Chapter 91 - 83 Holy Realm
Chapter 91: Chapter 83 Holy Realm
Divine King Shan En had Prophetic God Kagawus accompany him.
"Divine King, what do you wish to see?" asked Prophetic God Kagawus.
"I wish to see the future of the Gods; I wish to see what awaits the Gods in the vast, seemingly endless expanse of time."
Divine King Shan En led Kagawus closer to the Historical Star.
"Cannot my prophecies reveal that future, Great Divine King?" Prophetic God Kagawus inquired with some doubt.
He had never been close to the Historical Star, but he could sense that the power contained within it was incomparable to all the Gods combined.
Prophetic God Kagawus thus had a deep apprehension of the Historical Star.
Lightning flickered on the star, and Divine King Shan En fell silent for a moment.
Then, he slowly began to speak, "But you know, our Father, the only being who can govern fate, Prophetic God Kagawus,"
Prophetic God Kagawus momentarily fell into a daze.
Divine King Shan En sighed, saying in a heavy voice, "You are so certain of your prophecies because, in our eyes, the course of fate is always difficult to change, and even if it changes, it does so at a tremendous cost.
Often, we Gods are beings governed by fate, immersed in the ocean of time.
However, our Father, who bestowed souls upon us, walks upon the water’s surface; only He can control the trajectory of fate, just as He once averted the arrival of doomsday."
"Kagawus, I say to you, no matter how mighty your divine power may grow, your prophecies will lose their effectiveness before Him.
Only that oldest Historical Star might provide us with some insight into the future."
The words of Divine King Shan En awed Kagawus, who realized the truth in Shan En’s words.
Whether it was the original Giant Dragon Aus or the later Antion, none matched Kagawus’s prophecies at the final moments.
What they had in common was, to a lesser or greater extent, the influence of the Creator God.
Kagawus no longer disputed with Divine King Shan En; he accompanied Shan En to the Historical Star.
The vast, deep red star, almost stationary, drifted deep within the Celestial Kingdom.
Divine King Shan En slowly approached the Historical Star.
He knew that the Gods, unlike their Father, could not freely control this grand, ancient star.
Just as he had glimpsed the past at the Historical Star before, any Divine being wanting to use the star’s power must receive permission from the Historical Star.
Divine King Shan En and Prophetic God Kagawus stood before the Historical Star, standing for a long time, patiently awaiting.
Finally, after what seemed to be years, the Historical Star began to approach the two Divine beings.
Both Divine beings extended their hands, touching the brilliance emitted by the Historical Star.
This brilliance, ancient and vast, instantly enveloped the stars around the two Divine beings.
The power of the Historical Star slowly drew the souls of Divine King Shan En and Kagawus, guiding their wills towards the future.
Divine King Shan En and Kagawus saw the light and shadows around them beginning to overlap, and the halos in the scene became blurred, making it hard to distinguish between illusion and reality.
The future scene trembled as if extremely fragile and ready to collapse at any moment.
The two divinities looked worriedly at the scene before them, fearful of returning empty-handed.
A short while later, as if granted permission, the future scene stabilized slowly, the overlapping lights and shadows ceased, and the halo cleared up, making everything before their eyes become distinct again.
Shan En and Kagawus saw countless Fate Lines and an endless Cloud Sea.
Above the Cloud Sea, ancient and towering Heavenly Pillars stood tall without any carvings, rising from the ground to support the heavens and earth, these giant pillars numbered in the thousands.
Shan En and Kagawus looked in awe at the scene before them, it resembled a transcendental Holy Realm!
The two divinities walked on the Thousand Pillar Cloud Sea, slowly approaching its depths.
"What kind of future is this..."
Finally, they saw from afar a throne, the Heavenly Pillars were far away, and an endless brilliance emanated from the throne, too blinding for the divinities to face directly without raising their arms to shield themselves.
Shan En and Kagawus approached the radiant throne, and when they could finally look up at the throne, the two divinities involuntarily stopped in their tracks.
On the throne sat a figure radiant with light.
The Divine Statue seemed to be looking at something, not facing Shan En and Kagawus.
Suddenly it raised its hand, and a grand voice echoed through the entire kingdom.
"I have established the Heavenly Kingdom."
Immediately after, Shan En and Kagawus heard roaring behind them, and turning around, they saw in the sky, on the earth, beneath the earth, on the sea’s surface, within the ocean... countless voices arose, some sighing faintly, some crying continuously, others jubilantly ecstatic...
Countless souls, who had wandered the Mortal World for many a year, rose from the earth; tens of thousands of kingdoms, endless beings, all converged towards this Holy Realm, finally halting just outside the Thousand Pillar Cloud Sea to face the divine figure on the throne.
Shan En and Kagawus were engulfed in immense awe, their souls trembling at this moment.
"Everyone who has received my spirit will come here upon death."
The gates of the Holy Realm slowly opened, and the beings from thousands of countries entered in a procession. The door was so grand, the path so wide, that even though rubbing shoulders, there was not the slightest obstruction.
Entering the Heavenly Kingdom were those in ragged clothes, those dressed in luxurious attire, some wielding swords, some carrying books, some wearing crowns, some with disheveled hair, some wrapped in wealth, some penniless, both royalty and slaves... Numerous beings stepped into the realm of the gods to enjoy joy and happiness.
The beings looked up at the figure on the throne, falling silent at that moment to listen to the subsequent divine decree.
"Among you, those who indulge in evil extravagance, those who refuse to repent from evil, shall leave this kingdom until they have reformed and compensated."
With the god’s words, countless wrongdoers were pushed by an immense invisible force out of the Holy Realm’s gates, their miserable screams and wails falling from the high heavens, their voices diminishing further and further as they fell from the heavenly skies into the depths below, into Hell.
Shan En and Kagawus looked up at the radiant figure, their father’s grandeur surpassing anything the gods could have imagined, that figure enveloped in light, dazzlingly brilliant...
The radiance of the gods could only feel ashamed before him.
Looking up at that figure, Shan En and Kagawus tried their utmost to find more words.
Majestic, vast, towering...
It was...
Absurd!
On the high throne,
the radiant god slowly lowered his head.
The future Chen Yi looked down upon Shan En and Kagawus, coming from the past.
"I will establish laws in the Heavenly Kingdom, on my high mountain."
