Chapter 36: Tough Fight

Pak Soon Hyun gritted his teeth as he conjured up the thickest ice wall he could with all his might.

The next moment, the sharp steel spikes hit the ice wall.

However, the ice wall was no match for the sharp steel spikes.

The ice wall cracked into pieces of ice shards as the sharp steel spikes penetrated through it.

And Lukas saw that Pak Yun had his mouth open with his tongue rolled up.

Something then shot out from his tongue at Lukas’s eyes.

Using his palm, Lukas covered his eyes and blocked the attack.

He looked at his palm and saw a steel needle stuck in his palm.

Lukas pulled the steel needle out and he felt a gust of wind coming at him.

Pak Yun had conjured up two steel spears again in his hands and thrust them straight at Lukas’s head.

Lukas squatted down and dodged the spears coming at him.

He made use of the posture, kicked hard onto the ground and lunged at Pak Yun with his shoulder.

Bam!

Lukas knocked Pak Yun onto the ground.

Whoosh.

Pak Yun tried to shoot at Lukas’s eyes with a steel needle.

But Lukas easily dodged it as he had seen it before.

Splatter.

With his fingers, Lukas dug into Pak Yun’s left eye.

The pain startled Pak Yun and he swung his arms around, trying to get Lukas away from him.

Lukas wanted to go in for the kill, but he saw a shadow slowly becoming bigger and bigger and covering him.

He looked up and saw a huge steel ball coming down towards where he was.

Lukas quickly leaped away.

The steel ball, which was twice as big as Lukas, slammed into the ground.

The soil and rocks erupted and flew in all directions.

Pak Yun panted as he stared at Lukas.

Drip.

Blood trickled down from his left eye as Pak Yun tried to catch his breath.

He glanced over at Pak Soon Hyun who was now unconscious.

And Shiba was staring back at Pak Yun, ready to attack as Pak Soon Hyun was no longer a threat.

"Damn it!"

Pak Yun cursed at his day so far.

The steel ball was his last-ditch effort, and it had expended all of his energy.

But Lukas was still alive and seemed unharmed.

And worst of all, the heir to the Pak family was now unconscious or dead.

He wanted to run away but didn’t.

What was waiting for him in the Pak family if he did that, would be ten times worse than if he had died here.

With this thought, Pak Yun made his decision, and he ran towards Pak Soon Hyun with whatever energy he had left.

Lukas gave Pak Yun a flying kick from the side and Pak Yun was hurled into the air.

And when Pak Yun dropped onto the ground, he tumbled for a few moments before stopping.

Pak Yun looked up and saw Lukas coming at him from the air.

Lukas’s fist landed and the impact made Pak Yun’s head deformed.

A portion of Pak Yun’s right face caved in.

"Argh!"

Pak Yun held onto his right face and cried out in pain.

It was, however, not over for him.

He glanced around and his heart sank when he saw Pak Yun’s body lying not far away from him.

Pak Soon Hyun wheezed and shouted for help.

Lukas shook his head, stared down at Pak Soon Hyun and said, "There’s no one coming.

"Sincere prayers are found only in hospitals.

Pak Soon Hyun shook his head and pleaded.

He tried to deflect the anger of Lukas towards Jules Robertson.

He said as he pulled back with his right arm and got ready.

Tears rolled down from Pak Soon Hyun’s eyes when he saw Lukas’s fist coming down at him.
