Chapter 133: Don’t Say I Didn’t Warn You

Setting my glass of chocolate milk down on the table in front of me, I stared at my peanut butter and jelly sandwich. It was either this, or I had to find a place to cook the raw bacon in my space, and I wasn’t about to put that much effort into my food.

PB&J was simple and sweet enough to give me the energy to keep my eyes open.

Ripping away the crust, I opened my mouth to take a bite when I heard stealthy footsteps coming up behind me.

Letting out a long sigh, I put my sandwich back down on its plate and sat there... waiting for the next round of bullshit to occur.

"And just what are you doing here... little girl?" asked a slimy voice from behind me. I was really going to have to stop nagging about Lust’s form of talking because while he might say the same things as these idiots, at least he sounded like sex on a stick while he did.

Not drop myself into a vat of acid to get clean again.

"I’m eating my sandwich," I pouted, turning around to look at the men behind me. There were about thirty of them, all with weapons of some kind in their hands and all looking a lot alike. Everyone had short black hair cut close to their heads, their eyes covered in the same type of sunglasses, and they were all wearing the same type of militia outfit that Bear and the others were.

They must have gotten a discount from bulk buying all their outfits; it was the only reasonable explanation.

Pointing to my plate, I cocked my head to the side. "I think what Wan Ying is trying to say is that this is not a safe place for you right now. Where are your parents? Are you alone?"

"Of course I’m alone," I sneered at the man who, I would give him, was a lot nicer than the slime-ball Wan Ying. "Daddy left to get his own meal."

Wan Ying raised an eyebrow as I heard a few men snickering behind him. However, the men behind the other guy didn’t so much as twitch. Studying the more professional side, I grabbed my sandwich and took a bite.

Moaning from the perfect taste and proportions of my sandwich, I turned around just enough to take my glass and have a drink. "I would offer you some," I said, looking at the second man who had spoken. "But I don’t share well." Letting out a long sigh, I put my milk back on the table, my sandwich beside it.

"It is something that I am working on, but it’s not going well."

"I don’t need your food, Little one," smiled the second man. Handing his rifle off to the man behind him, he slowly approached, crouching down until he was at eye level with me. "You need to eat it all, okay? Your Daddy probably worked really hard to get that for you."

Cocking my head to the side, I let the smile on my face slip just a bit. "What do you wish for?" I asked softly, reaching out to poke the man in the cheek. His face was so flawless that it really should be illegal.

"I wish for a lot of things," smiled the man, not touching me but letting me touch him. "But right now, I want you to be safe."

"I am safe," I replied happily. "So I guess your wish has been granted."

"That’s the thing, Sweetness, you might think that you are safe, but you’re not. Just because you can’t see the monsters around you doesn’t mean that they aren’t there," pressed the man as he reached around me to grab my chocolate milk. "Drink up and eat quickly. We’ll bring you someplace safe."

Shaking my head, I let out another sigh. "Daddy told me to stay here," I said, looking at the man earnestly in the eyes. "And Daddy will be very, very upset if I disappear."

"Of course he would," agreed the man. "I’ll leave some people behind to let your Daddy know where you are going to be. But I really can’t leave you here. Your Daddy would be even more upset if something happened and you got hurt."

"Of fuck this shit," sneered Wan Ying. Reaching forward, he reached over the second man and yanked me out of my seat; he threw me over his shoulder, letting my glass of milk fall to the floor, creating yet another mess that no one was going to clean up. "You’re coming with us."

Raising my eyebrow, I watched the stormy expression on the second man’s face as he stared at how Wan Ying was holding me. The fact that I was flashing my panties at everyone behind me wasn’t lost on me.

Nor was it lost on the men on Wan Ying’s side as they snickered and made comments under their breath that they thought I couldn’t hear.

"Daddy really isn’t going to like this," I sighed, looking at the sandwich I had only managed to take a bite of. "You need to tell him that I didn’t go willingly, or he is going to tan my hide."

The second man held out his hand, his face going from stormy to impassive as he held out his hand. One of the men on his side returned his rifle to him before silently returning to his place. He was about to open his mouth, but Wan Ying cut him off.

"Your Daddy is never going to find you," snickered the man as he slapped my ass. "But that’s fine. We’ll take good care of you. Won’t we, boys?" A rousing cheer went up on his side, and I caught the second man’s eyes.

He stared at me as he brought up a handgun, aiming at the back of Wan Ying’s head. Shaking my head, I smiled brightly as I held up a single finger to silence him.

"I have no doubt that Daddy will find me," I purred, still smiling brightly at the second man. "And when he does... don’t say that I didn’t warn you."
