Overbearing CEO's Contract Love
Chapter 430: Hiring a Tutor

Chapter 430: Hiring a Tutor

"This matter won’t be let go so easily, remember that!" Damien Sterling turned and walked away after speaking, with Emma Hart and Amelia Davidson following him while carrying the children.

Outside the school gate, the reporters that were originally there had already been cleared out by Damien Sterling.

"Logan Harrington, take them home first," Damien Sterling said to Logan Harrington, who was in the car.

Logan Harrington gave him an "OK" gesture from inside the car.

"I’ll stay with you!" Emma Hart insisted. She knew this man’s temper well; he could explode at any moment.

"Go home and be with the kids," Damien Sterling said in a deep voice before heading towards the school with two bodyguards.

Emma Hart and Amelia Davidson stood in the wind, bewildered.

"I’m going over there!" Emma Hart said, starting towards Damien Sterling, but Logan Harrington quickly grabbed her.

"Emma Hart, you better listen," Logan Harrington said, his eyes showing a darkness never seen before.

Emma Hart and Amelia Davidson looked at him in shock.

"Let’s just do as he says for today. Get in the car," Logan Harrington ordered, signaling to Amelia Davidson to help force Emma Hart into the car.

Elsewhere, Damien Sterling stood by the school gate with two bodyguards. He made a phone call, and soon an elderly man in a suit appeared with a contract. "Mr. Sterling, as you instructed, everything is done."

"Good, go ahead," Damien Sterling replied calmly.

The elderly man bowed and headed towards the office building.

Damien Sterling had completely acquired the early education center. Not only would he renovate it, but he would also find the teacher who mistreated his child and make sure they never found peace.

In the car, Emma Hart, still confused, asked Logan, "Why didn’t you let me go? Is he going to do something terrible?"

Logan Harrington laughed, "Not really, he just doesn’t like women messing with his plans."

Emma Hart rolled her eyes at Logan Harrington. He had tricked her again.

At the Sterling family villa, Amelia Davidson and Logan Harrington stayed with Emma Hart until Damien Sterling returned, then they left.

"What did you go do?" Emma Hart asked. Damien Sterling didn’t answer, silently walked over to the children, gently lifted their arms to check for injuries, and asked, "Does it hurt?"

The children shook their heads obediently.

"Hey, I’m talking to you!" Emma Hart continued. This man was still so arrogant.

"Nothing special. Don’t send them to school for now. I’ll hire a tutor, and you stay home with them," Damien Sterling said before heading upstairs to change.

"Oh!" Emma Hart agreed. That would be good; the children needed time to heal emotionally to avoid any lasting trauma.

Emma Hart was delighted at the thought of spending time with the children, playing, walking the dog, or drawing together.

For the first two days at home, everything went as she wished. The children had everything they wanted and were full of laughter.

Unfortunately, the good times didn’t last. On the third day, Damien Sterling brought two teachers home.

A burly young man, specially hired from the military, was responsible for their physical training and military theory. Another young female teacher with an excellent physique was in charge of their academic subjects.

Before Emma Hart could react, Damien Sterling had already posted a packed schedule on the white high wall of the living room. It spanned from 8 AM to 6 PM, with only two hours of rest in between.

"This is insane! They’re just kids!" Emma Hart couldn’t help but feel sorry for the two children when she saw the tightly packed schedule.

"This schedule must be strictly followed." Damien Sterling’s own training under Mr. Sterling Senior had been much stricter than this.

"You have to give them some time to rest and play. Do you want them to look back on their childhood and only remember this grueling schedule?" Emma Hart was very dissatisfied with the schedule.

"From the moment they were born, they were destined for an extraordinary life. Their starting point is higher than others, so they must put in a hundred or even a thousand times more effort to live up to the Sterling family name," Damien Sterling said righteously.

He wanted to be a good father, but a childhood filled with toys couldn’t guarantee a bright future for his children.

"I don’t agree!" Emma Hart stood up, firmly opposing the schedule.

"You are my woman, Emma Hart. There’s no room for agreement or disagreement," Damien Sterling said, pointing at the children. "If they don’t become strong, it won’t be just a matter of someone twisting their arms in the future. Do you want them to be trampled underfoot because of their weakness?"

Damien Sterling’s words were harsh but realistic. Having worked in the business world for many years, he had seen plenty of unfair treatment. This society has never been about equality. If they don’t become strong, they’ll think being stepped on is normal.

Emma Hart fell silent at Damien Sterling’s words. The reality was harsh. If she hadn’t been less capable than Damien Sterling, she wouldn’t have become a woman who always had to be submissive to him.

"Fine, we’ll follow this schedule, but I have one condition: I want to be there with the kids," Emma Hart said.

Damien Sterling sneered, "As you wish, but you must not interfere with the teachers’ work."

Emma Hart shrugged, "No problem."

And so began the grueling days for the Sterling twins. While other kids were still playing in the mud, they were already practicing military boxing with their teacher.

Emma Hart watched with a heavy heart as the two kids practiced military boxing in the yard. They couldn’t even stand steadily yet and would occasionally fall onto the lawn.

Emma Hart wanted to help them up, but the teacher stopped her.

"Mrs. Turner, you can’t coddle them. They must learn to stand up on their own!" The teacher’s voice was deep and serious. He wouldn’t spoil his students just because they were under two years old.

But watching her children fall and cry, Emma Hart couldn’t care about anything else.
