"You sure we’re not taking the parking space?" Axel glanced at Heaven as they slowly approached the Lyon Group’s driveway.

Heaven shrugged. "Haven’t we learned our lessons?" she replied, casting him a knowing look. "After what your brother did last week, do you think there’s any more to hide? Since the cat is out of the bag, I’d rather see the look on their faces and find a way to somehow enjoy it."

"You did all these things in the past for this day, did you?"

"Unfortunately, I truly believed I’d keep this secret for more than ten years."

"The hell?" He scrunched up his face in disbelief. "Don’t tell me you planned to work as an errand girl for the next ten years?"

"Hey, that’s a little absurd! Don’t we get promotions?"

Axel looked at her in dismay. "You’re unbelievable!"

"What’s so wrong with wanting a decent job?"

"You’re an actress — a popular one at that! Do you even know how much you are worth just for an endorsement?" he retorted with increasing frustration. "Our company pays our regular employees more than other companies, but compared to your talent fee, it’s too small. Yet, you’re saying about a decent job?"

Heaven pouted as she crossed her arms under her chest. "Being an actress isn’t a decent job."

"How come?!"

"You get yelled at all the time. Especially if you work with Director Guan! That man shreds a person’s self-confidence."

"Isn’t that the same with Mr. Yang?"

Heaven opened her mouth to deny it, but then she glanced up. She mentally compared Mr. Yang and Director Guan, and her ugly expression said it all.

"How did I not notice that?" she gasped.

"Goodness. I’d rather get scolded by Director Guan and earn millions, instead of getting scolded by Mr. Yang and earn just enough." Axel shook his head as he slowed down the vehicle, stopping in front of the building’s entrance. He quickly faced her, his expression solemn. "Sis, won’t you send your resignation later?"

"What are you saying?"

"Since the fun of coming into the office as Pepsi is no longer a fun thing to do, I would resign," he explained eagerly, making her brow arch at his enthusiasm. "How about you work as part of the CEO’s team, eh? It’ll be a lot of fun if we’re together."

"Fun?" Her face twitched, and he nodded profusely.

"Yes, fun! We’ll be together all day!"

"All day?"

"All day!"

"No, thanks." Heaven shook her head as she picked up her bag near her feet. "Also, who said it’ll no longer be fun?"

"You’re staying in the art department?"

Heaven paused as she gathered her things after unbuckling her seat. "Yes, Axel. I’m not stupid to stick around in the CEO’s office. The work there is a trap."

"Tsk." Axel lazily unbuckled his seat, looking at her in dismay. "Fine. Whatever."

He snapped his eyes at the window at her side, catching the employees who always welcomed him at the entrance. He raised a brow and glanced at Heaven, clearing his throat as he languidly opened the door to leave the car.

"Fine," he said as he stepped out of the driver’s seat. "Stay inside. I’ll open the door."

As soon as Axel straightened his back, he tossed his keys to a man in a suit without a care if the latter would catch it. Fortunately, the man caught it with both his hands. Axel shoved his hand inside his pocket, sporting a stern look, which made him appear more dashing than he already was.

In the front passenger seat, Heaven furrowed and arched her brows, watching Axel walk around the car through the windshield. Just moments ago, Axel was like a joke, especially in that part he thought she was a ghost. But the second he stepped out of the car, he turned into a completely different person. The air around him seemed to twinkle, and there was this strange light coming from his back, giving him this strange phenomenal effect.

"What the hell is wrong with him?" she mumbled, following his figure until he was near the side of her door. When she did, she caught some important people in the company standing outside the entrance of the company.

Her face instantly twitched as they bowed to Axel in unison as a greeting. She knew Axel liked everything grand, and that he frequently used the entrance instead of using Dominic’s path when he was the CEO of the company.

"This is probably the highlight of his morning," she murmured, snapping her eyes up when Axel opened the door for her. "What the hell is that about?"

"Didn’t you say you want to ’somehow’ enjoy people’s faces and reactions?" he asked, his lips stretching into a mischievous grin. "I’m showing you how it’s done, sis."

"So I was right, huh? This is the highlight of your day?"

"Most of the people in here were the people who criticized me the most in the past. Seeing them now bowing to me now gives me a morning boost." He winked confidently and then offered his hand to her. "So, let’s go?"

Heaven ran her tongue across her inner cheek before her lips broadened. She let out a laugh as she shook her head.

"Goodness." She snapped her eyes up to him, placing her hand on his palm. "You little one makes this mama proud."

Meanwhile, when Axel stepped out of the car, everyone who came to greet Axel bowed their heads. When they slowly raised their heads, their brows furrowed as Axel went straight to the front passenger seat. Some squinted their eyes, trying to get a glimpse of the person in the same car as Axel. All they caught was a woman’s leg and a bit of her hair.

Last week, they heard quite a strange rumor that turned the company upside down. However, since this rumor didn’t originate from the higher office, they didn’t mind it that much. But from what they heard, Dominic’s wife had been working secretly in the Lyon Group.

The questions in their head didn’t last long as Axel straightened his back. The woman’s leg stepped out of the front passenger seat, and when Axel stood to the side, everyone’s eyes fell on the woman standing beside him.

"That woman..." an old man squinted his eyes as he assessed Heaven from head to toe. "She looks like..."

"Heaven Liu," another man murmured, eyes fixed on Heaven with his lips parting. "So it’s true that the Young Master Zhu’s wife is none other than Heaven Liu?"

"Close your mouths," Axel remarked as he marched toward the entrance with Heaven on his side. "She’s married, and her husband can be a jealous man."

Heaven snickered as she glanced at him, and Axel winked. She shook her head, keeping her chin high as she entered the Lyon Group, with most of the important individuals following them. When they entered, there were already employees around. Many of them stopped, heads turned in Axel’s grand entourage. However, unlike their usual interest in Axel, their undivided attention was on Heaven with wide eyes. Others almost dropped their jaw to the floor, seeing the popular errand girl walking side by side with the CEO of the company.

"So..." a woman in the lobby who was staring at Heaven in a daze blurted out in a daze. "... the rumor is actually true? She... Pepsi... is the young madam Zhu and also Heaven Liu?"
