Silas’s POV

I wanted to ask what happened, but seeing his reaction, I think it’s not worth asking. Orian will tell me if he wants to, but right now, he won’t tell, even if I ask.

The whole day passed in the blink of an eye, and as evening came, our luggage was put into the carriage, and Orian and I left our room and went to Dad. "I’m just happy. Don’t worry." We both hugged Dad. Dad is such a cutie. And emotional too.

And then, our time to go had come. Dad came outside the palace to say goodbye.

"You four better take good care of my sons. What happened last time? If that incident repeats, I’m gonna destroy your whole pack—including all of you."

Dad was threatening all of them, and they were nodding. But then Damon came forward.

"Don’t worry, I will take good care of Silas and his brother."

At a time like this, Damon really looked like a responsible person among those four brothers. He seemed like a father figure too. Just look at the way he stood beside Dad—like Damon was standing in the same posture as Dad.

After that, we hugged Dad, said goodbye to him, and sat down inside the carriage. Orian and I were sitting in one carriage, and the four of them were sitting in another.
