In a mansion on the border of one of the cities in District Four, a man cloaked in a black robe. He sat on a couch, facing another man with white hair.

"What did you discover, Sebastian?" The man in the black robe asked coldly, though his insatiable curiosity surged.

"Your Grace, I’ve prepared a gift for you," Sebastian replied. He took a cell phone from his coat pocket and offered it to the Demon King.

The cell phone vanished from Sebastian’s hand and appeared in the grasp of the Demon King. He pressed the play button on the video.

The Demon King observed the footage with a deadpan expression. Still, his demeanor shifted to confusion upon witnessing his Demon army turn into dust abruptly.

"Why did they perish like that? Who the hell is killing them like that!?" The Demon King asked as he witnessed the demise of his Demonarmy on the footage. The annihilation occurred swiftly, with all the Demons turning to dust within seconds. Even one of his formidable comrades met an instantaneous death.

With his gaze now fixed on Sebastian, the Demon King’s eyes blazed with fury as he asked, "Who is this person? How dare they kill my army? I will personally ensure their demise." He was fuming.

Sebastian was almost choked hearing his words. He hurriedly explained it to inform the Demon King about Lady Iris.

"The cellphone camera couldn’t capture the individual who slaughtered our forces, but I managed to witness her directly because I succeeded in hiding at a certain distance from the scene. The person who kills them is the woman you seek, Lady Iris," Sebastian halted, noticing the shock on The Demon King’s face.

"Are you certain?" The Demon King questioned as he replayed the video, attempting to discern her presence.

Sebastian wanted to scream but bit his inner lips and maintained his calm expression. However, he can’t help but ask, "Your Grace... My cell..." he felt helpless, unable to reprimand his grace.

The Demon King realized he had turned Sebastian’s cell phone to dust.

"Don’t worry! I’ll have someone replace it," The Demon King assured him casually. But Sebastian felt like crying; he hadn’t yet synced his new phone with his cloud. Consequently, all files, videos, and pictures would be lost.

The Demon King sensed Sebastian’s distress and scrutinized him before asking, "Why are you so upset over something like this? Why do you now appear so human?" Instantly, The Demon King’s expression darkened, resembling a gathering storm. He stared at the black ash in his palm, seething with anger. He cast it to the floor before fixing his gaze on Sebastian.

"Why didn’t you inform me sooner?" he asked in annoyance.

Sebastian was left speechless as The Demon King’s question seemed to imply blame.

’Hell! Why is he mad at me?’ Sebastian sighed inwardly.

"Apologies, Your Grace..." He swiftly changed the subject, unwilling to dwell on the cell phone issue, or his grace would throw him to the fire pit. "Your Grace, I’ve cast a spell on Lady Iris. I aim to check if her memories have resurfaced or not."

Sebastian’s words gradually shifted The Demon King’s aura from anger to calmness. He attempted to continue, "Does she remember you or—" but his voice trailed off.

"If you wish to taste my hellfire, just ask, Sebastian. I’d be more than willing to grant your request and reduce you to dust," The Demon King’s eyes flashed with deadly intent as he fixed a sharp gaze on Sebastian. "Quit beating around the bush. Get to the point!"

When in a tense state, his desire for information about Iris’s memory clashed with Sebastian’s unnecessarily convoluted language, deeply unsettling him.

"Your Grace, I couldn’t access all her memories, but Lady Iris hasn’t recalled anything about you," Sebastian reported.

Instantly, disappointment enveloped The Demon King upon hearing that Iris remained unaware of him, further fueling his frustration.

"But she’s searching for you," Sebastian’s following words were enough to spark a fiery reaction in The Demon King’s heart.

"She was looking for me?" The Demon King asked while locking eyes with Sebastian.

"Yes, your grace."

"Why? How could she search for me without remembering?" The Demon King asked in confusion.

’How did she become aware of his existence? And how did she become more powerful?’ Countless questions flooded The Demon King’s mind. He really needs to find the answer.

"Apologize, My Grace. I’m uncertain. That’s what I found from her memories. She possesses enough strength to withstand my power..." Sebastian replied.

Despite The Demon King’s disappointment at Iris’s lack of memory about him, the knowledge of her search brought a faint smile to his lips.

"Your Grace..." Sebastian suddenly remembers something. "From Iris’s close friends’ memories, I learned that Eric is still alive."

Interest appears in The Demon King’s gaze. He promptly issued instructions to Sebastian before dismissing him.

Seeing that Iris had not yet woken up from her sleep, he sat on the sofa at the end of the room, looking at the sky, which was getting darker. His mind flew everywhere, thinking about what happened to Iris and Justin.

And today’s incident convinced him the Demon King seems to know that his wife is Lady Iris from the middle realm. This made him frustrated.
