"Uhm," a soft sound came out of Luis’ lips. He woke up to a hard and a bit heavy thing resting on his tummy.

Softly moving to his right, he opened his eyes. It turns out that it was Xagrien, lying on his side and facing him with his eyes still closed.

Luis sighed. These two rewards may seem great at first, especially in the eyes of inexperienced and gullible ones. However, Luis is far from the two for he learned how depressing the encouragement that the system is sending on his way.

Isn’t this the very reason why his abilities in the first place? To make him work hard?

Luis wouldn’t be that easy to mess with so he quickly confronted the obnoxious lady. He started with the system shop. He has a hunch that although the items in the shop are useful, they would be too expensive for him. Therefore, he would need to work harder than he already is.

But quite frankly, Luis is strongly inclined not to choose the second option since he doesn’t have the heart to implicate Xagrien with the crazy system.

He would rather suffer by himself once things went south since originally, this damned add-on was bound to him.

However, what he said to Xagrien bugs him big time. Luis boldly told the male not to keep him in the dark and tell him everything that he needs to know. Xagrien agreed almost instantly.

Now, isn’t it unfair if he decided to hide this matter of the system from Xagrien? Besides, his boyfriend already knows that something is up. No questions are raised until now but Luis is sure that Xagrien is just waiting for him to talk about it.

"What are you thinking about, my lord?" Xagrien sounded awkward when he said ’My lord’.

Luis was caught off-guard when the male suddenly made a very bold move. He raided Luis’ chin and planted small kisses on the bearer’s face.
