Disguised As A Boy To Attend Belmont High School
Chapter 68: Olive’s Secret.

Chapter 68: Olive’s Secret.

"I feel responsible for Desmond’s death, not Samson. His passing doesn’t bring my sister back, but it hurts even more knowing what Desmond endured in prison. I feel like I played a part in his death. I feel like a murderer too. Lucas said, tears streaming down his face. Mark and Aiden approached him, offering comfort.

"You’re not a murderer, Lucas. Things happen as they’re meant to. I’m glad you’re moving forward from this now," Mark said, embracing Lucas and giving him a reassuring pat on the back. "Everything will be okay."

The three friends eventually went to bed after sharing a heartfelt cry that helped lighten their hearts. They all slept on Lucas’s bed, embracing each other as they drifted off to sleep.

Olive and Henry also went to their own dorms. While Henry still felt sorrow over the situation, Olive was confident that he would eventually heal and move forward. Losing loved ones is always painful, after all.

_______

As the first light of dawn filtered through the windows, the dormitory began to stir. The gentle, golden light filled the room, creating a cozy atmosphere around the sleeping figures. The air was thick with the scent of sleep, a mixture of sweat and dreams.

Olive slowly opened her eyes, taking in her familiar surroundings with a sense of comfort. She was in her dorm room, surrounded by the usual sights and sounds. Stretching, she felt the softness of her bed and the warmth of her blankets.

As she sat up, Olive’s thoughts drifted to the events of the previous day. She reflected on the twins and Henry, feeling a twinge of sadness for the pain they were all experiencing. She knew that time would be the only thing to heal their wounds.

Pushing those thoughts aside, Olive swung her legs over the edge of the bed.

With a quiet yawn, she got up, gathered her towel and other essentials, and made her way to the bathroom. She craved a bath, hoping to wash away the fatigue and stress from the day before.

As she walked, Olive’s mind wandered to her secret, the one she had been keeping hidden for so long. She knew she had to continue concealing the truth if she wanted to remain at Belmont.

She then pushed open the bathroom door and stepped inside, the warm light enveloping her. She shut the door closely behind her and began to undress, her movements slow and deliberate until she was completely naked.

"Good morning, beautiful," she said to her reflection in the mirror as she removed the band and let her brown curly hair fall freely down her shoulders to her tiny waist.

This had become her morning routine, greeting her reflection in the mirror as a way to remind herself that she was a girl.

Luckily, the CCTV camera had been removed at Lucas’s request to Mr. Philip, allowing Olive to walk naked in the bathroom hallway. She spun around, giggling happily before heading into one of the bathrooms to take her bath before the other students woke up.

_____

Meanwhile, Lucas, still processing the events of the previous day, slowly opened his eyes. His mind felt hazy, as if enveloped in a dense fog. He massaged his temples, trying to dispel the lingering weariness. The thought of apologizing to Olive weighed heavily on him, and he was determined to mend their friendship.

He regretted his past behavior towards her and giving her a red card right after confessing his feelings. Now, he just wanted to be her friend again, even though he knew it wouldn’t be easy.

As he sat up, he glanced around the room, noting Mark and Aiden still asleep with their soft snores. Lucas chuckled softly at their laziness.

Throwing off his covers, he swung his legs over the edge of the bed, feeling the cool floor beneath his feet. It was a welcome contrast to the warmth of the bed.

"Good morning handsome!" Lucas said to his reflection in the mirror beside his bed. He then got off bed and headed towards the bathroom immediately.

After a quick bath and dressing in his school uniform, Lucas left the 3RM room and made his way to Olive’s dormitory.

He soon arrived and stood in front of Olive’s door, a wide smile on his face. Even though he has the key to the room with him, he still thought that he should knock instead of unlocking the door.

Knock... knock... knock...

No response. Lucas continued to knock, but still no answer. He called out her name, but there was silence.

His frustration mounted as he realized Olive was not in her dorm. He had wanted to apologize and make things right, but it seemed like she was avoiding him

"Where could he have gone?" Lucas wondered, hands on his hips in frustration.

Determined to find her, Lucas decided to search other places she might be. He headed to the school’s central hub, looking around for any sign of her. But she was nowhere to be seen.

As he walked, Lucas reflected on his past actions. He continued to regret on how he had treated Olive and giving her a red card not once but twice. He felt guilty and ashamed, hoping for a chance to make amends.

After searching the central hub, Lucas soon remembered that Olive was always the first person to wake up and take her bath before anyone else.

"He’s already taking his bath. I wonder what he’s hiding that he doesn’t want others to see. Maybe it’s his private parts? Perhaps they’re small?" Lucas thought to himself and let out a light chuckle as he walked to the bathroom and pushed open the door.

And that’s when he saw her.

Olive was standing in front of the sink, her back to him. Her curly brown hair cascaded down her back, and her slender figure was illuminated by the morning light. Lucas’s heart skipped a beat as he realized that Olive was a girl.
