Soon Rose came down and witnessed a strange sight. Evan was watching television with Sam. They looked so immersed in the news on TV that they didn’t notice her presence in the room.

Intrigued by what had the two men so focused on the TV, Rose looked in the same direction. Instantly, she was shocked to see the news of a massive explosion at the high-speed train station in Nova City. The blast destroyed the largest train station in the city of Nova during rush hour, as people left for work. It was reported that dozens of people died, and hundreds were seriously injured.

Rose’s body froze, looking at the injured victims. "Oh my God!! How big was the explosion? How could there be so many victims?" Her voice trembled in shock at the news.

Evan, who heard Rose’s voice, immediately turned off the television. He stood before asking Sam to do something. "Wife, let’s have breakfast first..." he said as he led her to the dining table.

"Hubby, about that explosion... Was it a bomb? Who did it?" She asked anxiously.

Previously Evan didn’t want to talk about this incident with his wife, but since she had seen the news, he couldn’t avoid it. He let her settle on the dining table first before replying, "The authorities are still investigating... but there might be a gas pipe explosion." He couldn’t possibly tell his wife that this was most likely a terrorist attack.

Rose started to enjoy her salad while listening to Evan’s explanation. Still, suddenly her body froze when she connected the horrific incident in her previous life to the explosion that had just happened in Nova City.
