hard, clasping her thighs further together, "You definitely know what you are doing!" She palmed her face.

She heard him chuckle, "I am sorry, but I am just being honest here, you are really tempting, plus it is taking a lot of self control not to snap, and just start tasting you," he bit his lower lip.

She heaved, "Such a Naughty boy."

A sly smile spread across his face, "Do you want me to show you?"

"Show me what?"

He closed the gap between them again, "Show you that I am not naughty, but just a mate in need," he snaked his hand around her back, so his right hand, was softly grazing her right breast.

"What do I do with you Archi?" Her voice dropped to a whisper.

"Do whatever you want," he cooed in her ears, his hand still playing with her breast.

She dug her front teeth into her lower lip as she tried to stifle a moan. The dress she happened to be putting on was silken, hence it was very light.

Archi’s hand trailed to her areola, "This is what I want to do to you, and more," his voice turned hoarse.

"Archi!" She moaned, when she felt his hand tracing her areola. She curled her toes, gripping the bench.

"We could have all the privacy in my room," his voice was laced with mischief, "If you are uncomfortable here."

She pushed him away lightly, "Pervert!" Her face was now redder than a tomato.

"You clearly enjoyed it, how am I the pervert," he gave her a knowing smirk.

She exhaled deeply, trying to calm herself down as the heat slowly disappeared from her cheeks.

"You are so cute when you blush.."

Aria saw a shadow walk past, and her eyes widened, "Is someone spying on us?"

"What do you mean?"

"I saw a shadow lurking around."

He shook his head, "Hey, calm down. It must be one of the maids or guards who might be doing something around there. Do not worry too much."

A bad feeling suddenly engulfed her heart, "I do not know why, but I suddenly have a bad feeling."

Archi held her hand trying to calm her nerves, "Maybe we should leave from here, you are looking really tensed."

She clutched to his hand as if her life depended on it. The shadow soon turned into a figure.

"It is no longer a shadow."

Archi looked over his shoulders, noticing the figure also, he narrowed his eyes trying to get a better look of whoever it may be.

"Who might that person be?" He wondered.

"We should get out of here, I do not feel safe anymore," she tugged at his arm.

He stood up with her, preparing to leave the garden.

The figure then turned into someone - Zephyr!

Aria flinched on seeing him there, "Father, you are here?!"

A wicked grin spread on his face, "Yes, and with good news."
