But unlike Freya and Noah, who were still lost in their own thoughts, Dove was soon to recover. She had a small smile on her lips, as being the younger one in age and relationship, she decided to stand up, and greet them.

If there was something that Dove had learnt in the last four years, then it was that, there are a few things that a person should let go. It helped them in moving forward. Also, after having Gavi, and being a single mother, she also understood Freya somewhat.

Though, she still did not agree with Freya on a lot of things, specially her personality and her thought process. But Dove understood that, as a mother she would also want the best of the best for her son.

And her son would hold the top priority of her no matter how many more children were there, and no matter what he did. So she for a little understood Freya.

But that did not also mean that she agreed to be treated like that, and told things about what she had over heard when she was a child. After all, Dove had nothing to deserve hearing that. She did not behave like a spoiled brat.

But now that Dove was grown up, she decided not to pursue the matter any longer. Maybe, it would be resolved earlier, if Freya had taken a step forward, but that had also made Dove create a distance that only grew more and more with each passing day.

Standing up, she smiled at them, and she was about to greet them, when Gavi who had been staring at the new people, who just arrived, he jumped down the couch from beside Senior Sterling, where he was sitting and ran to them. Running to them, he went and stood in front of them and blinked.

This action of his broke everyone off their trance and all the attention fell on the little boy.

Gavi standing in front of Freya, smiled, his adorable dimples appearing on his cheeks and he blinked again and he said, "Hello! My name is Gavriel Sterling. You can call me Gavi!

Aren’t you, Grandma Freya?"

Freya blinked her eyes, coming back to the present from her thoughts, as she looked at the little boy standing in front of her looking at her with his big eyes. And she nodded her head even before she realised it.

And seeing her nod, Gavi exclaimed, "Yeah! I knew it! Hihi~" and he giggled happily.

Freya, this time she couldn’t talk again. Well, it was because of this little kid’s cuteness this time.

And only then did she realise. He was Dove’s son. And she blinked her eyes rapidly. Well, she did not even know that Dove had a baby boy.

For a few times in the past, months after Dove left, she would sometimes wonder if Dove had had her delivery and what gender was the baby. But would think to herself sometimes, but then she would brush it off. After all, who could she ask. She did not have the courage to ask about it to Senior Sterling, since he never talked about it.

Also, Freya thought that it would hurt her ego, of she asked about Dove. As they did not like each other.

But right now, what Freya was most shocked about was that, how did this boy recognise her?

Then Having happikg steppec in front of Noah and said, "Hello! My name is Gavriel Sterling! You can call me Gavi? Aren’t you Uncle Noah?"

Noah too blinked in surprise, looking at the little guy and nodded!

Gavi was overjoyed and he laughed before bowing his head at them like a good boy that he was and said sweetly, "Nice meeting you, Grandma and Uncle."

Freya blinked her eyes twice, before she pursed her lips together. A hint of colour appeared on her cheeks. ’Grandma’?

Freya did not know why but she blushed hearing that term.

Some of her friends have already have had grandkids recently. And just a few days ago, when one of her friends grandchild had called her grandma, Freya had been wondering how it would feel to be called that.

But unfortunately, her son was not at all looking for marriage. He, even in the minimum, wasn’t even looking for anything with anyone. He did not even have a girlfriend!

Though it was a little concerning to her, she did not want to do anything to pressurise her son. He was still young and free to explore a relationship or take time with it.

But now that he little boy had called her that, her cheeks couldn’t help but feel warm. She couldn’t lie to herself, but that felt nice.

Meanwhile, Noah smiled at the little boy, realising that he was Dove’s son. This is the first time he was seeing him too. And Noah had to admit that this little guy was undeniably good looking. Though, he did not get his mother’s features except for the dimple on his cheeks, his paternal genes must be really inpressive.

And the little boy was very adorable too.

He smile before he squatted down in front of him, and ruffled his hairs a little, and said, "Nice to meet you too, Gavi. But how did you recognise us. This is the first time we are meeting, isn’t it?"

Gavi nodded happily and said, "Yes! But I have seen you and Grandma in the family album. And Mamma told me that she is my Grandmother and you are my uncle! "

And hearing that, Noah and Freya were a little shocked, as they looked at Dove. Truth to be said, they did not think that Dove would allow her child to be associated with them or know them, given her blatant dislike for them.

She had not only introduced them to her son even before they came here. Subconsciously, they raised their heads to look at her and found her smiling at them, before she took steps towards them and said, "Hello, Step Mom. Hello, Noah."
