Transmigrated As A Feisty Omega
Chapter 88: Welcome to the family

Chapter 88: Welcome to the family

My chin stretched to the point of being too painful. I stared down at the parents, who have come for the graduation of their children.

Brys has no parents. He only lived with his grandma until her death.

Ray nudged me, "I will introduce you to my mother. She has been dying to meet you. God, that woman has been going on about the golden Omega in my —"

I gasped, "how did they know of me?" I was shocked to learn that his mother knows who I am.

He blushed, "the students talk. And so does the teachers. Half of the parents know of you. That was why their parents were eager. They are dying to meet the Golden Omega!"

"Who got pregnant while in school," I folded my arms, trying not to blush at that.

Almost everyone knows what Storm and I have been doing behind closed doors. They all know we have been having sex! Goddess, help me.

He chuckled, "what are you? Five? You are an adult, Brys. You shouldn’t be ashamed of that. Every adult here fucks. I did that with Theo—"

"Hush!" I covered his mouth with my cheeks as red as a tomato. The students standing in line with us cast glares at Ray, who didn’t even look bothered about that.

Storm and Theo are at the end of the hall, with the other Alphas. The ones next to us are the Betas.

I turned, looking straight at the place Storm was, and I noticed him staring at me. The moment our eyes locked with each other, he winked at me.

I hastily turned my face, blushing like a virgin on her wedding night.

"I can’t wait for all this to end." Ray smiled, "my parents are eager to meet my boyfriend."

The convocation was boring. Ray was chosen as the valedictorian, though they didn’t call it that. They selected him since he was the best student in our set.

After the boring lecture we were given by the principal, and an award that was given to me, for helping the Omegas, and the school, the students dispersed to meet their parents.

Ray’s parents are just like him, hugging and smiling with me as if we are long-lost friends. It was refreshing to meet people like them. His mother is the best, speaking with me like I’m her best friend.

She’s exactly like Ray, eager to know how my baby is doing. All the fears I had about meeting them flew out of the window three minutes in their presence.

I didn’t see Storm until after I met Theo’s parents. Unlike Ray’s parents, Theo’s parents are a bit strict. They seem a bit like Storm’s parents but without the glare.

However, our conversations were a bit strained. I have never been too happy when Storm appeared a few minutes later. You can see the look of relief, which I didn’t even try to hide.

"Come and meet my parents," he took my hand in his and dragged me towards the pew the parents were sitting on.

"Are you certain this is a good idea?" I stopped him. "Your parents don’t like me, and —"

"Come on, my mother asked me to get you," he smiled at me. "Do you think I will take you there, had they not requested it?" He dragged me out of the hall.

Standing by the door are his parents. They were discussing in low tones before we arrived.

"Mum," Storm coughed, trying to get their attention.

I stood next to him, with my hands joined, feeling a bit nervous. Despite the smiles Storm gave to reassure me, I can still recall how cold they were when I last met when they thought I was sleeping.

They turned at his call.

This is it, they are going to cut my head now. Will they speak about me being a man and all that trash they spoke of the last time they visited him?

"Oh!" His mother stepped forward while his father stood in the same spot, looking at me with a strange expression on his face.

"Brys, right?" She smiled at me. Her eyes, which lacked affection when I last saw her, now seemed filled with affection.

"Ye... Yes!" I nervously stuttered, trying not to show her how scared I was. I protectively placed my hand on my stomach, while Storm placed his hand on the small of my back.

"Well, dear, you don’t have to look nervous," she closed the distance between us, and took my hand in hers, startling me out of my body.

I gulped, staring down at her like a fool, trying to know what the hell was going on. This isn’t the woman I saw in Storm’s room. She looked like a mother now.

"Well, thank you," I forced a smile, staring at Storm, to be certain I’m not dreaming this.

"We started on the wrong foot, my dear." She smiled, still holding my hand. "You can’t fault us for that. We had him betrothed, so he could continue the lineage, but he had to break the news of his mating. We were devastated by that news, thinking we won’t have grandkids."

Oh, they are trying to act like parents because of my pregnancy. They were harsh on Storm when they thought I won’t be able to give birth.

"Well... it’s... it’s normal!"

"Yes," she glanced back at her husband, motioning for him to come closer, and he did.

Storm’s father looked exactly like him, aside from the cold exterior. He looked like those protagonists in movies.

"We apologize for the words we said to you, Brys. I just hope we will be able to be a family," Storm’s mother continued.

I watched her, confused about how to respond to her words.

She coughed, and Storm’s father stepped closer. Compared to the smiles on Storm’s mother’s face, he looked like he was forced to be here, by his wife.

"Brys."

I shivered at the coldness of his voice.

He glanced back at his wife, then his son, gritted his teeth and turned to focus on me. "Welcome to the family."
