When Tang Ye descended, the pseudo-dragon let out a loud roar and lunged at him. Its massive body crushed everything in its path and hurriedly advanced towards Tang Ye, like a mad beast.

The pseudo-dragon reentered Zhiyang Lake, curling its massive body around long aquatic grass on rocks, licking its wounds.

Tang Ye and his zombie companions could eat its flesh to supplement the energy expended, but the pseudo-dragon also had its food. The previous electric grids set by the soldiers only succeeded in killing low-level evolved creatures or ordinary aquatic creatures. The remaining ones were relatively more immune to electricity.

Although these creatures were difficult to find, they couldn’t hide from the dragon’s huge body. Almost every three minutes, one would encounter a creature. After about three more hours of conflict, in a moment when Tang Ye wasn’t looking, the pseudo-dragon bit him back. Although it didn’t hit him, it seized the opportunity to escape.

Tang Ye wanted to give chase but didn’t have a single tentacle on his body embedded in the pseudo-dragon. As for Ah Fu and Xu Haishui, they couldn’t be expected to pursue it either. Left with no choice, the three zombies could only go and find it.

They couldn’t possibly let such a big food source just escape.

When they reached the location, Tang Ye saw the pseudo-dragon coiling its massive body, licking its wounds while lying on a heap of long water-grass-covered rocks.

The sound of flesh being pierced echoed. The pseudo-dragon suddenly lifted its head, a daze in its eyes. Every swish of its tail would dye the surrounding water red, especially the pit at the tip of its tail which appeared very uncomfortable.

With a jolt of pain in his body, the pseudo-dragon opened its mouth and released a few air bubbles, then glared at Tang Ye. It was utterly unexpected for it–Tang Ye finding it so quickly!

Tang Ye didn’t care what it was thinking. All he knew was that he was going to eat it. Right then, he wrapped up Ah Fu and Xu Haishui, swooped onto the pseudo-dragon’s body, and began tearing and devouring its flesh.

"You can’t run. Hehe!"

Murmuring this indistinct sentence, Tang Ye also accelerated the pace of his eating. Blood dispersed freely in the water. Gradually, the water around Tang Ye and his companions started to develop shades of red.

The commotion in Zhiyang Lake went on until dawn. The pseudo-dragon, tormented by the relentless pursuit from the three zombies like leeches on its bone, let out an angry roar. It jumped out of the water, swimming towards the hazy Green Mountain!

"Boss, don’t eat anymore. I need it alive. If it dies, what a pity."

Tang Ye lifted his head and temporarily stopped eating, following his boss’ move, Ah Fu on his side also obediently stopped.

Tang Ye was not in a hurry. But in his heart, he felt slightly cheated. Eating this pseudo-dragon would be enough for him to evolve. But after considering it over and over again, Tang Ye decided to give in to Xu Haishui.

He had no choice. Despite being ruthless, he was sensible deep inside. After all, it was Xu Haishui who had saved his life before.
