Mated to Four Alphas -
Chapter 65: Fracture
Chapter 65: Fracture
Silas’s POV
"Hey! You should have paid attention while walking. Why the hell were you coming straight into my path?" I said
Kael glared at me. Then suddenly, he moved his hand—but he couldn’t move it properly. Wait... did he break a bone or something? But I didn’t do anything. He fell on his own.
"You bastard! Because of you, I can’t move my hand. I think I fractured it!"
"WHAT? FRACTURED?"
No, this can’t be true. How could he fracture his hand just like that? I didn’t even hear a bone-cracking sound.
"Okay, if you really have a fracture, then go see a doctor. I don’t have all day to fight with you."
As I turned to leave, Kael suddenly grabbed my hand with his other hand.
"HOW... can you be so irresponsible? You should take responsibility for your actions!"
"Why are you talking like I got you pregnant or something and now don’t want to take responsibility for you and your child?"
"DO YOU THINK THIS IS A JOKE? I BROKE MY FUCKING HAND BECAUSE OF YOU!"
"Man, can you lower your voice? This is a hospital, and your existence is already causing enough trouble for people here."
He was really shouting like he owned the place. Seriously, he was like a dog that wouldn’t stop barking.
"So, you’re telling me to die now? You really have the guts to mess with me!"
Who does he think he is? Anyone could mess with him. I was sure of it.
I had no intention of dealing with this lunatic any longer. But just as I turned my back—
"Ughhh..."
I turned and saw ,Kael’s pitiful groans grew louder, earning glances from passersby. Ugh, great. Now I looked like the bad guy.
"Why are you pretending to be in pain, idiot?"
In the end, I had no choice but to take him to the doctor on the fifth floor. He kept screaming in pain while cursing at me. Such a dog.
As soon as the doctor started checking him, I was about to sneak away. But once again, Kael grabbed my hand—this time, because the doctor touched his supposedly fractured hand.
"Can you move your hand? If not, do you feel pain when I touch it?" the doctor asked.
Then, without warning, the doctor twisted Kael’s wrist slightly, probably realizing there was no fracture.
And just like that—Kael suddenly yanked my hand closer and bit me!
"Ughhh!"
That bite hurt! On instinct, I slapped him.
And as it turned out... he didn’t have a fracture. His hand was just swollen.
I quickly grabbed medicine from the doctor because, damn it, a dog had bitten me. But instead of giving me medicine, the doctor started treating my bite because blood was oozing out. Meanwhile, on Kael’s cheek, four distinct red fingerprints were visible.
Of course, those were my fingerprints. He bit me like a dog, so obviously, I took my revenge. By slapping him. When doctor was treating him .

As we reached the first floor and stepped out of the elevator, I hurried ahead. I knew Nekol must be waiting for me, even though I had explained everything to him over text.
But just as I was about to leave, I heard—
"Kael, you’re done too?"
I stopped and turned around. It was Orian.
Seeing him made my heart dance.
Orian looked fit and fine, which meant they were taking good care of him. At least he had people he could call family. At least my brother was living the life I had always wished for him.
I knew he didn’t remember me. I knew it would seem weird and strange.
Still... I turned around and took a step toward Orian.
Before I realized it, I suddenly hugged him.
My brother... even if you don’t remember me, please be happy. You’ll be happy with your mates. I’ll make sure of it.
I would apologize after breaking the hug and pretend I mistook him for someone else. That should be fine.
I held him for a whole two minutes. His orange pheromones were still the same.
And just as I was about to pull away and apologize, Orian suddenly grabbed my wrist.
I quickly glanced at him.
Wait... did he remember me?
Yes. After all, we were twins. We had been together even before coming into this world. How could he not remember me?
"You... you’re the one who came to our mansion, right?"
"What?"
So, he didn’t remember me.
He only grabbed my hand because he remembered I had been in their mansion before.
Fool.
How could I think he’d remember me? He was so young back then and always used to forget little things.
"Oh, sorry. I thought you were someone else."
I quickly turned and walked away before Orian could say or do anything.

When I stepped outside, I saw Nekol still waiting for me. He was on a call, so I knocked on the car window.
His attention immediately shifted to me, and he unlocked the car.
I climbed in quickly.
"You’re back. So, what did the doctor say? When is that bastard Ciel going to die?"
"The doctor said soon. His mouth is finally under control, so... Hahaha!"
We both laughed hard as Nekol started driving.
"We’re going home, right? And I’m not going to that audition again. I didn’t like that man who came with Ciel."
"Silas, do you know who that man was?"
"Who?"
"People call him the ’Brain of the Industry’ because of his connections. He’s known as the biggest CEO in the entertainment world—our Gold Era company is also his partner"
"And his name is Jeren. He looks sweet, but in reality... he can do anything to achieve his goals."
Whoa.
That man was really dangerous.
I didn’t say anything bad to that man... right? But who knows—what if I really offended him? Will he kill me?
"Nekol, we’re not going to that man, okay? Who knows, he might try to kill us after what happened today. I don’t want to end up in a dangerous situation."
"But he just called and said you have to come for the audition tomorrow."
