MOON
The Screamers Pack did possess a Rune passed down by their ancestors. The power of the Rune was said to be activated by the screams of the true blooded of the pack. It is also said to possess a wolf range of powers that remained a secret to the outside world.
After the execution of the pack, the Runes wasreported as missing and never seen again.

Patterns in the form of ancient, lost forbidden language swirled in the air, dancing round the Runes, while the woman’s features were suddenly highlighted by an unnatural light that reached her white eyes.
It seemed as though she was speaking, and it took the Red Wolf and his Master two seconds to recover from the shock of what was playing out before their eyes.
"Get it away!" The Master cried out, "she mustn’t be allowed to communicate with the outside world much less her own DAUGHTER!"
The Red Wolf sprang into action almost immediately. Using his strength, he propelled himself mid air, attempting to use his hand to swat away the activated Rune. However, he never made it because his hand slapped against an invisible barrier instead, the impact and force of it causing him to barrell backwards until his back smashed against a wall.
He groaned slightly, standing upright while he moved his neck side to side in a bid to release some of the tension that was now trapped in him.
"The Runes...." The Master hissed, long sinewy arms propelling him forward while he circled the woman who hung on the air, bound by multiple silver chains that simply weren’t enough to her back from the force that called to her... the force of her ancestors.
The direct descendant of the Screamers Pack, she was considered a skip as were many generations before her. It was nothing new really, the powers of the Screamers Pack were increasingly dwindling with the passing of each century. They thought that was the worst that could happen to their legacy....
...that was until the evil that could only be found in the hearts of men decided to bloom and come for her and her family. Massacring, killing, maiming, executing. But she survived, if not as a canon fodder, she survived.
And that was when she truly saw the evil in the world. She, a woman who yearned to have a family for herself more than anything, thought her dreams would remain a dream if her reality was anything to go by. That was until her captors’ true intention saw light.
That night, a thing visited her cell. The only word she could use to describe that thing was a monster.
Grey skin, mangled height, deformed features. And that monster laid with her.
No, calling it laying was underestimating the true horrors of what happened that night. For the monster took from her until there was nothing more left for it to take.
They said she was the chosen one, and that the child that would come from her belly would be even greater than that monster. They all said to her that her dreams of motherhood ended with raising a mindless, cruel creature.
But she revolted against that depressing thought, and gave birth to her child while bound like the slave that she had come to be.
When her child came out, she looked nothing like a monster... resembled nothing like one. The child looked like what she once looked like; beautiful, innocent, lovely.
But before she could fully process that image of her sweet baby girl, her dreams were ripped away from her, and before she could cradle her child, a familiar face cradled her first. And that was none other than Vessira IronFang; the Alpha of the Matriarchy Pack and her best friend....
....no, her former friend, for no friend would backstab their friend in such a horrible manner.
That night, after three days of labour in a room that saw no sunlight, her heart broke all over again as she watched her friend hold her child while she remained bound by the chains of her shame.
Her child was taken away from her to far place, for while she might have the belly that bred her, she was apparently not hers to raise.
....
....
A broken heart... how much of it had the woman not experienced? Whether it was watching her family burn, watching her friend match over their trust, or whether it was watching her child taken away from, her heart had been shattered to a billion pieces that were simply not imaginable.
But her situation, as precarious as it was, was not for her to cry over, nor was it for her to mourn over. All she had to do was bid her time and wait while bound in chains that laughed at her freedom that would never come.
And now, twenty-four years later after her last heartbreak, hope had begun to bloom in her chest.
Over the years, she had heard her captors speak of her child; their ’perfect experiment’ they called her. She heard them speak of how she grew in the East, and she heard them speak of how she had moved to the North under truly stunning circumstances.
From them, her excellent ears learned the knowledge of the world she had been shut out from for thirty-five years; of the Alphas and King that reigned, of their plans to dominate the world with a wolf greater than any other, she heard all of them.
Perhaps, her captors never cared for they believed that she would never be able to escape the cage that she remained trapped in, and maybe that was true. But that morning, her daughter had provided her with such escape albeit a fleeting one.
When the Runes had been captivated, the woman found herself transported in another world where her baby girl stood, confused while locking eyes with death.
It had taken everything in her to not hug, to not wail, to not hold onto her and never let go. More important than her useless emotion was the understanding that even if the world was to end, her child must survive. So instead, she taught her how to do just that instead of breaking down from a bone deep wariness that she had carried on for thirty-five years.
The Red Wolf and his Master didn’t stop trying to stop the projection, and when the woman was finally swallowed away from the vision of her daughter she had been transported too, she too let out a bone piercing scream for the first in the twenty-four years.
The scream didn’t hold the pure power of the Screamers Pack, but it was just enough to communicate her anguish and her despair, and a few rocks rolled down on hearing her.
The Master gritted, gnashing his teeth.
"Tell me you’ve a second plan?" He said to the Red Wolf, the words holding more of a threat than a question.
The other man bowed, a smile tugging at the corners of his lips. "Of course I do."
He glanced at the woman who had stopped screaming, deciding it was best not to risk it if indeed she had communicated with their experiment. Not like he planned on allowing such a mistake to happen again.
He leaned closer to the crawling figure that was his Master and whispered low enough that the woman won’t hear. "Plan B is among the people who will be contesting for the tournament happening in the North. I believe this person will be able to get close and activate the amulet."
