No, I'm pretty sure you didn't even bother reading more than 30 chapters. How about *you* reading more before judging a story? But with your comprehension, I might be asking too much.

Yeah maybe you are reading a different novel. You should probably go to that novel's comment section
No one is *worshipping* him. I'm just saying it's the usual young master trope. And as I said, Lily is still trash. I admit you're right, she should've broken up. But he still deserved what happened to him. He's not the saint here, none of those three are. Imo, all of them are equally stupid.

So why didn't she break then? She could have clearly broken up with Samael. But she didn't do that. Not only that but after kissing Michael she says she was only trying to console him or something. The b*tch is a fucking hypocrite. Edit: Oh and I almost forgot. I might have liked characters like Michael when I was a little kid. But now characters like that are the ones that I hate the most. Never in my life will I cheer on a piece of s*it like Michael. But you can keep on worshipping him
I don't think you read more than even 30 chapters if you think this has NTR. Which it doesn't.

I gave this novel a chance and trust me rank 8 is way out of it's league. It doesn't deserve to be in the top 10. Maybe top 100. Even then it might be a stretch. Some of you guys are over hyping this too much. There are other novels out there that deserve better ranking than this. The only feeling I got from reading this is frustration. But now I only feel regret for reading this. Also there's fucking NTR. The thing that I hate the most
Yeah, and also, what happened to Samael WAS his own fault. Even when he was together with Lily, he used to flirt with other girls (right in front of her might I add), forget her birthday, talk with her dismissively in front of his friends, etc etc. He was toxic, self-absorbed, arrogant, and an actual cry baby.
I'm not taking Lily's side, she's still trash for me. But I'm surprised she even stayed with that guy as long as she did and still doesn't think very low of him.
Imagine your partner flirting with others right in front of you? I'd also go and kiss someone who regards me respectfully.
It's a classic young master trope.
Young master has jade beauty gf > young master treats jade beauty gf harshly > protagonist come and saves jade beauty gf > young master throws a tantrum.
If this story was from the protagonist's pov (Michael, who was severely bullied by Samael, btw), we'd be cheering him on for taking down the big bad bully young master (Samael).

There's another thing that's really bugging me. So I am gonna say it. I saw some of the reviews and comments. People are saying this novel is quite realistic. You know what doesn't sound realistic? A whore choosing an ugly fat f*ck over a rich handsome dude. And don't you dare say it's because Samael was a bad guy. Samael and Lily knew each other since they were children. She should've known what Samael was going through. I mean she is supposed to be a really kind character who fights for what's right no? She even knew Samael kinda liked her. Yet she still went behind his back and kissed that ugly f*ck. And you know what's even more weird is that I think I would have been less bothered by it if it was the other way around and she kissed Sam instead. And to add insult to injury Samael is trying to suck up to the same guy who stole his girlfriend. And the other guy still doesn't care. WHAT IN THE ACTUAL f*ck?
Samael is trying to stuck up to Michael? Buddy, did we read the same story? He had fucked up Michael more times than I could count. He had exploited him multiple times. He's not actively going after him, because he just don't want to. It's more trouble than it's worth.

The thing that infuriated me the most is Samael trying to suck up to Michael. Why is he even doing that? That makes no sense considering his personality. Also I really don't understand why every single fucking time in novels like these the mc always is like" I need the protagonist to save the world. So I better not get in his way". The only thing he thinks about is survive.
Can you really blame the author for that? When that 1v10 fight was being published, readers were accusing him of "dragging" the story. Had he gone into details of Juli's plan, they would've rioted.
On another note, we do see how Juli manipulate people in the Ivan's arc (the one before the newest one). It's not anything big of flashy, but we do see how she thinks and exploit others. So there's that.

i acutallly agree people are too blind to see or get mad if u point it out, about julie i agree author never show how she actually manipulate people the author just says she does we never see her plant any physoclogical clue he just points out she is smart not through her actions. I kinda hate there type of genius character without any substantial evidence and u dont need to flaunt that they r intellegent.
1) By the time Samael got into that 1v10 match, he had Michael's Essence Circulation Technique. It let him use Essence to massively boost his body and attacks. He had the advantage in that fight.
2) She had experience. It’s been said multiple times that Juliana was already manipulating and exploiting the noble heirs (and heiress) in Luxara way before she showed up at the academy. (That's why Samael had called her a gold digger).
And I agree, there should be smart characters who'd be able to see through her.
But who said Juliana was manipulating the whole Academy?
In fact, she wasn’t manipulating anyone. It was more like she just distracted them.
The first years were already heading toward a faction war anyway. She just sped up what was bound to happen sooner or later.
She didn’t do anything to the second years (since most of them weren't at the Academy) and only *asked* help from the third year girls who were wronged by Rexerd.
So, she definitely wasn’t manipulating *everyone*.

1) maybe you are right but it still doesn't make sense that he was able to defeat rank 11-20 . And the spatial awareness to defend himself doesn't make sense , and sniper should also have some powerful bullets that can blow whole leg ( I know I derailed from the point)
2) Juliana didn't take manipulation classes from her mother's womb , I know she has skills to manipulate but experience is also a factor , she had just come to academy and she can manipulate 2nd years and 3rd year and don't forget there are also many nobels among them , some of them should be smart enough but this author doesn't make exceptions, like she can just manipulate can manipulate all the seniors and all of them were fools and were manipulated easily like lost lambs
You get what I mean , there should also be some capable NPCs ,not like the whole world revolves around the MC's of the game
1) If you think someone who only trained in a dojo can defeat a person who has been fighting on streets for the better part of their life, then you're delulu.
In a dojo, you learn discipline. But on the streets, you fight for survival.
Discipline beats instincts, but honed instincts are also essential to be a good fighter.
And MC doesn't always win because he's a good fighter. He's not. Alexia was able to push him back (tho, she has a lot of fighting experience as well.) Willem and Alice and Michael were also able to almost beat him.
Mc isn't a combat genius just because he fought on the streets, but he can still hold their own. And that is realistic, given his far superior experience.
2) Being A rank doesn't make them immune to manipulation. You'll see Juliana's wits in the future. She is eerily good at reading people like books and pinpointing their emotional cracks within minutes of observing them.
3) I agree with you.
4) There are. Keep reading. He knows what he's doing.

Flaws of this novel (my opinion) -
1) we all know that in fight between fighters who has learned techniques (like Kung-fu)and fighters who had learned fighting on streets , the winner will obviously be fighters who had learned technique will win. And we know that mc had not learned any fighting techniques but he always manages to defeat those who had learned techniques seriously. I know experience matters but in a hand to hand or weapon to weapon combat mc should loose in my opinion because he had not learned any technique.
2)juli is shown too much overhyped or over intelligent and other characters (NPC) are shown dumb . I mean I can understand that she can manipulate 1st years ,some dumb 2nd years but how can she manipulate 3rd years (those are at least supposed to be A rank A ) .
3)There was no need to tell his whole plan to high priest like a 3rd rate cliche villain
4)The world is too much convenient for the mc , like aren't there any lie detection card or memory reading card

"NTR" didn't happen to the current Samael. It happened before his transmigration.
Did you by any chance miss it? Cause there's definitely ntr in chapter 3 or 4

They do have same color golden eyes. And twins can not be identicals.
How are the MC and Thalia twins when they have nothing in common from hair to eyes to everything else?
