I woke up after fainting for a second time. This time it was because I was overwhelmed by all of the... Upgrades, I guess. That happened within me.

First of all, I got some new Skills. [EXP Boost: LvL. 1], [Divine Aura: LvL. 1] and [Divine Eyes: LvL. 1]. The first one was self-explanatory, it boosted the amount of EXP I gained whenever I gained any, Soul EXP too. [Divine Aura] is also pretty self-explanatory, with it just giving me another Aura to use.

And the last one was special. [Divine Eyes]. What this Skill did, was not only improve the power and efficiency of my other Eye related Skills, but it also allowed me to see between things, such as truths and lies among other things such energies that I am innately familiar with such as [Fire] or [Lust] to name some examples.

As for everything else... What the fuck? Like seriously, I’m looking over it again and, what the fuck? Genuinely, what the fuck?

Evolution? I didn’t know that was a thing that Skills could do. Not to mention, holy shit...

The amount of Skills that have levelled up, and by so much as well! I mean... Just... What?

I-I-I-I-I don’t know what to say to all of this... This is just insane!

Seriously! It’s unbelievable.

Not to mention the serious boost in strength and power that all this has given me. I feel like I could take those robed people on in terms of Aura now at least... Maybe... Still not sure how strong they really are.

But I know I’m a hell of a lot stronger now! I don’t know how strong exactly, but I’d rather find that out later, for now, let’s take a look at these ’Evolved’ Skills.

Uhh, go in order of the ones in the list, I guess? And the first one is [Endless Devouring], and all this did was make it so that I can always eat anything and everything, and it was the same for [Endless Soul Devouring] too.

Next was [Divine Claw Slash] which just seemed to ramp up the attack power of my claws whenever I use them. [Vicious Bite] Seemed to be similar but gave my teeth and especially my fangs extra piercing power.

[Divine Scales] just increased my defences similar to how my [Divine Claw Slash] was improved. [Mana Vision] on the other hand allowed me to see the flow of Mana with my eyes, be it natural or someone using magic. I didn’t really know how exactly it worked right now, but I’m sure it’ll come in handy later.

After that is [Hyper Regeneration] Which is also pretty self-explanatory, and the effects have already taken effect given that the three scales I tore off earlier have already started to come back... That’s not necessarily a good thing because I don’t know how long I’ve been out for. Either way, this is a great boon regardless as it means I can heal from wounds faster.

Then there’s [Divine Instincts] which is just and upgrade for [Feral Instincts] which just gives me an even better sense for danger among other things. And after that is [Deadly Fang] which just adds even more power to my fangs. This would’ve been hand earlier.

Anyways, next up is [Petrifying Gaze] which allows me to turn people into stone instead of just paralysing them. I can still do the former, but that now requires a bit of concentration.

And that’s all the evolved Skills. Of course, there’s all the levels gained for all of these Skills and more, but I’ve grown tired of looking at all of this, so I discarded the scrolls and they began to disperse and I went back to reading what was on the tablet.

I swiped my hand across the surface of the tablet to transition it to the next page. I almost forgot about the extra Divine blood vials, so I hastily put them into my [Spatial Storage] along with the rest of my stuff.

Maybe I should return the bag since I don’t really need it? No, people will ask questions, it’s best if I hide this Skill for now.

Anyways, onto the next part of this inheritance, which was not exactly something I was expecting to see or rather read from my ancestor.
