Chapter 63: Ch.63 Lily Vs Angelia and Karma

Being old opponents, Angelia and Karma were aware of each other’s abilities, so although they rushed toward Lily’s position, they still maintained a distance.

Their abilities are too restraining on each other; if the battle isn’t properly handled, they may end up becoming a hindrance to each other.

"Hoo."

Angelia took a deep breath as her energy started to erupt. Using the holy essence, she amplified herself, and using Angelia’s Holy Magic, she covered herself with golden armor made of energy.

Her four wings spread out as they glowed with golden patterns, and a golden light bloomed from them as they started to expand.

The golden spear in her hand started to hum as the Spear Intent of Holy Annihilation condensed together, making the spear glow with a menacing golden color.

The length of her hair increased as they were covered in a golden hue, and a halo appeared atop her head.

Her eyes became calm, hiding a ferocious glow, he face unchanging as ice as if nothing could influence her emotion.

Standing above the battlefield, she looked like someone who had come to give judgment to all the sinners.

Angelia- Holy Spear of Annihilation has appeared.

While all this was happening, Karma didn’t stand still; he closed his eyes as the hollow eyes inside the black armor started to glow with intense red light.

His skeletal body glowed with red runes written in an unknown language as his sturdy black army showed signs of cracking.

His eyes burst out with an intense red light like flames as his headgear cracked, and red light burst out from all the cracked parts as his great sword started to howl.

The Sword Intent of Karmic Death wrapped around the great sword like a snake, burning with a red glow.

The greatsword couldn’t handle such pressure, as it started to crack. Finally with a bang it shattered into big fragments.

But before the fragments could fall, the Sword Intent of Karmic Death acted as a glow binding all the parts together while the size of the great sword doubled.

Karma’s armor continued to fragment as his already large height continued to increase, inside the armor now instead of the bony body was an energy entity glowing with red light.

His body burned like flames as Death Essence covered his entire body. He gripped the greatsword handle tightly as even such a simple action created great sonic booms.

He released a foul breath as even the air was rotted and burned away by the sword intent of karmic death.

Standing at ten meters tall, his majestic figure oozed a sense of death as life around him slowly withered away.

Karma- Death’s Vanguard has appeared.

Karma and Angelia gave each other a mean look as both of them rushed toward Lily’s position.

Lily would be a fool to not notice such big action, although she could feel they weren’t using their full strength, it’s still enough to disrupt her plans.

"It seems I am running out of time~"

Her voice still wasn’t panicked, even when the situation had taken such a turn, she lifted her hands as her flawless fingers slowly tapped the tree.

Through her fingers massive amount of energy was transmitted to the tree as thousands of roots hundreds of meters tall sprouted from the ground blocking Karma’s and Angelia’s way.

But in doing so, she decreased the number of roots on the battlefield as her energy amount couldn’t sustain such large scale action for now.

"Petty tricks!"

Angelia snorted, looking at the massive roots attacking her, although they were stronger than normal roots glowing with a rainbow hue it still wasn’t enough for her to cut.

"Everlasting Annihilation!!"

She shouted as she did a horizontal cut, her attack drew a golden line in the air as filled with the intent of annihilation the separating the world in two half’s.

An energy beam as thin as a piece of paper was shot out as hundreds of roots were cut in two halves and due to the intent of annihilation the roots that were hit slowly disintegrated.

Karma watched all of this in silence, as with a single hand, he slowly raised his great sword, which burst with red flames of death.

"Death for all!"

A simple name for a simple attack, as he did a simple vertical slash, a massive beam of energy covered with the sword intent of karmic death rushed out, as all living things in its path withered.

With each withered life, the beam of light continued to get stronger as the roots could hardly stop this attack that was heading straight to Lily.

"Dance of the Dragon Tree!"

Lily’s voice rang out as the roots roared like dragons, they rose to the sky as they coiled together creating a massive wooden dragon.

The wooden dragon reaches 500 to 600 meters tall looked at the mighty beam of red light as it’s mouth opened.

"Draconic Trees Roar!!"

With her command massive amount of energy was gathered in its mouth. As the energy continued to condense, its mouth closed for a moment before it fired a beam of multicolored light.

Like a laser, it travelled, colliding with the red beam of light, destroying it in a single exchange. The beam continued to travel, creating a small ravine wherever it passed.

Before Karma could dodge the light beam that was upon him as he swung his great sword, covered in sword intent on karmic death.

BOOOOMM!!!!! SWISS!!! FOOOO!!!!!!!!!!

The two collided as winds roared and the ground collapsed, dust flew every which way, the beam of light dried out.

Angelia didn’t care to check for Karma’s safety as she rushed toward Lily’s position, her speed so fast that she looked like a beam of light.

The massive dragon wasn’t having any of it as it rushed to swallow Angelia with its giant mouth. Its speed was very fast, even with its massive body.

Angelia looked at the giant mouth that was trying to swallow her with contempt as her hands moved, without even stopping, she slashed out with her spear.

"New Horizon."

She muttered softly as she did a vertical slash, a pillar of light starting from the tip of her spear rushed out.

The pillar of light turned into a massive spear, and with immense speed, it rushed toward the giant dragon.

The two behemoths collided as the world seemed to stop for a moment.

BOOOOMM!!!!

With the sound of a massive explosion and the intense glow of light, the collision was accepted by reality as the winds generated due to the clash traveled throughout the battlefield and beyond.

Anyone unlucky enough to face this blowing wind was shredded beyond doubt as the battlefield became silent for a while.

Except for Baron, all others watched such a scene with shocked faces as they couldn’t believe what they were witnessing.

A questioning tone was heard as a figure burning with red flames appeared in front of the wooden dragon’s massive eyes.

Karma’s eyes watched the wooden dragon’s eyes with malice as he swung down his great sword, colliding it with the dragon.

Although the size difference was massive, the wooden dragon was still thrown back as Karma continued to chase it.

The wooden dragon opened its mouth and fired a pillar of flames toward Karma.

Karma just gripped his great sword tightly as he swung with full force, dispersing all the flames. The dragon managed to control itself as its massive claw attacked Karma.

The claw and the greatsword, classed as the dragon and the undead, continued to attack each other without stopping.

Karma had an advantage as the wooden dragon was slowly chipped away; if this continued, the wooden dragon would surely lose.

"Well, it should hold him back for a while."

Lily muttered as she took deep breaths, her face was filled with sweat as she could hardly even stand.

Lying on the bed of flowers she had created, she continued to harass Angelia, trying to slow down her speed.

But as the minutes passed, her body was slowly giving out, even the domain around her started to become illusory as her vision started to get blurred.

"I may only be able to hold for half an hour more."

Lily weakly muttered as she gripped the staff, her energy like a rushing river, rushed toward the staff as she prepared for her last-ditch attack.

The elemental burst, her currently considered strongest attack, she has been stacking energy in for a while so now it’s time to taste the fruit of her effort.
