This is honestly a pretty good continuation of Douluo Dalu 1.It has Tang San, his new world,demons and nymphs, and its own unique cultivation system. He has a clear purpose on his goals and is insanely smart to achieve them.

However, the only reason I am giving this 3 stars is because the main character tang San never really struggles in this new world. As you read on, things just all happen according to his plans and there isn't much suspense or thrill in watching what happens next. The story also does become more bland as you keep reading.

An amazing mafia novel so far.

Although the politics gets a bit boring sometimes, the MC and the side characters are so well fleshed out that they feel like real people.

The story is captivating and the hype moments are hype! It is a dark tale with a lot of twists and the misunderstandings are so well done that you start laughing.

A hidden gem that definitely deserves 5/5 stars.

This is not your typical cultivation novel.There is almost no face slapping and the story was well structured from start to end. Plot repetition doesn't exist and plot twists are well done. All the characters are likeable and the comedy is excellent in this novel.

If you hate harems then this may not be your cup of tea but I enjoyed this novel from start to finish.(Wished the story continued) But I was overall happy with how it ended.

I recommend my fellow readers to give this a try.

The comedy is soo good in this novel and all the side characters are memorable. All the story arcs in this story are good and the ending was done well.
