Chapter 121: Troubles.

Caden looked on in puzzlement as the group that was exititthe city hall with black faces and all of them were his sister’s mates. Something surely must have happened inside there.

He stepped aside before the door and not long, more other beast kings begun to exit the place with displeased expressions and there wasn’t any for of discussion amongst them.

He grabbed Ken’s hand and brought him to the side to ask what was going on. Ken was more than happy to let in on his brother in law and he told him what happened.

Just that?" He asked bewildered.

What do you mean just that? It’s a huge issue here! How dare they disrespect and disregard out mates good intentions?" Ken’s tail was up in agitation.

It’s okay if they reject your good intentions but what of the millions of lives in this city? Are you going disregard them because you are angry?" He asked wanting to smack this lot to pulp.

Humph!!" Ken had his nose high up in the sky.

I didn’t know that despite him being colde blooded ,he actually had such a fiery temper." Scott mumbled but Ken heard him loud and clear.

You can’t blame us! It’s that red bottomed monkey’s fault!" Ken’s words were a bit over board and the Ape king who was just walking out couldn’t help halting in his steps before he looked at Ken with red eyes. His attention them shifted to Scott. He had heard alot about this male and his impression of him wasn’t bad. Ignoring the child minded ken, he spoke. "Greetings."

"Greetings to you too ape king." Scott greeted back.

Titan wasn’t far from the hall and he was in talks with Hamp and a few other snake elders.

"Where’s Ray and Shawn?" Scott couldn’t help asking.

Ray ran off to deal with some matters while Shawn also went to handle something . They shouldn’t be gone long. Why?" Ken asked.

Sydney asked me to come and offer the best of help I can offer but didn’t expect to find the situation had already fallen out. Let’s talk in the hall. He said and signaled for Titan to come. Carlos hadn’t left and he was still in talks with Caden. Seeing that they were heading back into the hall, Carlos also followed along.

Scott found himself a random seat and waited till everyone was seated and opened his mouth to speak.

At the boarders, Lilly who was sitting in her big brother’s hand stiffened all of a sudden. The air around her got so cold that even the gentle breeze that was initially blowing stiffened. All of them shifted their eyes to Lilly as they waited for this moment to pass before they could ask what she had seen.

Her eyes had turned bleak white as she looked up North east, the direction which was the opposite of where they were coming from. Through her eyes that could see through miles upon mike’s of land, she saw large numbers of beasts and beast men crossing through the dangerous and freezing mountain ranges.

After she saw what was in the far lands, she let out a deep breathe and the air around her finally broke as if it were some mirage

What’s wrong?" The one who was carrying her asked with worry

There’s a group of beasts, they are in alot of pain and distress. But despite the dangers lurking in the mountain ranges, they don’t seem to mind and are crossing anyway."

Movements in the mountain ranges? Why?" the youngest was alarmed and he couldn’t help asking in concern.

I also have no idea. That’s the furthest I could see. But .isn’t that where we are connected with the other lands? If they are crossing over it means that the problem is coming from there!" Lilly said with worry dancing in her eyes.

Right ..isn’t Kai and Zayn up there? Don’t tell me they had the whole of those beasts move!" The middle one said jokingly.

Their mission was to get those white Panthers in the their snow mountains. Not to lead a whole continent over!" The eldest wasn’t happy with his brother’s mood to joke in such dire situations.

Fine..I’m sorry!" he apologized and sealed his mouth

We should go and check that matter out!" Lilly said.

Don’t you have a matter with mother?" I thought we’d linger around here for a while before we left!" Eldest spoke up
