Ordering was very easy to accomplish as robot butlers were passing by every other minute and she leaned back in her chair to wait comfortably. As she waited, she visited V-music a popular music website to download Ramslin’s song, which was also his debut into the world of music.

Before she could tell Alex to download, someone sat down besides her and she looked up with a smile, thinking for a second that it was Esong.

"Oh great, you again." she said with disdain once her eyes caught sight of the unwelcome individual that was sitting opposite her. Her facial expression of irritation was enough to tell anyone that she was not willing to be around this individual. It was the young woman Reya, and those who recognized her were already taking pictures openly.

She must have been used to it because she smiled and arranged her body to appear flattering but Scarlet glared at the two people who were taking pictures hostilely and they moved along quickly.

"I told you that I do not want to be seen with you." She told her with a cold demeanor which expressed her serene anger.

"Did you think that you would scare me off that easily?" Reya asked her.

Scarlet scoffed and said, "I should have known that a woman as stupid as you would not understand simple logic. What did I expect anyway, after all you copied your way through school and you have kept up the habit to date."

Reya’s eyes flared up with fury, "Take that back." she spat out. "You have no proof to make such an accusation."

Scarlet smiled with a lazy mocking gaze in her eyes and she told her, "The fact that you say I have no proof is all the proof which I need to know that I am right."

An innocent person would not say that someone had no proof, they would simply deny the accusations or laugh them away. Even a guilty person that was smart would know not to say that proof of their crime was lacking because this meant something had happened and proof disposed of. A wise individual would keep quite and ignore the accusation.

Reya retracted the glare in her eyes and took a deep breath, appearing to calm herself.

"You are still here." Scarlet said sarcastically after a robot butler delivered her second ice cram cake pop. "Can’t you tell that you are unwanted?"

"I want to make a new deal." Reya told her.

"Hah!!" Scarlet exclaimed and laughed. She broke out into this loud crazy explosive laughter which even brought tears to her eyes and attracted the attention of those nearest to her. A new deal!!, did this woman even use her brain?

"What is so funny?" Reya asked her.

"I am waiting for my husband so say what you want and just go." she told Reya in an exhausted tone, wiping the tears away from the corners of her eyes. She wanted to know what Reya truly wanted from her because right from the moment when the woman approached her, she seemed to have a hidden ambition.

And then, to Scarlet’s greatest astonishment, with no shame or sense of preservation, Reya said, "I am the reason why you are able to walk around proudly as the mecha king’s wife. I helped you to marry into the royal family so you should help me as well."

"Oh," Scarlet said with a slight rise on her lips, curving upwards to form a smile. "Is that so?" she asked her. Slowly, she licked the spoon, cleaning away every trace of that sweet strawberry pop as if whatever Reya was saying was of no interest to her.

"Yes," Reya replied proudly. "I want the seventh prince."

Scarlet chortled at once and quickly covered up the chortle with a light pretentious cough but even then, the look of amusement in her eyes and her smile could not be hidden. So that’s what it was, she thought to herself.

"Why?" she asked her.

Of all the men in the world, this greedy wicked woman was choosing her sister’s boyfriend. It had been circulating that Markay was seriously courting Carolyn thanks to the empress’s desire to see them wed as soon as possible. She did not believe that Reya was not aware of the relationship between Markay and her sister and yet the woman once again wanted to snatch away something that was Carolyn’s. Was this jealousy, obsession or some other unknown emotion?

"You are going to break him and your sister up, that is the price for my silence." Reya told Scarlet.

Scarlet remained silent, observing Reya with disappointment in her eyes because she assumed that the woman had bigger ambitions. She had assumed that she would ask for land on the Blue star, shares in the agricultural business of the Blue star or anything else that would increase the finances of her family but she wanted a man!!, how silly.

"Why not the fourth prince?" She asked her.

"That’s none of your business." Reya responded.

But Scarlet would not take that rude answer into consideration. She laughed and leaned forward, looking Reya directly in the eyes because she wanted to figure out the truth for herself. As long as she looked at her using the vision of a grim reaper, she could identify her lies easily. "Do you want to be the next empress or do you simply want to stick it to my sister?"

"I want..." Reya said, and then she stopped and looked in the direction of the bar.

Scarlet too was looking in that direction, distracted momentarily by the sound of loud glass shattering, gasps in the room, and a very disturbing or entertaining scene of a woman with long red hair locking lips with the blonde haired bar tender.

The very first thought to cross Scarlet’s mind was, I thought he doesn’t sell his services, did she offer the right price? Why were they kissing passionately in public moreover?

The woman leaned her head back, separating her lips from those of the bar tender and she laughed. Her laughter was full of mischief and unsettling, it crawled beneath Scarlet’s skin and caused her to break out in shivers. Did the alien find one of his kind, she wondered. Why did it cause her great unease and cause her stomach to turn then?

A hand tapped her on the shoulder suddenly , stirring up the wave of fear in her heart and she squealed, and jumped up like a very scared wild cat. When she saw Esong, she put one hand over her heart and said, "God Esong are you trying to kill me?"

He blinked a few times and frowned. "Why would I try to kill you?" He asked in a confused voice.

"Nothing, let’s just go." She answered. She abandoned the spoon in the glass, leaving behind half of her strawberry ice cream cake pop.

She didn’t want him anywhere Reya, the woman was toxic and full of bad ideas. She also made up her mind to tell him about the part she played in her past.
