When Ainsworth observed the actions of those six invaders, he had already recognized them as Otherworlders similar to Earth’s Awakeners.

As he further observed them, he noticed them mentioning the Main God and the Main God Space. Unless they were from another Otherworld Faction and they mentioned the Main God Space to pin the blame on it, then they were likely challengers from the Main God Space.

Just as Ainsworth was about to continue watching them, he soon heard a notification sound in his mind.

[It has been detected that the Otherworld Team Eleutheron Eclipse has encountered challengers from the Main God Space.]

[Main Mission 5: Defeat the 6 challengers from the Main God Space and submit their corpses to the Earth Will. It’s the Main God Space’s provocation to the Earth Awakeners to let its challengers compete with the awakeners in plundering the Zombie Apocalypse World’s world origin.

As Awakeners, your team mustn’t allow those challengers to remain arrogant. Furthermore, if there are more challengers aside from these six, the Earth Will will issue side missions to eliminate those challengers.]

After reading the contents of Main Mission 5, Ainsworth couldn’t help but curse, "No wonder this otherworld mission was at the sixth difficulty, higher than even hell difficulty."

But because of the generous superpower set he gave to each High Priest, Ainsworth saw a decisive and ruthless High Priest use the petrification eye superpower to turn the challengers into stone, defeating them with ease.

Due to how powerful the petrification eye superpower was, using it against enemies of the same level or slightly stronger would cause blindness. But due to the additional superpower, he bestowed on that High Priest, that High Priest dared to pluck out his own eyes and replace them like replacing light bulbs.

Normally, an average Evolver King would be helpless against the challengers of the Main God Space due to how disgusting the playstyle of Otherworlders like those challengers.

Otherworlders like challengers and awakeners dared to even kill the protagonist or son of the world so unless otherworlders like them were reckless and stupid, it’s unlikely for them to be defeated by natives of the Otherworld.

However, even if it wasn’t the number advantage of the 52 High Priests, the stronger ones among them could still fight against the challengers in a one-versus-one battle like the High Priest with the petrification eye superpower.

Knowing how powerful his High Priests were, Ainsworth wasn’t worried about their safety and even if those High Priests died, he could still resurrect them even if the cost of that resurrection was the dead having to start over again.

Of course, his resurrection superpower had its limits and it was only possible due to the Hive Mind being able to temporarily store the consciousness of those who had recently died.

Coupled with the DNA and unique zombie virus strain that each High Priest had left in the Basilica of Transcendence, Ainsworth only needed to use those as materials in recreating their bodies and then transferring their consciousness that was stored in the Hive Mind towards their newly created body.

Using that method, resurrection could be achieved. He didn’t have to worry about the body and soul being destroyed by the enemy since the most important part was the consciousness, since by using Ultimate Freedom (SSS), he could create the soul.

However, he could only achieve resurrection for those believers but not for Rian, Dante, and himself.

After all, Ainsworth’s death would likely remove or deactivate the Hive Mind as it was his class exclusive skill. As for Rian and Dante, they weren’t part of his Hive Mind so their consciousness couldn’t be retained when they die.

’There are probably more than six Main God Space challengers since from the conversation I eavesdropped from those six challengers, there are at least two challenger teams that have invaded this world with their team being included.’

’So, there should be another challenger team, and from what they said, that challenger team is after the protagonist of this world.’

’If Rian and Dante were to encounter them, even their safety wouldn’t be guaranteed. But it’s unlikely for them to meet the other challenger team since they are currently training with the other High Priests in one of the Church of Evolution’s branches.’

After being assured of his best friends’ safety, Ainsworth shifted his focus back to the six challengers.

Although it was unusual to encounter Otherworlders like Main God Space challengers in the first Otherworld Mission, Ainsworth wasn’t worried he would fail as he had already prepared perfectly.

As early as when he knew this Otherworld Mission was a sixth difficulty mission even above the hell difficulty, he never treated it lightly, going as far as establishing a global cult and being the dark hand behind the scenes.

With the current power and influence of the Church of Evolution, he could easily replace those politicians and government officials with his believers or easily infiltrate those human survival bases.

Encountering Otherworlders other than Awakeners like his team might be a surprise, but it wasn’t completely unexpected.

’And besides, I’m currently in the dark, while these challengers are now in the light. They don’t know about me, Rian, and Dante. And from what they mentioned, the intel they received is even bogus.’

’I have more information than them and the only information they knew is about the Zombie Apocalypse World that was devoid of Eleutheron Eclipse’s interference. So, they don’t even know the true extent of the Church of Evolution’s power or even the Zombie Empire being just one of my chess pieces.’

But even with his advantage, Ainsworth didn’t dare treat them lightly as Otherworlders like Main God Space challengers were like cockroaches.

Some veteran challengers would even pretend to be weak just to deceive and take advantage of the strong’s vigilance being lowered.

However, as he watched the skirmishes between the High Priests and six challengers, Ainsworth was disappointed but also relieved to find out that they weren’t as powerful as he expected them to be.

With all six of them being petrified into stone statues, one of the High Priests had shrunk and stored them.

After the skirmish, that certain High Priest contacted him via the Hive Mind.

’Lord God, we have completed your task.’

’We’ve already captured the Dr. Grimhart as well as the six invaders. Do you want us to teleport them to you, or will you interrogate them here?’

Hearing the High Priest’s inquiry, Ainsworth replied, ’No, do not teleport them here.’

’Prepare the Apostle. I’ll descend there using him.’

When Ainsworth mentioned the Apostle, the High Priest knew what he meant.

Of course, the Church of Evolution on the surface didn’t have an Apostle. They only have the Cult Leader/Lord God and two High Apostles and below them was directly the High Priests.

Apostle was a rank above High Priest and only Evolver Overlords were qualified to become an Apostle. Currently, the strongest in the Church of Evolution was only an Evolver Emperor so none of the High Priests were promoted to Apostle yet.

However, there was an exception to that and that was the divine vessel of their Lord God.

Due to Ainsworth’s cautiousness, he had created a second body for himself. It did have a soul but it didn’t have a consciousness.

From what Ainsworth discovered, just like a body was the container of a soul, the soul was merely the container of a person’s consciousness.

So, he created a body and soul that was devoid of consciousness using his own DNA to make it compatible with him as well as the father zombie virus so that it could be linked with the Hive Mind.

Even without the second body he created, he could also descend on his believers but Ainsworth didn’t like using a body that wasn’t his as he had tried once to test it and it felt weird.

’Fortunately, I’m cautious enough and I’ve prepared for a dangerous situation like this one. Even I dare not interrogate those six challengers using my main body or else who knows if they have some self-destruction props.’
