Greenville hotel was one of the biggest hotel in country D and the birthday celebration took place in the hotel ballroom.

The ballroom was filled with people from prestigious family and of course their children.

Lin Yan looked at Li Lingyun and asked "Who invited all this people."

"It was their children that was invited but they came along too with hopes for finding a new business partner or making new business connections."

After the cutting of cake and presenting of gifts. Li Xiao and the other children went to the playground leaving the adults alone to discuss their business.

"Are you bore already?" Lin Yan heard a voice behind her and turned, she saw Yao Qi smiling at her with a drink in her hands.

"No not really. I’m just glad that Li Xiao is having fun. It’s not everyday she plays with kids her age."

"That is true, but I would prefer for her not to play too much with Li Jun kid."

At the mention of Li Jun kid, Lin Yan looked at Fang Min who was already playing the role of Li Jun wife. Fang Min was standing beside Li Jun smiling as he speaks to other business men.

"You don’t like her?" Yao Qi asked as she noticed Shen Yi gaze on Fang Min.

Shen Yi smiled and asked "Is it that obvious?"

"I don’t like her either. I never really knew Lin Yan but according to Meng Zhu, she didn’t deserve to die the way she did. It’s a pity."

Li Lingyun on the other hand was with Si Yan and Meng Zhu.

"I don’t know if I should be worried or happy to see my wife so closed to yours."

Li Lingyun looked at both Yao Qi and Shen Yi chatting before saying "Shen Yi told me that both her and Yao Qi are planning for a girl’s night."

Meng Zhu sighed and said "That means I should be worried."

"Rather than worrying about your wife, I advice you worry about your uncontrollable sister." Si Yan said as he took another champagne from the waiter walking around.

"Don’t even remind me about that incident." Meng Zhu said and then he looked at Si Yan and asked "Both me and Li Lingyun are already married, so when are you tying the knot, maybe then you would be less annoying."

"The last thing I need is for you to sound like my old man and speaking of old men where is your grandfather?"

"He went to one of the rooms to rest after Li Xiao cutted her cake."

Lin Yan glanced at Yao Qi who was still beside her and asked "Why isn’t anyone approaching Li Lingyun or Meng Zhu or even Si Yan to talk about business."

"Because to them, those three are unapproachable. Only those brave enough can approach them."

Lin Yan saw Wang Hua and said to Yao Qi "Can you excuse for a second?"

"Sure"

Lin Yan walked up to Wang Hua and asked "I hope you are enjoying the party."

Wang Hua sipped her champagne slowly before saying "Well, it’s not that bad."

"This is my first time hosting a event as the new owner of the hotel."

Wang Hua face became sour "What do you mean by the new owner of the hotel?"

Lin Yan gasp and said "Didn’t grandpa tell you? Greenville hotel now belongs to me. Don’t worry too much, I will ensure that I take care of the hotel way better than you did."

The look on Wang Hua face was priceless, she knew it was going to be worth it. "I have to go back to Yao Qi now, I promise her that I won’t take long. Bye."

Lin Yan left and went back to Yao Qi.

Li Jun who was talking to a business partner, froze when he glanced at the door. What was he doing here?

Li Jun watched as his mother approach the man who has left him frozen and asked "What are you doing here?"

At Wang Hua loud voice, everyone focus turned to her and the man she raised her voice at.

Lin Yan froze when she saw him. What was Lin An doing here? She didn’t invite him so why was he here?

"He is my guest." A cold voice replied to the question in every body’s mind.

Wang Hua looked at Li Lingyun and said "You invited him?"

"Why? Do I need your permission to invite someone to my daughter’s birthday party."

Li Jun walked towards his mother and whispered to her ears "We are in public, behave yourself."

Wang Hua looked around and saw every one staring at them and walked out to the restroom, Fang Min who saw this followed her future mother-in-law.

Lin Yan walked up to her brother and said "I’m so happy to see you."

Li Jun looked at Shen Yi and said "I didn’t know that the two of you have become friends."

"Of course we have. Lin An saved my life."

"Saved your life?"

"Do I have to give you the details?" Lin Yan asked harshly.

Lin An handed his gift to his sister and said "For Li Xiao."

"Thank you." Lin Yan said with a smile.

"Enjoy the party and feel free to use this as an opportunity for your business."

"Thank you" Lin An said and walked to say hello to someone he knew.

After Li Jun has left as well, Lin Yan looked at Li Lingyun and said "You didn’t tell me that you were going to invite Lin An."

"It was a last minute decision after all he saved your life, didn’t he?"

Lin Yan nodded with a smile and said "Of course he did."

It was either something was wrong or about to go wrong. Could Li Lingyun know something? If he did he should have said something but why was she feeling uneasy.

In The Restroom.

Wang Hua screamed in anger before saying "This is the height of it. Not only did Shen Yi rubbed it on my face of how she now owns the Greenville hotel but now, they invited Lin An, the brother of that wretched Lin Yan."

"You need to calm down, getting angry won’t return the hotel back to you. For now we should try to deal with Lin An. Let’s humiliate him in such a way that he won’t ever be able to show his face in any event. Lin Yan ruined your son’s life, but you can’t have your revenge because she is dead, but there is Lin An, his weak spot is his sister so if you attack there we will be able to kick him out in such a way that nobody would want to do business with you."

Wang Hua looked at Fang Min and asked "How do we humiliate him?"
