I slowly rose from the bed and strode to the window, with the blanket wrapped around me. Storm left not too long ago, but before he did, he bathed me and changed the blankets once more.

What he did surprised me because he hadn’t done this before. It made me wonder what the hell is going on with him. Unlike the first night when he left me to wash off after sex, he was supper considerate last night — not about fucking me until I collapse kind of considerate.

He bathed me and cleaned up the blanket.

I yawned, leaning on the window as I watched the guards walking around. My back hurts, but not much. It was just a dull ache that would have hurt more had I been human.

Being an Omega, and having most of the benefits Fan gave to me, is super dope —like super, super dope.

"Your cute little system is here!"

I didn’t turn at the announcement. You can say I was somehow anticipating his arrival since he has this odd penchant for it. He tends to appear whenever Storm and I have sex. That’s his way, and I have somehow gotten to know it.

"What are you here for?" I closed my eyes, enjoying the soft breeze on my face. "Have I unlocked another visit to my babies?"

"Not yet though the percentage moved. You are now at 10%. Fast you are," he touched me. "Why the hell aren’t you looking at me? Doesn’t wish to be blinded by my unrivalled handsomeness?" He winked at me.

"As if." With a scoff, I turned and faced him, "now, what do you want? Get on with it, will yah?" I folded my arms and leaned on the window.

Today, he’s dressed in a blue shirt with golden designs on them, and the black slacks he paired them off with have silver lines on them.

He looked so cute with the way he tied his hair up in a bun, giving him a boyish look, which I think he was aiming for.

"Love what you see?" He winked at me. "Come on, don’t be shy. I won’t tell on you, I promise!"

"Why are you here?" I asked once more, eager to have him out of my hair. I’m just not in the mood to entertain him today because I know he will bite my ear off if I so much as reply to his words like he wanted me to.

"Won’t you even pretend like you care? Is that too much to ask?" He frowned at me, looking like a wronged baby. "I hate you!"

"And I love you more than you can ever imagine," I grinned at him, trying to appease the big baby, so he can tell me his mission and get the hell out of my skin, at least for now.

"Ok, you are forgiven!" He grinned at me, "so, what about the orders you made? My little abode is full of those, and I need to offload as urgently as I can."

"And the 10%? What am I getting for it?"

I wasn’t about to let him leave without giving me the agreed reward of 10%. It’s a must, which I will surely have.

"Okay, you have two options. Let me see," he brought out his gadget and scrolled through it until he got to a pink line. "Here it is, it’s either you choose the ability to jump high effortlessly or....." He glanced around the house before he came close to me, "do you wish for the ability to please your mate with poses? Which do you want?"

"Poses?"

"It means you will perfect the act of being a seductress in bed!" He winked at me. "With this ability, you can keep any man in bed. None of them will be willing to leave you, not after tasting your delicious wolf nectar."

"Who the damned hell wants that?!" My cheeks turned red at the thought of what he was insinuating. How the hell did they have something like that as a list of benefits?

"Do you want that? You don’t have to be shy with me. We have gone through so much together. You don’t need to —"

"Shut up! Just give me the first one!"

Despite the urge I have in me to choose the second option, so I can be so good in bed, it will make Storm never think of another man when he sleeps with me.

"As you wish, though I know you want the second one. Don’t worry, I will give you that next time!" He snapped his fingers at me. "Enjoy your new benefit, Brys. It’s time to leave. Don’t worry, I will send your regards to your babies. You will get to meet them when you level up."

With a wink, he disappeared while I’m left to moan my shy foolish self. If only I had selected the second one, it would have been great. At least I will —

Why the hell am I thinking of sex after going at it all night with that insatiable Alpha? I think I have gotten the same sickness he has. It has gotten to me, I know that.

I stayed at home for half of the day, and I was lucky enough to get food sent to me. Ray was the one who brought them, and when he saw me, he blushed like mad, making me aware that he knows exactly what happened in this room last night.

I didn’t bother to hide it from him because it’s not embarrassing to sleep with your boyfriend, is it?

He watched me eat my meat and only left when I was through with everything. Even then, he still gave me one last knowing wink.

I didn’t leave the room until later in the day when I decided to take a walk through the place. I had to call Fan to help me dress since Storm ripped my clothes off my body and I couldn’t even salvage the remains of the shirt.

It took calling him an outstanding system for him to appear to help me. Else, it would have taken much more to get him to arrive.

I glanced at the clothes I chose. It’s the same type he wore today, that was why I asked him to get it for me.

"Thank you!" With a wave at him, I strode out of the room and past the guards, who didn’t bat an eye when I walked past them. They must have gotten used to seeing my awesome presence every damned day that they aren’t bothered about it.

"You are welcome!" Fan raced after me, hovering over my head like he did when I first entered the comic. "It has been long since I have been with you, and I missed those dear old ages," he moaned.

With a roll of my eyes, I made certain there was no one around before I turned to face him, to reply to his words.

"What have you been doing in your spare time?" I turned to face him. "Where the damned hell do you even go? Do you have another job? Yes, that reminds me!"

"What’s wrong?"

"I met another transmigrator and my best friend! What’s he doing here?" I asked, still walking forward to avoid getting caught by someone, speaking to myself.

"Another one? Your friend?" He looked shocked. "What are their names? I will have to check them out. One of them must be a bug."

"A bug?" I gaped at Fan, who was seriously going through his blue gadget, looking like one who was enlisted to train soldiers for battle.

"Yes, one of them should be the bug I was alerted about," he pursed his lips, still going through the blue thing with furrowed brows. The crease on his forehead made his face look a bit comical.

"Why are you staring at me? Haven’t seen a handsome man like me, have you?" He clicked on a red dot before he furiously typed some letters.

"As if. If handsomeness is yours, then, I don’t wish to behold your face."

"Right!" He clapped. "Yes, one of them is the bug, but I don’t know which one is. You have to do that yourself. Get to know who the bug is and help eliminate it."

"Why?"

"Why?" He placed both hands on his waist and gaped at me as if I somehow asked if the Earth is flat.

"Yes, why do I need to eliminate the bug? What the hell has that got to do with me? I have a mission alr—"

"Which will be over should the bug get to awake before you do anything else." He folded his arms, "the bug will be a great hindrance to you. That’s why you need to get rid of him before it’s too late."

"Else?"

"Is that even a question? If the bug isn’t eliminated on time, he will be a hindrance to your progress," he glanced at the watch-like thing on his wrist. "I think it’s time to leave."

With a wink at me, he disappeared, leaving me with more questions than I initially had.
