Chapter 195: Fairytale Zone

Jules’ pov

Everything felt hazy.

It was like static noise was trapped in my ears. I tried to blink my eyes open but after a few tries, I realized that I couldn’t.

Or perhaps my eyes were open but I couldn’t see anything, I wasn’t sure.

The feeling of a large cock gradually swelling inside of me slowly registered within my sluggish brain and I whimpered as I felt myself unconsciously clench around the thick length. It instantly throbbed just as a low ground rumbled out from my side.

I stiffened, mind unfocused and heartbeat accelerating as I clenched down on the throbbing length inside me again, throat tilting sideways of their own accord when another deep groan echoed out from my side.

A strong hand settled around my waist and in the next moment, I felt myself getting tugged backward against a strong chest. In the next second, a thick, curling familiar scent hit me hard, and I found myself shuddering against him.

Blaze.

I tried saying his name but all that exited my mouth was a low whine which sounded almost pathetic to my own ears.

When he started kissing down the side of my throat, I whined and shuddered again when the open mouthed kisses which I was feeling all the way to my insides kept going till it got to the bite which he previously gave me.

I couldn’t remember much after he gave me that bite, I wasn’t sure of where I am right now, but I didn’t think that matters right now since Blaze was here with me right now.

Even with the hazy state I am in right now, whereby I could barely remember anything, this sense of safety was still around my mind, cocooning my entire body and preventing me from panicking and getting scared. Because I know he’d always look out for me.

I was unsure of what I was looking for, but wanting to feel something because it felt like I was floating in an open, dark space that had no beginning or end. My hand which felt like jelly, flared around a little bit, and after a few seconds – or minutes, I wasn’t sure but in no time, a hand closed around my wrist and brought my hand against my chest, holding it right there.

I exhaled slowly, chest expanding with the force of it.

Warm lips ghosted against the curve of my throat once again and I felt myself grow more lax, muscles turning completely boneless. When the lips traveled to the back of my throat and bit the soft skin there, I whimpered as I stiffened for a moment.

"Go to sleep." The familiar voice of Blaze poured into my ears almost immediately.

When I let out a stuttered sigh, everything eased out of me and I felt myself melt into the bed. The arm around me was firm, the hold around my hand, which was still pinned against my chest was firm, the chest against my back was firm, and all of that created a vase expanse of security around me.

Before I realized it, I drifted off to sleep.

The scenery I was currently standing in was so pretty, it looked almost unreal. The sky weren’t white, or blue or orange.

The sky was a mixture of pink and purple, and it was so gorgeous, it reflected over every damn thing.

I tore my eyes away from the clouds and let my eyes wander around and a gasp caught in my throat.

The flowers positioned at almost every corner and angle weren’t like normal looking flowers. It was like this flowers were made of silver and gold.

How is this possible?

My mouth remained open as I walked forward, because everything I was seeing was surprising me in pleasing ways. Tall trees lines up the path forward, and the trees wernt green in color, they were a mixture of blue, lilac and teal.

A few birds chipped away and after searching them out with my eyes, I finally found them, and I was surprised to see that they were pitch black in color.

That was surprisingly in an almost jarring way. Everything had seemed almost fairy tale coded until this very moment. I expected the birds to be a pretty bright color, and not pitch black in an almost eerie way.

The birds continued to chip away and I decided to mind my business and so I glanced away from them and continued down the path I was on.

I glanced around once again before absentmindedly wondering where everyone was and why I was the only one here right now.

Of course, I didn’t have an answer to that, and there was no one else present for me to ask.

I kept walking forward, hoping to encounter someone else soon so that I could ask them some questions.

How did I even get here though?

That question kept floating around the inside of my mind as I kept walking forward.

After walking on and on for what felt like hours, I realized that I wasn’t getting to anywhere. I was still on the same path, with colorful trees lining up the sides.

I squinted and stared straight ahead, and all I could still see straight ahead was the same lines of trees and the same expanse of cream colored sand underneath my feet on the

ground.

It was this exact moment that I realized that I was bare footed.

I blinked slowly, wondering what was happening because I was never one to leave the house without shoes.

I wiggled my toes in the sand which was almost as soft as powdered milk while wondering what was happening. All of this was starting to weird me out a little, especially because I was still yet to see another person so far. It was starting to seem like I was all alone in this place, and I wasn’t sure of what to make of this.

I turned around in the next moment, and my jaw dropped on realizing that all I could see was an expanse of sand which almost looked burnt. The colorful trees were nowhere to be found, it was like the trees have been burnt to the ground as well, but when I had been walking forward, none of this was present. It almost seemed like after I walked forward, the path which was now behind me, got burnt by an invisible force because the smell in the air didn’t change one bit.

At this point, I was more confused than I was before. What was happening?

When I turned back around, I noticed that the expanse of cream colored sand and the narrow path which had long lines of trees on both sides were nowhere to be found. It was like they had evaporated into thin air. When I glanced backwards this time, the burnt sand and trees were nowhere to be found either.

What the hell...?

I turned around in a circle and immense shock filled my entire inside concerning all that I was currently staring at. There was no colorful trees or expanse of cream colored sand in sight, all that was left is an open expanse of green grass and nothing more. I closed and opened my eyes a few times just to be sure my eyes weren’t playing tricks on me.

After a few seconds, I glanced down at the grass and wiggled my toes in it, feeling the softness underneath my feet.

I took a few steps forward, confusion starting to build inside me once again as I silently asked myself what I’m supposed to be doing next.

My legs were starting to hurt and so I flopped down on the soft grass, laying on my back and staring into the sky– which I just noticed wasn’t pink and purple like it once was, now it was clear white, like a normal looking sky. Although, nothing about all that has happened so far could be termed as normal.

I folded am arm underneath my head as a makeshift pillow, and then I let my eyes slide close for a couple of seconds.

When I blinked my eyes open, the flock of pitch black birds which were chipping away a while back, were suddenly hovering above my head. A startled yelp excaped my throat and my right hand shot out before I could stop to think.

What I didn’t expect to happen, was for a burst of magic to shoot out from my fingers.

The birds scattered around, flying in different direction while I sat up, eyes wide open and mouth parted in utmost shock. I stared down at my hand, turning it around and trying to figure out what had just happened.

After a few minutes, I wiggled my fingers a little. A burst of energy had surged out of it a while back.

But how?

My powers are locked away, aren’t they?

I stood up and let out a loud, frustrated breath. Being stuck in this weird place was clearly starting to mess with my head.
