[Side Mission: Infiltration 2 (SS)]
[Objective: Infiltrate other bases, whether established by human survivors or the military. As long as you infiltrate almost all of the bases in this country, the side mission will be deemed complete if it’s confirmed that you have the highest authority in those infiltrated bases.]
[Reward: Improvement of otherworld mission score (Will be graded after all the main missions are completed), SS-rank Skill Book (One per member of the team, tailored to suit the member’s needs), A-rank equipment (One per member of the team, tailored to suit the member’s needs. Can be used regardless of Awakener Rank but only applicable to the team member who received it.)]
[Note: As usual, just ask the Voice of The World if your team has any questions.]
[Time Limit: None]
[Note: This is a progression-based side mission. After completing this side mission, depending on your team’s progress, you may or may not trigger another side mission related to this.]

[Does your team want to accept the Side Mission with a difficulty of SS+ Grade?]
[Yes] | [No]
After receiving the side mission notification and reading it, Ainsworth commented, "Another side mission? And it’s even a continuation of the Infiltration side mission."
"Furthermore..."
Seeing a similar note written by the Voice of The World, Ainsworth muttered, "So the Earth Will has taken notice of my team’s progress in our Otherworld Mission. And according to it, it seems that our otherworld team has the highest chance of gaining ownership of this world."
"Because of that, the Earth Will would take notice as one of its goals of sending Awakeners aside from plundering world origin is to take ownership of other worlds. Of course, if a certain weaker world isn’t useful to the Earth Will, it could also choose to recycle and plunder all of its world origins until it gets destroyed."
"But since this world is where an Unknown Difficulty Otherworld Mission was held and its world limit is relatively high for a low-tier world, it should be deemed by the Earth Will as a useful weak world."
"Of course, the ownership of the world in most cases would belong to the otherworld team with its ownership split into percentages depending on contribution. The only case the Earth Will could obtain ownership of the world is if the otherworld team leader decided to sell the world to the Earth Will in exchange for more benefits and resources."
Since the start of the Awakener Era, ownership of worlds became possible and it’s just a higher-end version of owning a property.
Ainsworth remembered that his sister Kyla used to own a world but she had sold it to the Earth Will to gain more resources. If not for encountering that damn Eye Organization, Ainsworth was confident that his sister Kyla would have become an SSS-rank Awakener in the future.
Of course, his sister Kyla wasn’t that dumb to sell valuable worlds but she had never obtained a valuable world as the worlds she used to own were weak ones without any use. Because of that, she opted to sell her own worlds to the Earth Will so that she could gain more resources to increase her speed of getting stronger.
Valuable worlds were very difficult to obtain as awakeners would need to gain a very high otherworld mission score in Hell Difficulty with a lot of side missions and hidden missions completed before they could have a chance to obtain it.
Ownership of a world was only possible due to excessive plunder of world origin to the point that the World Will in that Otherworld was usurped by the Earth Will.
Knowing the special attention given by the Earth Will to his team, Ainsworth didn’t mind it much as it wasn’t necessarily a bad thing to get noticed by the Earth Will.
While Ainsworth was reading the side mission, he soon heard another notification sound which was followed by the world’s time being halted.

[(1) Accept the Side Mission: Infiltration 2 (SS)
(Reward: Formless Kitchen Knives (S) is upgraded to Formless Sharp Blades (SSS))]
[(2) Refuse the Side Mission: Infiltration 2 (SS)
(Reward: Spatial Food Storage (A) is upgraded to Spatial Food Warehouse (SS)]
[(3) Choose none of the given options and choose your own path.
(Reward: None)]
After seeing the options given by the choice system, Ainsworth didn’t hesitate to choose Choice 1 due to it upgrading his main weapon skill.
Since he didn’t have any artifacts as his weapon, a skill-based weapon being upgraded to SSS-rank was what he needed. It even bypassed the restrictions of merely making kitchen knives as it could now create any sharp blades so it’s possible to create any swords, knives, sabers, and many more blades using the Formless Sharp Blades (SSS) skill.
He didn’t need the reward in Choice 2 as the Spatial Food Storage was merely a skill he asked from his sister to cover up his system inventory. However, he realized that he didn’t need to cover up his skill as he could either blame it on his class exclusive skill or he could choose not to explain.
After all, Ainsworth remembered that even when he hoarded a lot of supplies and took them out in front of Rian and Dante, those two didn’t even ask and pester him about the skill he used.
Class traits and skills were indeed private information. But for team members, the ones that could be publicized for better cooperation wouldn’t be kept a secret. Furthermore, those who had good relationships like he did with Rian and Dante would normally reveal most skills aside from those that were deemed by the awakener as trump cards.
However, despite them being the best and closest of friends, Ainsworth didn’t tell Rian and Dante and those two didn’t ask. They both have trust in each other. Rian and Dante also knew that since Ainsworth didn’t tell them, then the skills Ainsworth had were likely those that were more powerful if not revealed or were better to be kept a secret.
Because of that, Rian and Dante didn’t care about Ainsworth’s secrecy in his skills and still told him about their class exclusive skills and skill set before so that Ainsworth could better command and make use of them.
In the end, their judgment was right. Despite Ainsworth keeping a secret from them, it didn’t change the fact that the two of them were being carried by Ainsworth and were reaping the benefits from it.
From that alone, Ainsworth was more than qualified to lead both of them even if he was a very secretive leader.
After he chose Choice 1, time resumed, and Ainsworth immediately pressed the [Yes] button.

[Eleutheron Eclipse has accepted the Side Mission: Infiltration 2 (SS)!]
After Ainsworth accepted the side mission, he received the Choice 1 reward, so he immediately used it, upgrading his Formless Kitchen Knives (S) skill to Formless Sharp Blades (SSS).
With a wave of his hand, countless blades appeared beside and above him. He could even materialize them without a hilt and just sharp blades alone.
Moreover, he discovered that whether it was creating a 40-meter blade or a 666-meter sword, it was all possible as long as he had the mana and aura to materialize it.
Of course, they also have their advantages and disadvantages as the longer and thicker the blade, the more brittle they were unless he didn’t save up the energy cost in materializing them.
In other words, unless it was used for fighting against giants and titans, creating such exaggerated blade length was too impractical for normal usage. After all, it’s not about the size but how you use it.
After testing his newly acquired skill, Ainsworth realized that he could perform Rian’s Sword Rain but with the lack of holy and light attributes that Rian’s swords have. Nevertheless, it did prove that he could team up with Rian to perform a sword bombardment against countless enemies.
’I have already obtained a lot of skills so it’s more important to complete the main missions, side missions, and hidden missions to get a high awakener rank when I return to Earth.’
’Aside from that, obtaining stat attributes via the Solar Moon crystals is also a top priority as the stat crystals rewarded by the side mission aren’t useful to me and only to Rian and Dante.’
’Anyway, if Solar Moon crystals aren’t enough, as a last resort, I can use my God-Level Cooking talent to cook every zombie in this country and with such high concentrated zombie virus, it will undoubtedly increase my Viral Energy stat attribute.’
’However, for that to work, quantity alone isn’t enough as I would also need quality. After all, I’ve already noticed that even with the combination of Moon Crystals and Sun Crystals to form a Solar Moon crystal, those Solar Moon crystals barely increase my Viral Energy stat attribute.’
’I might have to wait until Zombie Overlords and Evolver Overlords appear and extract the zombie virus from them to make a dish. Only a food used with such high-quality ingredients would I have the possibility of increasing my B- grade stat attributes to B grade.’
