He could no longer hold back his anger and cursed Vernon, "That damn Vernon is really crafty!"

"Well, what I heard is your father was sick; that’s why he gave the throne to him, and I also heard your mother was sick..." Xyronos was silent for a moment, hesitant to tell her his opinion.

"Xy, you can tell me everything!?" She said calmly while clenching her hand tightly.

Xyronos smiled at her before saying, "When I heard you say that Vernon killed you, I became even more convinced that he is the one who poisoned your father and mother. They are now sick and can’t do anything—" He couldn’t continue his sentence when he saw Iris’ face turn dark.

"How about my other brothers? Why did they let him take the throne?"

"They are both dead."

Iris didn’t say any words; she only nodded. She agrees with him; Xavier might not only stay here but do nothing.
