Man... i really loved it. Didn't stop reading at all.

The summary is really misleading lol, we have our protagonist Chen Ge when he takes over his parents' haunted house after their disappearance, and completes missions according to a mysterious black phone, expands his haunted house and fills it with real ghost employees, scariest scenarios and grows closer to finding his parents.

The best part is all his missions and the novel worldbuilding is super. It's never not fun to read how smart, calculating, shrewd and manipulative he can be even if he doesn't have the help of his employees. Inhumane guy.

Some things i personally didn't like were 1. The main plot point of "his parents have disappeared" wasn't spread evenly. I mean sure all arcs were important but they were only so in amassing his ghost army, they contained little to no clue about his parents. Also he has lost some of his childhood memories which he wants back too, these two things weren't properly spread to his missions.

It's just, man i really wanted to know his parents more. the novel ended in 2 ch after they were found i am in pain.

Another thing is the author gets confused in names, man the names..... 

Anyway simply the best horror novel out there. Peace 

The main couple is really satisfying. Cold x cold, mad dog x mad dog, that type. The tacit understanding between them is high too. Well... the system plot for me was the type where you agree with the stated logic but only when it's stated... it was a bit complicated.

Maybe if i read slowly and used more of my brain cells it might have been better lol. Most of my questions were answered by the end, and reading the CP was more of a satisfying nd heart wrenching experience than soft and fluffy bcs afterall, this is horror/action.

A must read, plus check out the crazy fanarts and manhua too. Peace

Even tho it says harem and shonen ai, there are 5 love interests for the MC but he is dense. more like he's bad at love. Anyway, the plot isn't only romance, infact there's no romance but a lot of good plot twists, mysteries, important characters, development and so on. This was waayyyy better than i expected. You can say the characters remind you of orv, tcf and sctir and the plot is too good.

10/10 there is nothing to not like about this story.

It's almost a decade's worth of work by the author, the story is so good paced u won't feel bored at any point.

Every part feels important, every fight and every new piece of information. The ending was beautifully written and was perfect in wrapping up the complicated situations and being yhe epitome of character dev of Zorian, but imo the journey was more worth while. You get anything and everything.

Zorian and Zach can be considered two MCs and Zorian is the one who's the brains, the artificer and the perfectionist. Zach plows thru with friendship and pure power. Character development of both is so good, specially Zorian's who's change is highlighted a lot too. He feels so real??? The characters feel really very real. The info dumps as many call it, are actually pretty important and necessary too. Naming:

Ahhh my favourite QT bl!! Not only all the arcs were super interesting and many strange and creative, i absolutely love how the mc (was finally able to) do whatever he wants, and each time their couple was super op. The face slapping was so refreshing it made me feel super satisfied all over!! Despite being shonen ai some descriptions made my face red and toes curl... The ml and mc both aren't paper cutouts, and their love is the most heart racing and exciting ahhh they literally do whatever tf they want it's so funny too

Tho i accidently found it, it's definitely a diamond. The plot is quite cultivation heavy, with amazing world building and absolutely no plot holes.

 The novel has an extremely amazing concept. It parallels two couples and two types of love: Hanjiang and Wen Renhe (main couple) and Baili Qingmao and He wtv his name was (the book couple). 

As our main couple slowly learns to trust each other, care for each other and open up, love and cherish each other we similarly see how He wenchao claiming he "loves" baili but commits adultery, and how the blinded in love Baili moves on to be a great woman and cultivator. This novel is poetry in a story, the story of sacrifice, love, trust and growth. 

10/10 side characters too

I can't... i have no words left after finishing this book. Only a feeling of emptiness, deep happiness, tear marks and increased screen time.

Their life and love with the idea of "forever" displayed is so beautiful... The author made all side characters so deep and gave them backgrounds too, big major plot twists and a thick, intresting and extremely well thought out plot deeply intertwined with the romance base.

There's just something... i I absolutely love MCs who have suffered in their life a lot already and are now wise, gentle, powerful, smart, calculating and still pure at heart.

MXTX writes sad backstories in such a way, the despair that has no solutions, inevitable outcomes and slashes at your heart so deep you grieve for these fictional characters.

Xie Lian's character, personality, character design, meaning behind each and every of his actions, words and thoughts, his past sufferings, the present blessing and truly undying, incurable love is all immaculately written.

If there's smthn you won't regret, then it's reading this story of eternal, unbound and limitless love. By the Heavenly official's blessing, no paths are bound!

I knew i would love it, MXTX's other two works are forever in my top3. But this still exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds.

What else do u need other than, a perfect mystery plot, loveable, hateable characters, a sacrificial suffering but pure mc, a doting but not yan ml, heart stabbing back story, plot twists and deep side characters? Ofcourse it's s*x written by one of the best bl authors!! And it's all here!! If i meet her u bet i will kiss her feet.

Anyways, the most prominent thing other than their extremely soul mate- they completed each other- love, what i liked most was the character development. Of not only the mc but also the ml, and various main side characters. So read this when ur absolutely free, otherwise the addiction will be fatal to ur work.

Sweet, lighthearted romance. President Pei is literally the absolute threshold of a partner lol. Nice comedy and sweet moments, tho the lack of any drama or conflict did make it a little boring(for me)
