The Alpha King And His Omega -
Chapter 25 - 025
Chapter 25: 025
Since the disappearance of Tristan, Alpha Mitch never stopped searching. He was slowly coming to the conclusion that the Omega left again but it was hard to accept. Harder than not seeing it touching him.
He had left the pack house and kept driving for hours, stopping once in a while to ask around but despite the fruitlessness of his search he did not stop.
But today being the third day, he had been receiving a lot of calls that he ended up switching off the device and abandoning it somewhere in his car among countless bottles of liquor that were strewn in the back seat. He drank repeatedly like a fish, hoping to numb the confusion and pains but it wasn’t working. His mind was as clear as a stream of water.
His white shirt he had worn for the mating ceremony was now rough and soiled marking the hours of distress he had spent searching.
His usually neat black jet hair was messy after running hand through it a lot of time.
After covering all the land in his territory, he decided to go to Tristan’s parents.
"Why didn’t I think of that?" He thought as he sped through the waning light of day.
He knocked on the door a couple of times before it finally opened from within.
Tristan’s Mom was startled when she saw the Alpha standing by the door with red eyes and unkempt clothes.
"Alpha" she greeted and bowed briefly before moving aside, inviting him inside.
Her fingers fidget nervously as she shut the door.
The presence of the Alpha could only mean one thing– the truth was out. The trick they had played on him has been found out.
And he was there to get revenge for their deception.
Her husband saw the Alpha and his face went white immediately.
"Ah, Alpha.
You should told me you were coming and I would-
"Where is Tristan?" Alpha Mitch asked in an urgent voice, cutting off his ramblings.
The couple exchanged a look before the man spoke up again.
"I...didn’t quite hear you. Where is who?" He asked again, stammering on words
"Is Tristan here?" Alpha Mitch asked again louder and with his patience thinning.
His question sent both of them into a wave of confusion and they could not talk until they finally came back to their senses.
"No, he is not here" Tristan’s Mom replied fearfully, not understanding what was happening.
Why was the Alpha looking for him?
"What happened?" She asked but her question was left unanswered as the Alpha had hurried back out without saying another word.
He drove straight to the last place he could think of, Nita’s apartment.
She was startled by the sudden knock on the door and was ready to throw hands when she opened the door to see the Alpha standing on her doorstep.
"Hi
How may I help you?" Nita asked in a small voice as she noticed his eyes and appearance.
Something is wrong with him.
She thought curiously but was unable to ask any other questions.
"Is Tristan here?" Alpha Mitch asked in a hurry.
She frowned before slowly shaking her head to the side.
"He is not. What happened?" She asked but the Alpha ignored her question and was about to leave until she yelled.
"At Least I need to know what’s going on in case I see him!" She yelled.
That made Alpha Mitch stop with his back turned at her but he has no idea what to say in response.
He can’t even explain the circumstances surrounding his disappearance.
He had seen and talked to him just minutes before he vanished.
If he had known he wouldn’t have left alone when he did.
Alpha Mitch thought as guilt squeezed tightly at his heart.
He started his car but had no idea where to go. He sat there for a few minutes until he decided to return to the mansion. He would do everything in his power to find him.

Meanwhile at the pack house, Gale was in the Alpha’s office when a sudden knock disrupted his thoughts.
The door opened and the pack elders walked inside. His fist balled up beside him as he could already tell why they were there.
"Where is the Alpha?" They asked and he merely stood still and watched them with his arms crossed.
"Even if you won’t talk, that won’t stop us from telling you why we’ve come.
The pack Warriors has divided into two and one part is clamouring we replace the Alpha and the second are supporting him.
If he is here right now, everything would be easily sorted" One of them, the oldest, spoke up and Gale’s expression became worse the more they talked.
"Is this a rebellion?
The Alpha is alive, well and healthy. Why would the pack members rise against him without your support?" Gale asked, chuckling darkly while he grew worried inwardly.
This was what he was scared would happen and it has finally happened.
"We only want the safety and peace of the pack and pack members".
"Incase all of you have forgotten, this pack has always been ruled by the Alpha’s lineage and his son would also rule after him" Gale enunciated and they all went quiet.
"But how will the Alpha have a son when he refuses to get mated?" One of them asked and Gale face-palmed as his their questions tested his patience.
He wanted to yell at them to understand but he knew it would make no difference but a sudden commotion broke outside the building.
The elders exchanged a look and that caused Gale to hurry out of the office and out to the front.
He was met by a scene that stopped him dead in the track.
"We need to see the Alpha" One of them said suddenly and the rest erupted into loud discussions.
Gale felt a headache coming on as he could already tell where this was leading.
"Alpha where the hell are you?!" He cussed under his breath while facing some of the pack’s warriors
