Beord placed his hand on Lanta’s arm and looked at her with assurance in his eyes.

’I will take care of this.’ was his silent message.

He turned a rather hostile gaze on captain Alix and slowly looked the man up and down. Now that he looked at him up-close, he recalled who this man was.

Adler had once sent him a picture of this RGB captain and said he was a little too interested in their sister. What the heck was he doing here now?

"Excuse me, may I trouble you to introduce yourself and explain your business in my family’s home."

Atlas was not a fool and he knew when to retreat if things had gone wrong. He needed to back down and figure out what the deal was with the strong woman first. He was frustrated however because this was another damn failure.

He put a soft smile on his face and looked at Beord with an air of innocence.

"Good evening, minister Beord Su, I am captain Atlas of the RGB. I am currently stationed on the Red star in the Lato city."

In a plain voice, Beord looked at him with a bored look on his voice.

"Okay." he said. "It still doesn’t the question of what you are doing in my family home."

Atlas’s eyes turned reddish for a moment, giving a hint of danger for a few seconds.

Beord pulled himself back, uncertain about what he had just seen in the captain’s eyes.

Lanta was even quicker as she threw out one of her arms and sort of pushed Beord behind herself.

She gave Atlas a chilling and warning look.

"I am here to see the governor." Atlas said.

Beord frowned, and he shook his head.

"There is no way my sister made an appointment with you because she is not available at the moment. She has some research which she is engaged in that requires her full attention.

Everything to do with politics is being handled by the ministers or Lord Emmett Wu. The matters which require her personal authorization are to be decided by governor Esong. I don’t know how you got in but I think you should leave."

Atlas frowned and secretly clenched his fist.

"Thank you for the information, I will be sure to make another appointment after she returns."

He made a quick exit and left.

Beord reached out and held Lanta’s hand.

"I don’t like that guy." he said.

"You shouldn’t trust him as well. I know his kind and they are the worst."

If she could tell him all the ways in which his kind were the worst, she would but she was not ready to reveal such information just yet.

She would make a note and keep an eye on the succubus. When Scarlet left the small world, she would also warn her in advance about this creep.

"I should tell Esong about this, right?"

Beord thought that his sisters husband deserved to know that Atlas had somehow made it into the castle and almost all the way to their private wing.

What was he even planning to do when he got there?

The only people to make it there were members of the family, the servants and guards and the BSTV camera crew.

"I think you should." Lanta agreed.

The security in the castle should be tightened up. During Scarlet’s absentia, she would monitor everything keenly and tell the spirit animals to be on the look out for monsters trying to get in.

Captain Atlas left the castle with long strides and a scowl on his face. His aura was so dark and it looked like he wanted to murder someone.

He bumped into one of the female servants who worked for Cecily and deliberately hit her, ensuring that she fell to the ground.

He did not even apologize, but just kept going.

Elroy was sitting in the watchtower of the castle, having s drink with an unlikely party, captain Jacks in there. He noticed the rude guy who had just practically shoved a castle maid down and continued walking.

"What an asshole." he said.

In the watchtower were cameras which monitored the outside view of the entire castle.

Jacks took back the footage and zoomed in. He didn’t want to jump to conclusions without being one hundred percent certain that he was seeing the right person.

"Jovi identify this guest."

The AI brain which controlled Esong’s ship was used to monitor the castle as well.

"The guest has been identified from the information provided at the gate as Captain Atlas."

Captain Jacks scoffed.

"This bastard is really unbelievable. He dares to come all the way here. Does he know whose territory he is trying to play around in?"

Elroy recognized captain Atlas and he stammered as his mind recalled all that he knew about the red haired captain.

He had like ten questions he wanted to ask captain Jacks about Atlas but the other was already speaking on phone so Elroy kept his mouth shut and waited impatiently.

"Hey Esong, I don’t know what you are up to in the Blue city but Atlas just paid a visit to the castle. He just left and he is all pissy so I guess he didn’t get what he intended. I just thought that I should give you a heads up. Someone is hunting in your territory brother."

He listened for a while, hung up and downed the last wine out of an almost empty bottle. Then he picked up his weapons and put them back in his storage bracelet.

He also put on his belt and strapped his guns in carefully.

"I have to go, we can continue this negotiation later." he told Elroy.

They had met here away from prying eyes because Elroy wanted to convince him to stop showing up for his games and posting about him on star net.

Curious, Elroy tugged on captain Jack’s arm and pulled him back.

"Wait, where are you going?"

Jacks looked at Elroy’s arm and smiled lewdly. "Ooh, don’t you want me to go?"

Elroy let go of him as if he had been burned.

"Take your mind out of the gutter. I am just curious because you look like you are going to do something bad."

Jacks smirked and laughed. Of course he was on his way to do something bad.

"Hey, do you want to have some fun with us?" he asked Elroy.

Elroy was always up for a fun time but when it came to captain Jacks, fun sometimes had a different meaning.

"Define fun." he told Jacks.

Jacks shrugged and said, "Esong does not take too kindly to people messing around with things that belong to him. He is the most possessive bastard in the universe. I guess the hunter is going to become the hunted tonight."

Elroy’s mind whirled as Jacks’ words crystallized in his mind.

"You guys are going after captain Atlas, aren’t you?"

"Come with me if you want to find out." Jacks told him.

He looked at Elroy curiously and wondered if the kid would step up or back down. He had called it fun but this kind of fun could get dangerous sometimes.

Elroy tapped his bracelet terminal with an eager look in his eyes. "I am going to call my brothers, they like fun as well."
