Chapter 301: Getting repeated calls like that could be annoying
Worried that Alejandro might be stalking them, Seojun decided to look around first before they headed out, while also going to where he parked the car.
For now, they didn’t know how Alejandro got to know they were at the mall, but if that informant of his didn’t know their address yet, then they needed to be careful, though he was more than certain that Alejandro had a clue as to where they were living.
Should they move out?
No, they needed to tread lightly and be cautious.
What if someone was spying on their every movement? They would just anger their uncle and force him to take action.
"Where’s the car?" Dongwoo asked and Seojun pulled up in front of them.
That brother’s day out was busted before they even knew it, and though he got to enjoy the first half of it, he wished he could’ve spent more time with Minwoo.
"You have to get home safely." Dongwoo said to Minwoo, who nodded.
"Yes, yes. You too. Make sure the driver keeps his eyes on the road," he said, eyeing Seojun behind the wheels. "We don’t know what could happen."
"Don’t worry. He’s a better driver than he looks." Dongwoo said, laughing lightly. But Minwoo gave him suspicious eyes. He didn’t trust anyone at this point.
"Alright, it’s time to go." Seojin said, shutting the trunk after loading everything in.
"Right." Dongwoo said and looked towards Sungho. "I’m leaving Minwoo to you so make sure to watch his back. He’s a stubborn head."
"Hey, why do your words sound too suspicious?" Minwoo asked but Dongwoo simply brushed it off with a laugh and got in the back seat of the car.
"You guys don’t want us to drop you off?" Dongwoo asked, pulling down the window. "That man might be somewhere around."
"Don’t worry. We’ll get a cab in this very spot." Sungho said and Dongwoo sighed.
Why bother getting a cab when they could just take them to their place?
It was as if they were trying to hide something. What was there to hide? He already knew they were living together and getting at it like rabbits.
He shook his head and waved.
They both had stubborn genes.
Minwoo watched the car leave and then remembered he didn’t get a chance to bring up the topic. The topic of visiting a therapist. Well, the situation wasn’t exactly favorable.
"Hey, looks like your phone’s ringing." Sungho said, and Minwoo looked at his phone, which was lighting up with no sound or vibration.
Minwoo raised his phone and looked at the caller ID. He sighed. There was that topic he did not even want to bring up with Dongwoo.
He switched off his screen and tucked the phone in his pocket.
"Well, let’s go." Minwoo said, beaming a smile and Sungho watched him, concerned.
That call... He noticed Minwoo was ignoring it deliberately, either claiming it was a spam call or that he did not feel like picking up.
Just who was it that was calling him so intensly?
If Minwoo didn’t pick up, couldn’t they take it as a sign that he did not want to answer them?
Getting repeated calls like that could be annoying.
"Mr Popular!" Minwoo yelled into his ear after yanking his shoulder down and he blinked, grasping the situation. "Where did your mind wander off to? I said, do you want to grab a late-night drink before heading back?"
"Ah," Sungho rubbed the back of his neck, embarrassed that he had let his thoughts occupy his mind so deeply. "Sure let’s... Let’s grab a drink." He said, blushing and Minwoo raised an eyebrow at him.
"Oh? What’s that? Are you blushing?" He asked, drawing closer to Sungho, and Sungho stepped back, flustered.
"No, that’s... We’re in public, Minwoo." He muttered but Minwoo simply shrugged his shoulders and said,
"I’m not even doing anything." He stepped back and walked forward. "Come, you shy boy. Let’s get a drink."
"Shy boy?"
"What? Do you want me to call you Mr Kitten in public?" He asked and Sungho frowned, giving a hard, ’No’
"No, don’t even think about it." He was so firm that it made Minwoo pause before laughing.
"Okay, okay. I get you." He laughed, wiping away the tears at the corner of his eyes. It was hilarious and he probably didn’t know it himself.
"Stop laughing." Sungho said, pinching his skin-tight turtle neck top. "You’re just making me even more embarrassed."
"Well, I can’t help it when you’re so cute. It makes me want to tease you." He said, licking his lips lustfully and Sungho blushed
Thankfully, he was wearing a nose mask and a hat, but he had taken off his shades and hung them on his shirt. In any case, his expressions weren’t that visible. Yet, Minwoo could tell he was embarrassed just from looking at his eyes.
"Don’t start, Minwoo. You won’t be able to handle it if we do it tonight again." He said but Minwoo took that as a provocation. He stopped, turned to him, and went on his tiptoes, smirking at him.
"Do you want to see if I can hold out or not?" He asked, his smirk looking even more mischievous than his threat.
Sungho leaned back. He knew Minwoo was up to the task. He had a very great body that could withstand anything. But what if he was just pushing himself because he was feeling stressed?
He wanted to go easy on him.
Sungho placed his hands on his shoulders and pressed him down so he could stand on his feet and not his toes.
"I can’t doubt your crazy stamina but let’s not overdo it." He said and Minwoo just had to give in.
"Alright, let’s do it your way." He said and stretched his arms. "Hahhh, I feel so exhausted after everything that happened. And I also need a bath. I feel like I smell. There’s a foreign smell on me."
Sungho sniffed him and, indeed, got a whiff of a foreign scent.
It wasn’t his or Dongwoo’s, so it had to belong to Alejandro. His eyes frowned.
He nodded and said,
"You’re right. You do smell." He grabbed Minwoo’s hand. "Let’s go home right away and get that smell off. Forget the drinks."
"Oh, okay." Minwoo said, though confused as to why he was being so active.
But it was sweet.
He stared at Sungho’s back as he led him towards where they would get their cab and smiled softly. He was sweet.
Meanwhile, watching them from a distance was Alejandro with a pair of binoculars in his hand.
He dropped the binoculars and took a puff of his burning cigarette.
And then he said,
"Target is on the move. Keep an eye on em."
