Transmigrated As A Feisty Omega -
Chapter 60: Are you dating him?
Chapter 60: Are you dating him?
Storm
I sought Theo throughout the day, but I saw no signs of my rebellious friend. It was as if he disappeared into thin air. He didn’t attend classes, and he wasn’t in his room when I checked in on him.
I couldn’t be with Strawberry during lunch break because I was busy tracking down that rebellious friend of mine. The only place I haven’t checked is the poor excuse of a garden, at the back of our dorm. And that is where I’m heading now.
"Storm!"
I stopped at the sound of my name, and turned, to see a mad Mara storming towards me with a furious expression on her face.
Her eyes were dark in anger, and she looked like she was moments from destroying the entire world.
Oh boy, who made her this angry?
I folded my arms and watched her approach. "What’s it? Why did you seek me out?" I asked in a bored tone, eager to get rid of her, so I could resume my search for my friend.
"You damn hell know why I am here!" She growled at me. "You shameless stupid son of a bitch, is the reason I am here!" She pointed at me.
I ignored her reference because not only is she a woman, I know how she behaves. You can say that I have gotten used to her rants.
"What’s the matter? Why are you shouting?" I peered down at her. "Did the rats chew on your shoes again? Why don’t you eat them? You are a —"
"Is it true?" She asked, this time in a calm, collected tone. Her eyes seemed to become a bit misty as she focused on me. "Tell me, Storm. Is it true?"
"And that is?"
"Are you dating that red-haired Omega?!" She screamed at me.
My heart skipped a beat at her words. Out of all the questions I expected her to ask, this wasn’t among them.
"The red-haired Omega? Who told you about that?" I took a threatening step towards her.
I need to know whether she has alerted my parents of it or not.
"No one told me, Storm. I saw it with my eyes. I saw you kissing him." She sniffed as tears slid down her face.
If I thought I couldn’t get any more surprised, I was stunned.
"Have you told my parents about it?" I closed the distance between us, towering over her like a predator, with my eyes narrowed.
"No, I wanted to confront you first before I let—"
A Yelp left her mouth when I gripped her wrist hard. I leaned down and sneered in her face, "you better not let my parents know. Else, I will kill you!" I growled at her.
"Let me go!" She cried out, with a scared expression on her face. There was no denying it, she knew I will hurt her.
"Will you tell my parents?" I growled at her.
"No! Damn it, Storm. Let me go!" She cried out. "I won’t tell your parents, okay?"
"Promise?" I twisted her wrist once more.
"Let me go!" She cried out in pain.
I didn’t immediately let go of her until I was convinced she won’t tell my parents about it. I need to instil enough fear in her, so she will know not to mess with me.
"Damn you!" She rubbed on her wrist as years freely flowed down her face. "I hate you! You are a beast!" She screamed at me, still crying.
"Well, I never asked for your love, Mara. All I ask is for you to stay away from Strawberry. And should you attempt to call my parents over, I will kill you." I smirked, "I know numerous ways to kill an Omega."
She shivered, "I hate you." She yelled at me before she stormed back the way she came, still cradling her almost broken wrist.
I watched her leave with a sigh. I hope she doesn’t call my parents because I’m afraid of what they will do to her.
Well, I need to think of the right step to take should they discover that I’m dating a male Omega instead of the one they chose for me.
I turned and headed towards the garden when I saw someone from my peripheral. I turned towards the window, at the sight of that stupid Beta Strawberry likes.
I furrowed my brows when I noticed the second person with him. The Beta was now speaking to the new principal of the school.
They were too far for me to understand, but from the way they spoke, there is no mistake that they were familiar with each other.
My eyes widened further when Mr Kim gave him something wrapped in black clothing. They spoke some more before the Beta turned and headed towards the forest.
The principal watched him until he entered the forest we competed in before he turned towards the window I was standing next to.
I dodged immediately, to avoid being caught by him. I can’t tell why I had to do that, but I did. However, the next time I rose, the place was empty, with the principal nowhere to be found.
I hastened out of the dorm, momentarily forgetting where I was supposed to go. I ran into the forest, after the Beta, as I tried to know what he was doing in the forest with the thing the principal gave him.
But I ended up alone in the forest. I ran until I got tired of it, yet, there was no sign of the Beta. Not even a footprint could be seen on the ground.
It was as if he flew in the air. Hmm. I glanced around the forest. Something is wrong. I had long known that there was something odd about the new principal, but I haven’t been able to back my claims.
I think it’s time to investigate more, and I will do that thanks to Theo, that stubborn son of a werewolf.
I hastened out of the forest, and towards the garden because I knew that’s where my coward of a friend will be hiding, liking his paws. And that exactly was where I found him, but he wasn’t alone.
